This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of room. It was also great to be able to walk to a lot of place. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament over Thanksgiving at Sand Key Park. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!

I stayed here with my 2 sisters to celebrate my birthday and we loved this condo. This was my first time in Clearwater Beach and the unit was very convenient to all restaurants, the beach, and attractions. The unit also has an elevator which made it easy to move luggage. The condo was well equipped with all of the necessary appliances and having our own pool was very nice, although it doesn’t get too much Sun during the day. I would definitely come back to Clearwater and would utilize this unit again if it was available.

We had the best trip! The property was exceptional! Above and beyond our expectations! Loved watching the dolphins in the bay! I can’t wait to come back next year! We will definitely book our stay here again! Lori, thank you so much!

The view from the balcony overlooking the inlet is beautiful. There were dolphins almost every morning. This property is far enough away from all the busy night life but close enough to walk to the restaurants, beach and night life.

We loved our stay. Lori was very quick to respond to any of our needs. The house was very clean, larger than expected, had all necessities for cooking and walking distance to everything. The boat dock was a huge plus for us! I read some reviews that had concerns over parking but my husband was able to park our Yukon XL with a storage hitch on the back without trouble. It was tight backing in if other cars were parked outside but definitely plenty of garage space. We loved our stay and would recommend.

Proximity to the beach was perfect, we loved the short walk each day to the beautiful sand. Loved the idea of not having to drive to do things. This was a great stay!!

The booking process was very efficient and we loved the location of the condo. We came into town for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival and loved being able to walk to the event. The condo is close to many amenities on Clearwater Beach!

Upscale 3 story home with elevator. Right on a canal with beautiful views. Dolphins swim by daily. Walking distance to beach and restaurants / bars / shopping.

Great location. Very spacious condo, with a nice outdoor space for relaxing with a morning coffee or drink in the evening. We rented bikes for the week and didn’t need our car for anything.

The property was even nicer than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice. Lots of room and beautiful view of the water. Great location Highly recommended

This is the second time we stayed in this townhouse. It is in a fantastic location, Lori is an awesome host, she kept in contact with us when Ian was threatening our trip. The unit may need a little updating but overall we were very happy and will definitely visit again!

Arrived to the property and it was not the one in the photos apparently the owner has several properties at this location and we were not in the one pictured and did not have access directly to the pool as pictured , and didn’t have a working grill! Also Michelle the manager stated we are not a hotel we do not supply propane the grill literally had mold on it! Then we had trouble with the tvs and the owner or someone entered the property when we weren’t there! the final shabang……somehow and at this point I’m not sure if someone went into the property when we weren’t there but I received a call from a Good Samaritan that my dog was outside the property and she didn’t see anyone We were at the marina about to get onto a boat cruise, drove to the house hysterical and found the garage door wide open and the front door was wide open also! Thankfully nothing was missing and the dog was safe in the end but we didn’t feel safe in the house after that! Thank god our other dog was behind the bedroom door I could have last my baby! My vacation was not at all what I paid for do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else the owner is nice enough just puts the place in other peoples hands to manage and they are definitely not professional! Side note they did end up bringing a charcoal grill that needed to be cleaned by us for us to use.

While the townhouse was cleaned fairly well, it could have been better (stains of tile floors). There is no soap in any of the showers, which was kind of a pain. We walked to most locations around the Clearwater beach area so the location was good for us. I had a large vehicle and it was not easy parking in the garage and was to large to remain in front of the garage since this unit is in the middle of the row (the end units had parked suburbans outside with no issues. All and not a bad rental for our group.

Took over 1.5 hrs to check into the property with the key pad not working and unable to get in touch with anyone. Thought I was going to have to find another place to stay. Never received an apology from the owner. The house was spacious but needs a lot of updates, especially the appliances (stove and microwave). The mattresses and pillows were stained. Great location.

We had a pleasant stay at the condo. A couple hiccups were addressed promptly There are tall steps and you definitely need the elevator to haul stuff up to the bedrooms. Parking is fine for two cars in the garage, but in/out is tight so take care. Seems like a long walk to the beach the first day but didn’t seem bad after that.

Lori's place is so great. It is much bigger than I imagined. The master suite is HUGE! My teenage boy/girl twins wanted their own space and they had their own room and bathroom. The views out the master bay window and living room balcony are gorgeous, even saw a dolphin swim by one morning. The pool was never crowded and nice to have available. We spent most of our time at the beach, which we walked to the first evening. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance...our favorite is Salty's. The kitchen had what we needed for meals as well. There was plenty seating in the living room and kitchen/dining area. Check-in and Checkout was easy. Everything was clean and there was plenty of towels/linens. The beds were comfy. I can't wait to stay here again!

First I want to start by saying that Lori is easy to communicate with. Easy instructions for the arrival. The location was very nice with a beautiful view of the marina. I will say if you can’t handle a lot of stairs this isn’t the place for you. But, there is an elevator for luggage, laundry, groceries, etc. The pool is clean and warm. No chairs for laying out but there are chairs for sitting. I do on the other hand have some things I didn’t like, when you walk into the master bedroom there is a VERY strong smell of urine. The sprayed but it did t help. I did message Lori but she did say she would let the cleaning company know AFTER we left. Which ok whatever. Also the bathrooms in the other two rooms definitely could have been cleaned better. The bath mats were gross. I told Lori and she said throw them out and she would have new ones sent over, which I think she forgot. Once again nobody slipped it’s fine. The master bathroom had long black hair in clumps on the walls and floor of the shower which means none of that was touched. Yuck. So I had to. Not the thing I wanted to do on vacation. Then the freezer started humming so loud it woke us up at 2 am. I messaged Lori again and she responded that she was sending maintenance and she did but he couldn’t fix it. Which whatever but I didn’t like the fact I had to wait on him on our vacation. Overall it was decent. I probably wouldn’t stay there again because it could have been cleaner. A lot of reviews said how clean it was and that’s simply not true. I did tell Lori all this as well. I thought maybe she wasn’t aware. So maybe she handled it.

Condo was very nice and comfortable for our stay. Location was awesome for walking to restaurants and activities. Lori was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved it! Excellent location within walking distance to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Lori was a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. Just off the beaten path but still very easy to get to anything you want or need. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good price and place to stay.

Stayed 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit is beautiful, overlooking a bay where we saw dolphins nearly everyday within a few feet of the dock. Parking is noted in unit description is very true. Requires you to make a 90 degree turn into the garage while passing only 3-4 feet behind the car parked next door. We had a large SUV and it required 2-3 cycles of backing up/pulling forward to maneuver into the space. It is fine for the average sedan but not for large SUV’s like a Denali, Suburban, Lexus 460. Location is super convenient. Easy walk to beach and 2/3 mile to pier. Elevator is a great plus for bringing in luggage and food. Would stay here again with a smaller vehicle.

The property is in a great location on the bay side of Clearwater Beach, within easy walking distance of the beach, miniature golf, and excellent restaurants. It is also within comfortable driving distance to the Phillies complex in Clearwater for spring training fans.

This beautiful condo was not only located in the perfect location for our family but was surrounded by everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The home itself was extremely spacious, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Across the street was mini golf which was our kids "go to" not including the shops, restaurants, beach, and ice cream shops all within walking distance. The only thing I would recommend is some minor updating. The walls could use some pictures as well as the furniture and televisions within the home. We had issues with the television in the lower bedroom the one evening when the weather had called for us to be indoors, but Lori was extremely responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of reaching out. We have already discussed coming back to this rental as well as family members staying in a nearby location for a big family trip. Great condo and great time!
