We really enjoyed staying in Jeff's condo. Princeville is a great location. Jeff's condo was spacious, beds comfortable, showers awesome and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to return and stay longer next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, dining and living room. The kids made good use of the boogie boards and snorkel fins. Jeff was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for everything!

I loved the condo. The pictures on the website do not do the condo justice. It was perfect for our family of four. AC in the living room, master and bedroom was exactly what we needed after a warm day in the sun. The unit was right next to the 8th hole on the Makai golf course, more importantly near the 7th hole which is one of the prettiest holes I have ever seen. FYI, I live in the SF Bay Area and play in Monterey several times a year.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and loved staying here. Jeff was an excellent host and was so easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to the island and stay here again. Highly recommend.

This condo is located in a beautiful complex. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. We had a peaceful and relaxing time here.

This property exceeded our expectations! Very clean. Convenient location to walk to Pua-Poa and Hidaways Beaches. It was also a very easy drive to some of our other favorite beaches and activities. The newly renovated bathroom was very nice as well as the other updates. Thank you for the great getaway!

Great location and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway. Pool was a big hit with the kids after long days on the beach.

This condo was so perfect for our 9 night stay in princeville. Very comfortable and spacious. The condo has everything we needed; kitchen items, bath items and toiletries & beach items.

Property is spacious and consistent with description in listing. Great access to Princeville walking path. Communication with owner was always efficient, and Jeff kindly allowed a later check-out to accommodate our evening departing flight. Would happily stay again.

Princeville was beautiful as always. Condo was perfect for my family of four. It was so much bigger than I imagined. Photos don’t do this place justice. I was pleasantly surprised. Loved having a washer and dryer, especially after swimming and hiking. Pretty much has everything you need. Thank you for having us! Hope to visit again soon

Our family of 5 found this place very comfortable and roomy. You can't beat the beautiful location. The condo offered everything we needed. We especially enjoyed walking to Hideaway beach, and the poke at the fish market behind the Dolphin in Hanalei. We are already dreaming of our next trip. Great host, location, property and overall experience. You won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay here. We spent most of our time in Hanalei Bay, and the condo is very close – a 10 min drive, at most. On the property it was nice to walk to the cliffside and look down on the immense waves crashing into the rocks. We also did a local beach, called Hideaway, I think. It has a short trail down, and we really enjoyed that. The condo itself is very spacious, and has a large lanai that looks out on the golf course. The lanai is mostly covered, which is great for when the rain comes, which is often but fleeting. The condo was well surface–cleaned, but in my opinion could use a deep cleaning. Windows, windowsills, grout, corners. The property is older; the exterior stairs to the unit could use a cleaning. For someone who’s not too fussy about that kind of thing, it won’t be noticeable. Our daughter enjoyed searching for lizards; they were everywhere, so it was quite rewarding!

Emmalani court (425) is a great location in Princeville, nice open floor plan, conveniently located across from pool, both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, and quiet end unit.

We had a wonderful two months plus at the Boone's spacious Emmalani Court condo. The place is decorated beautifully and is really comfortable. The kitchen is remarkably well equipped, and we took advantage to prepare most meals at home. Unlike in other places on the island, this condo is totally spotless and there is no dampness or odors in the furniture or closets or bedding. The hosts, Jeff and Lee, were extremely responsive and caring about every detail of their property. We were happy to have had the pleasure of meeting them in person to tell them how much we enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Loved the location near Hideaways Beach (9 min walk) for snorkeling. Located next to Makai golf course. Sunset viewing on cliff just a few minutes walk. Lots of space. AC worked great in all rooms when needed. Would book again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. The location is fantastic! It’s a short walk to 2 secluded beaches. The place has everything you need to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and there’s plenty of space to spread out. The complex pool is a bonus as well. We would definitely stay here again!
