What a nice hotel and the staff is so friendly. The mattress and pillow are so comfortable!

Vel gjennomført hotell som er tro mot sitt tema, jazz. Personalet var hyggelig i resepsjonen, holdt opp døra til deg og hilste bestandig, samt de bar opp bagasjen til rommet for deg. Basseng i toppetasjen var nice! Rolig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger rett ved siden av et kjøpesenter med det du trenger. Apotek og liten kiosk på hjørnet av hotellet også. Rommene var store, badet var enda større med både dusj og badekar separert! Veldig rent og ryddig! Til og med heisen lagde en liten jazz-sound når den kom til etasjen din! Amazing. Også lett å få tak i Grab, som er asiatiske versjonen av Uber.

Restauranten på hotellet var helt katastrofe. Da snakker jeg ikke om den japanske restauranten i 1 etasje, men den i 2 etasje. Jeg var eneste kunde litt tidlig på kvelden, og måtte vente 30 minutter på feil mat.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was an exceptional experience. Not only was everything perfect as usual, but the staff went above and beyond to make my parents-in-law's 54th wedding anniversary truly memorable. Despite informing them last minute about the anniversary, Hazery, the F&B Manager, orchestrated a special celebration that warmed our hearts. The hospitality extended by the entire staff was remarkable, and the service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. Kudos to the team for making our time at Jazz Hotel unforgettable. Thank you. My kids even requested to extend our stay, but we had work waiting for us in KL. Hope to come again next time. P/S: my mother in law, Tunku Maryam loved the room setting. Made her feel like home.

The pool was open till 10PM so the view is superb during the night. The staffs are very helpful and nice

The breakfast was so so, and the hotel room didn’t provide individual bottled shampoo/showergel or lotion. The bathbomb is underwhelming. The painted marble wall in the bathroom is badly done

The hotel looks very new, with a spacious and comfortable lobby. The staff are enthusiastic and offer attentive service. Like their advertisement, every room comes with a big bathtub!

The hotel staff's attitude and proactiveness in dealing with matters need improvement. A month before our stay, we requested a baby cot. However, after checking in, we waited in the room for four hours without the cot being delivered. Despite numerous calls to the front desk, we only received perfunctory responses and no delivery until we personally went to the front desk to inquire, after which they finally agreed to bring the cot to our room. The dark color scheme, however, makes the interior of the hotel, especially the rooms, appear dim. It’s family friendly but the design feels like more suitable for couple stay. The rooms, being new, are not too dirty or worn, but they can hardly be considered clean. The cleaning seems sloppy; there's dust everywhere, and the floors are grimy and sticky. When cleaning the rooms, the staff does not replace or wash the cups and spoons, leaving dirty dishes untouched on the table. The hotel does not have a water dispenser but provides two 1L bottles of mineral water. If you need more, you can request it from the front desk for free. If you want hot water, you need to boil it yourself, but the kettle is dirty. It located at Tanjung Tokong, near to the beach, but it quite far from most of the tourist spots.

Parking is quite the gimmick, and there was this one doorman who wouldn’t shut up about the local attractions and making lame jokes.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent. Cold and hot within seconds, hope this could be improved :)

I love the rooftop swimming pool, my kids are enjoying there. Plus the faculties are convenient at that areas with the clean laundry service downstairs 👍

The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom had a complimentary bath bomb! The roof top pool was amazing and the breakfast service was plentiful and delicious.

There was some confusion when ordering room service, it seemed that the person at the reception was more responsive to a male person asking for the service than a female one. Left a bad impression on us.

Very modern and clean with big bedrooms rooms and bathrooms

Not a lot of storage for longer stays. Bar is hit and miss as to opening.

The room condition ie the smell of the room as well as the smell of towels ( both hand and bath towels). There was also some sand stuck to the inner side of the blanket.

Hotel was perfect and provided some complimentary amenities such as bath bomb and soft drinks. Parking was also free for guests

Excelente ubicación, en una zona muy bonita de George Town, las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes tiene todo en muy buenas condiciones, la habitación era espaciosa además incluyeron aguas y bebidas gaseosas de manera gratuita en la habitación. El desayuno fue delicioso, tenían variedad y todo de muy buena calidad. El personal muy amable, dejaban la habitación muy limpia, además para Navidad dejaron un presente en la habitación. Estaban atentos a todos los detalles, 100% recomendado.

All was good expect water pressure

Upset ! Water pressure is very low .Only have good pressure if you turn to hot side(but you cannot take bath at this temp because it is really hot )

I was pleased wt the hotel. Bar was good. Channels were good. Bath tub & hot water was splendid. Reception was friendly.

The maintainance need to improve. (The maintainance team had it settled after I called in. Thank you guys!)My basin was stuck. Water wouldnt flow. The pillow could have been better. Had a stiff neck the next morning. The body soap bottle was empty. The reading lights were dangling fr the socket. There is no drinking water & towel at the gym.

The room was spacious. Complimentary 2 cans of soft drinks. Comfortable bed & pillow. Love the bathtub and they provided bath bomb. (That is the main reason I booked this hotel). A lot of area in the hotel that are instagram-able. The room have Smart TV but would prefer if they have Netflix. I didn’t get a chance to see the live band but i can hear it from my room at level 26.

Slow draining sink. Requested a late check out but the receptionist said can but before 1pm. If after 1pm, they will charge it! Whats the point then! Not many choice for breakfast buffet and the taste is so-so. There is no shower gel near the bathtub and I cannot bring the shower gel from the shower to the bathtub. Requested a room with seaview but they said not available even though i check in on Thursday.
