The location n view
1st day - Housekeeping not giving cooperation for preparing extra bed ( just to unlock and changing bed sheet / blanket) which took almost 4 hours. Ask for drinking water and also took hours to deliver.
2nd day - Housekeeping not fully aware of 3 pax stayed. Replace only 2 towels instead of 3. Have to ask. Still need to wait for a few hours to bathe. Very bad experience, and from my observation, the hotel staff discriminated against the local people compared to foreign tourists. FYI.. we paid the same rate and taxes and should have equal treatment.
The hotel management has to seriously look into this and don't spoil our holiday vacations because you're unprepared to solve the issue and challenges. If short of staff...add more.

Overall liked everything in this property. I would definitely stay here if they do arrange the rooms next to each other as earlier requested.
There is no fence around the entrance to the beach from the Hotel. As such we noticed outsider(especially foreigners like Bangla and Nepali) kept entering the premise while the guard was away. I even saw the guard who could not just chase them out but kept talking and talking. This was totally unpleasant for hotel guests. Please build fence around the property and use the auto gate which can be accessed only by the hotel guests using the room access card. The EV charger at this property was not in service and it was still under repair since a week ago. Please make sure that all EV charge ports are working. Luckily they had working chargers at their next property which was Shangri-La Rasa Sayang.

The hotel is well designed. The view looks like what you see in the video games. And the price of goods sold in the souvenir store was reasonable. It made me feel they really want to sell those products. The sea view seen from the balcony was excellent. The breakfast was yummy. A room could accommodate three adults. The twin-bed room bed was large enough for two girls. A little bit of far from the city center but that’s the price you pay to get the nice view. But there are many restaurants around the hotel area.
The place for breakfast was a little bit of too warm since it’s not confined.

The hotel is old and too crowded. i reached at 2.40pm and waited till 4pm only the room is ready. And the room only provide 2 towels.

The room was not clean where you can see some fungi and algi build up in the shower and near the toilet seat. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower inside the dirty bath tub. The bed was not comfortable. The room furniture was all out of date.

cold shower didnt work few times. the car park is open and too far. need to wait for buggy which could take some time.

Buffet breakfast was the best. Overall it is a good resort to stay. I will go there again because the service and the rooms are good. However, the swimming pool are very simple. I requested and paid for higher floor with the seaview, but it wasnt very high.
Everything was nice there is nothing to dislike. Penang is a little expensive so this resort is a little expensive compare to others.

Location is good, near Escape and night market. Staff are friendly. Like the gym.
Bathtub not exactly clean. No hooks to hang clothes inside the toilet and around the wardrobe area. Breakfast so-so.
