We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host.

Unit was on the second floor with a flight of twenty-four stairs! Try that with two big suitcases and a week of groceries!!

The condo was great in terms of location, though it is a bit dated in the interior. Minor issue: The coffee pot carafe has a leak and needs to be replaced.Inna was very helpful and responsive!

Needs some updating (peeling wallpaper in bathroom). Silverware was minimal in quality and number. I enjoyed the colorful prints on the walls. The view and the proximity to Old Town La Quinta were wonderful!

Our unit was the best we've been in. It's not the biggest, but so well laid out, that all the spaces are actually very large. It fit us beautifully.
Upgraded appliances in a kitchen that has everything you need. (The only thing is that the complex does not allow BBQs.) Beautiful decor, high ceilings and a patio to watch the golfers and enjoy the scenery. 2 huge TV's, king size bed, fold-out couch in living room, really nice bathroom, laundry & safe.
We made nightly visits to the hot tub, they have 3 or 4 and they are clean and very nice. The entire complex is large, clean and quiet. Loads of parking, and just steps away. Just minutes to Old town La Quinta and easy access to everything in Coachella Valley.
We recommend this with 4.5 stars. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. We will be booking again! Thanks Inna!

Very nice quiet community in the back close to parking with a nice golf course, mountain view. Very clean and well appointed. Inna was a great communicator and very professional. As a VRBO host in San Francisco since 2006, I was very impressed. Don't pass this one up!!

We enjoyed this stylish condo, nicely stocked and very clean. Communication with the owners was great. We loved the view from the bedroom and living room, so peaceful. Great location right in the downtown La Quinta, just 5 min walk to Old Town for coffee and dinner, plenty restaurants there. We also walked to pickleball courts close by and enjoyed our hike. All walking distance from the condo which was such a bonus. Overall great central location and a nice experience.

We traveled a lot and Inna (owner) has to be the nicest person. She has great communication and always available when we needed her. We forgot a bunch of stuff at the place after we checked out and she was nice enough to shipped it back to her.
Her place was in a perfect location. The place is walkable distance to downtown La Quinta. We walked to brunch and lunch every day. We highly recommend Inna and her place!

The area was so quiet and the unit was very conveniently located.
It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer...and the large walk-in closet - terrific! The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen, well stocked. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace on several chilly evenings, and then on warmer days, the pool and hot tub were great and so close by.

This property faces out back where there is a public golf course. It was quiet and also close to Old Town La Quinta. It would be nice to have a non stick frying pan in unit so eggs would not stick.

The condo was lovely-so well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the warm and cosy fireplace! Will definitely use it again.

My family loves to get to the desert and relax for long weekends. Requirements include a pool, a hot tub, a washer and dryer, some privacy and tons of good reviews. Inna's unit is perfect. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and tons of premium cable channels and high speed internet. We used the pool early each morning and had it all to ourselves, even over holiday weekend.
We really enjoyed the town of La Quinta. Had several long morning and evening walks and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Enzo's, one of many options within 5 min walking distance.

I loved my stay here so much I've already scheduled a return visit. Itsright and cherry, with private views of golf course, sunrise and sunsets. La Quinta is a charming town to explore.

Unit is located all the way to the end making it super quite which is really nice especially for sleeping at night. I was there with my kids and while walking outside we discovered dog park next to property it has a small play structure for kids to play.

Stayed at this property for 13 nights and really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and amenities. Very nicely appointed and kept up to date. Nice quiet location at back of the property, and close to several restaurants and some shops. Would stay here again for sure.

We would return - very quiet, clean, well stocked condo. Even a coffee bean grinder. Near La Quinta Old Town -- less than 10 minute walk. Arts Festival was scheduled the week we were there - beautiful Festival. Condo less than 20 minute drive to many golf courses. Close to Arnold Palmer restaurant - walking distance. Loved the brew pub and Stuft restaurant in old town. Great happy hours and food. Thanks,
