Everything was clean and organized. Everything you might need was available, including washer and dryer. If we should return to Mesa/Phoenix this is the place we would want to return to.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND LOVED HAVING THE POOL AND HOT TUB RIGHT OUT YOUR BACK DOOR! THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND LOVED THE AMMENITIES! ONLY HAD A FEW THINGS WITH MINOR REPAIRS THAT THE OWNER WAS RIGHT ON TO GET FIXED! THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS WATER NOT GETTING H0T AT THE KITCHEN SINK, IT WOULD TAKE AWHILE TO WARM UP! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! WOULD DEFINIETLY STAY THERE AGAIN!

Loved the condo... completely stocked... just step out the door to the pool...many golf courses near by.... hiking Superstition mtn in just a few minutes...we just didn't want to leave!

My 15 year old son loves golf and had tournaments in Phoenix. Mr Szabo's property was the perfect place to stay. I ran into a little challenge because of COVID, nobody was available at the office; but Mr Szabo was readily available and very helpful. Everybody at the property was super friendly and the neighbors were as well. The property was clean and had every amenity possible at our disposal. We spent a comfortable 10 days there and felt very much at home. Recommend it highly.

Great accommodations. Pool was right out the back door. Full kitchen washer dryer fast WiFi. Very responsive. AC went out , I called at 6:00pm by 9:30Pm repair man had come and fully repaired.

Kitchen very well equipped. Had use of a golfcart. Lots of good towels and bed linens. Comfortable bed. We were quite comfortable in this condo.

I personally didn't stay, this was booked for my mom and step dad. They had a wonderful time! Said the condo was beautiful and fully stocked with everything they needed.

The Stay was Great, the House was very clean. And i wiould like to take again. And it was close to everything. The Pool was just Cross from the Condom. Just one thing i wrote i was come Late fin from Germany. I would like if they had Two bottel of Water for And welcome . But Everything was super.. Very clean and comfy with most of the amenities of home. A particularly nice location.

Our unit was perfectly situated within the park with just steps to the pool, and yet only a short walk to the main recreation centre and golf course. The unit also had great access to the freeways, shopping, ballparks, and several different mountain parks for hiking. The unit itself was comfortable with well stocked kitchen and bar-b-q. The only thing we felt could be upgraded were more comfortable deck chairs, and perhaps an additional living room chair. The owners were very easily to deal throughout the process, and would recommend this place to others!

When we arrived, we were very impressed with the condo. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed at this property for one month and we were very happy with the experience.

The condo was well appointed and very clean. It had everything I needed and I was very comfortable. The landlords were extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend the property anytime.

We had a great stay at this condo, loved that it was close to the pool. Everthing we needed for our time there was provided. We picked up our groceries and we were all set, our vacation was complete with the fabulous Arizona weather! Thanks Joe and Karen for an accommodating unit that met our needs.

The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home! We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The processes to reserve, arrival and departure instructions were all easy to understand and complete. A very nice community with very nice people. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. The listing photos and description were accurate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom patio home with a pool just 30 steps from the patio was absolutely perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was extremely well equipped (even a pizza cutter!), plenty of towels etc. even swimming towels. Full size (in suite) laundry facilities, A/C and covered parking. Thanks very much for sharing your vacation home with us, we unfortunately couldn't stay in Mesa as long as we wanted to this year, but we will be back, and hopefully will stay in this unit again. Excellent location for a vacation. Good security at the gate and safety on the roads around the property as well as lots of friendly people. The condo is located right next to a year round pool. The pool is kept at a constant temperature so it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The condo itself is well laid out with a marvelous sleeping area with an en-suit bathroom and walk in closet. It has an excellent kitchen with modern appliances and lots of cooking pots and pans and dishes. It is just like home for most of us. There are many attractions in the park such as a small restaurant, workout room and large pool at the main office area where there are such things as yoga classes and weekly bingo. The park is home to a very nice golf course as well so bring your cart if you are interested.

We are sitting at the airport waiting for our flight and already missing our 'home away from home'! Staying at your vacation rental was a very pleasant surprise for us, especially since we have never done this before. Mr. and Mrs. Szabo has a very well appointed condo and having the pool just steps away from the door was a big plus. It was clean and had everything you could want, including a nice neighbor! We enjoyed our time at Fountain of the Sun. Our condo had everything we needed. The appliances were nice and worked perfectly. The bed was comfy and all the linens, dishes, & silverware were plentiful. We liked being so close to the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The resort has many activities that we also enjoyed.
