We had a terrific day at this charming beach cottage filled with shells. Barbecue and an enclosed backyard for our dog. Very attentive landlady who is very accommodating.

I will definitely be staying here again. The owners were a delight to work with. They are very dog friendly and worked with us to make sure we had all our questions answered and needs met. Cottage is neatly tucked away off main roads. There is also a huge front yard which makes it feel even more private even though it is already on a quieter side street. I was lucky to met one of the neighbors who was very very friendly as well. The showers are excellent and the bathroom were big and clean, which was important to me. The entire place was obviously decorated with a professional touch. Every room had lots and lots of seating. I would sometimes forget which side table i left my coffee mug or wine glass on, because i would be couch surfing from room to room to test the various seating arrangements. All in all: excellent accommodations, comfortable home-like feeling from the time you arrive.

If I’m to fault anything at all, it may be time to invest in a new grill. This is such a minor complaint unless you’re planning on grilling everyday. We only used it once. Otherwise, the great reviews are accurate.

Everything was just as described. Great location. Well stocked with everything you need, especially beach accessories. We would definitely stay again! Host was very accommodating!

The property was as depicted online. It was very clean upon our arrival and there were a few surprises waiting for us by the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our short winter getaway at this charming home.

We truly enjoyed spending a month in Jude's wonderful home. We arrived to find a bottle of wine and other treats waiting for us. We loved sitting in the enclosed yard where our dog could run free as well as relax on the screened-in porch. The kitchen is small but adequate. Jude was an attentive host. She checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location accessible to Downtown Sarasota, local beaches and amenities. The rental was clean and well decorated. All we needed was our food and some necessities and we were set for the weekend. Host was a great communicator and available when we had questions. Great experience overall!

We had a great time spending a bit more than one week at this lovely property. The house looks and feels as described, everything is neatly decorated and makes you feel at home as soon as you open the door. Lots of extras are included with the rental (i.e. towels and beach towels, foldable beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) plus the kitchen is very well equipped, so there's really no need to get anything extra to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. House and surroundings very well-kept and clean, as well. Quiet neighborhood close to Bee Ridge and lots of shops / places to eat. Takes about 10-15 mins to the beach at Siesta Key by car, 4 bikes are supplied as well - it was too hot outside to use them during our stay. Judy is a very accomodating and friendly host. Can 100% recommend.

The property was exactly as described online it was also clean and nicley decorated. It was stocked with things for a day at the beach and met all our needs. The property manager checked in with us and gave places and idea's for our vacation. We couldnt have asked for more

Our family stayed at this lovely beach cottage for two weeks and enjoyed every minute! Jude is a gracious host who's accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable with local attractions. The cottage is just like the pictures and tastefully decorated. Its super clean and all the furniture are in great shape. The property is also well stocked with daily basic necessities and beach gear. The location of this cottage is SUPERB as its close to everything from restaurants, shops and beaches. We loved connecting with Jude ahead of, during and after our stay. It was very comfortable, details were taken care of and we fell in love with the decor, spaces to relax and amenities of this property. Loved it!

Stayed here for a wedding and had an amazing time. About a 15 minute drive from great beaches, close to many great restaurants. The host has everything you could need. Host was communicative and friendly. Would love to be back.

This property was perfect for our week in Sarasota. It was centrally located and a short drive to the places we wanted to go each day. The house was outfitted with everything we needed for cooking, trips to the beach, etc. Very clean and very comfortable and slept well too! The host was so easy to communicate with and had some really great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Fantastic trip!

Easy! Property Manager is SO kind and available without ever feeling like she’s lurking! We were arriving after 11 pm and she insisted we text her so she’d know we were settled in; so sweet. Just as the photos; everything is just perfectly decorated and yet not at all uncomfortable or fussy. Property is very convenient to shopping, beaches, day trips and a surprise; quiet and private despite being on a more trafficked/less residential road. This is a different price point than we usually rent (generally more people on our party/bigger house). We were really pleased and would rent here again.

Just what you think a vintage white washed cottage in Florida would be. Best stocked for renter comfort that I’ve ever stayed. It was perfect for a mother/daughter weekend. The restaurant recommendations were great!

We highly recommend this property because of the exceptional location to everything and how quaint and homey it was! The owner went above and beyond to welcome and assist us with any questions. Excellent stay on every level. Comfy beds and couches. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Lovely surroundings with great screen porch and a comfy backyard, nice table and chairs. Short drive over north bridge to beach. Near the best seafood houses. We want to return next year. The nicest, smartest and most lovely host.

The property was absolutely immaculate, with attention to every detail! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook…utensils, seasonings, plastic bags, everything you could think of. We didn’t have to buy any extras items (except for food) when we made meals. Also, Judith was so easy to work with. Every little detail is beautifully done. She takes such care to make each room cozy and inviting. It took us about ten minutiae get to Siesta Key by car.
