This condo was very clean and nicely decorated! The views were great as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Had a great time.

We wanted a place to spend time with our children before school started and this was the perfect place to do it! The location is amazing, quiet and not over crowded, right on the ocean! The views from the condo are stunning! Property Managers were very easy to communicate with, not that we had any issues, but we did extend our stay by an extra day and that was a seamless transaction! We loved this place and will definitely be back!

This property was comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Mr. Bartlett was a great host and we appreciated him checking on us prior to our arrival. The condo/penthouse was well appointed and roomy enough for all five of us. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for meals and in the evenings. Communication was stellar and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great getaway! Thank you!

Cute condo and pretty view of the beach. Loved the balcony. Very relaxing. Not far from Pier (approximately 30 minutes) but less people in the area though the pools were *very crowded* and beach somewhat (it is summer and everyone staying there made it busy/crowded, not much different staying closer to Pier). One of the pool gates was not working but fun pools. The kids loved them. The restaurant was closed which would have been helpful as there isn’t much out there shopping/dining (so plan accordingly with food and grocery trip especially with kiddos) and delivery was over 2 hours. The only downside was the elevator not working majority of trip and upon arrival (and condo on 3rd floor.) Afraid we would get trapped inside and signage people cannot read. And warm inside the unit, bring extra fans. Tv in master did not work. Condo had all the essentials though could use additional trash bags, toilet paper, towels, etc. It’s a nice area by Jamaica Beach. The property is well maintained and private beach access was nice.

My family and I had a great time! It was a peaceful and quiet location, kid friendly, close enough to town but far enough to get away from the noise. Bill was so so helpful in making sure we had all we needed and are comfortable. He was always available and responded quickly to whatever inquiry we had. The condo felt like home . We will do this again!!!! Thank you Bill!!!!!

Great ocean view. Quiet, clean and well equipped condo.

Everything was absolutely wonderful , the property manager was so thoughtful and prepared us for everything and it was such a wonderful time and beautiful location. The only bad thing was the mosquitos but that’s no one’s fault. Absolutely amazing.

Our first vacation as a family of 4. We have 2 young children 3yo and 1yo. They had a blast at their first ever beach and ocean experience. The condo was adorable and perfect for us. Plenty of room and living area. Fully stocked kitchen where I was able to cook yummy homemade meals. 3rd floor balcony view of the ocean was just amazing. Direct beach access to private, quiet, clean beach space. Very well maintained property. Excellent amenities on site so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. The kids especially loved the pool with a lazy river, shallow areas, and splash pad. Exclusive to members only so there’s no outside foot traffic crowding up the pools or on-site restaurant. My only recommendation is to bring your bug spray! The mosquitos were terrible. Other than that I literally have no complaints. The hosts were just the nicest people and we had such an incredibly easy stay. Very accommodating, informative, and communicative. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we travel to Galveston. Highly recommend!

We love staying in Pointe West and this condo did not disappoint. The owner is very communicative, although we had no issues. The condo is very nice with lots of extras (beach gear, kitchen gadgets/extras (coffee filters that we forgot lol), etc.

This place was perfect. Amazing views! Pictures don’t do this place justice. My kids loved the views just as much as I did. This is my 5th time staying at pointe west and when I’m ready to go back i hope this particular unit is available. Bill made sure our trip was peaceful. Checked in during the week to ensure things were going well. If you’re looking for the perfect family getaway, this place will definitely meet your needs. Thank you again!

We had a great vacation and loved waking up with the beautiful ocean views from this condo. My kids are 9 and 3, and the condo was super family friendly with everything we needed during our stay. We had fun going out to the ocean and using the 2 pools on the property. In addition, we took a day to head into town to have lunch at Katie’s Seafood Diner and hung out at Moody Gardens with the kiddos. The rest of the time, we stayed close to the condo because we had everything we needed there. I definitely would recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway for the family in Galveston! Thank you for a beautiful vacation!

Property owner did an exceptional job letting us know how to utilize/access the unit. The unit was clean and had a very nice view of the ocean. The condo had everything needed for our family to enjoy our stay. The owner was responsive and went out of his way to help us.

We really enjoyed our view of the ocean while eating dinner or just relaxing on the chairs on the balcony. The condo was clean and our host was responsive to our questions and would check in on us periodically to make sure everything was fine. We had a fantastic time!

The renting process was easy, access was easy, finding the condo was easy. Condo was very well decorated, built with upscale materials, solid. All very clean. Host was immediately responsive to any questions. Great unobstructed view of the gulf, very easy walk to private beach. Perfect.

This was the most perfect getaway for our family! Condo was located on quiet part of the island and provided a serene view of the beach! Gulf was a beautiful clear green, our entire family loved sitting on the patio listening to the ocean waves! Condo was very clean, owners were super easy to work with and went out of their way to keep us up to date on everything! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s condo! We took our 2.5 year old and 9 month old to the beach for the first time here. It was hard work with a toddler and a baby, but SO worth it and Bills condo had everything we needed to ensure our stay was as easy as possible. The view of the gulf from the balcony is unobstructed and lovely. We were anxious that the walk to the beach might be too long with our kids, but it wasn’t! It was easy. So was the walk to the beach club where the restaurant and pool are! The grounds of the entire area are beautiful and very well kept. The beach was quiet and we had plenty of space to ourselves. We had a great time staying here and will be back!

The condo was spotless and everything was in good working order with labels on all the light switches and instructions on how to use the appliances and other features.. Even my germaphobe spouse commented on how clean the rooms were. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and baggies and condiments so made cooking easy. Lots of board games for kids and adults and plenty of clean towels all around. Bill the owner was a great host. Gave detailed directions and instructions for the property. He even gave us some rainy day suggestions on things to do locally. Sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was great. We absolutely recommend this condo for any small family or group vacation.

A great place to get away and still be a part of civilization. Internet access was very good for anyone working remotely. Beautiful views from the balcony and from inside. Fabulous attention to detail with necessities in kitchen and bathroom. Owner response was very timely and attentive--and greatly appreciative. I will be back!

There's a reason this place has almost 100 5 star reviews. I booked this property, after looking for 3 days, a surprise New Years Eve weekend trip for my husband and our two toddlers, ages 2 and 3, and this place could not have been more perfect. The unit is wonderfully yet minimally decorated so we didn't have to worry about the kids roaming freely throughout. Everyone was so excited to see the large balcony with gorgeous, wide, truly unobstructed views of the ocean. There are two doors to the balcony through the master bedroom and living room. My 3 year old spent a good 30 min drooling over the view with her dad saying "this is the best thing I've ever seen ever in my whole life" haha. The owner of the unit was easily reachable and helpful. We brough food for breakfast and snacks and chose to eat out mostly. An easy 25 min drive to where most of the restaurants are along Babes Beach seemed much closer and didn't pose any issues for us. Beds and furniture were so comfortable, clean and cozy, we had no problem getting our littles down to sleep. Because they are still so little and accident prone we took one of the two twin mattress and put it on the floor in between the twin beds and surrounded it with the mountain of blankets we brought from home. It worked beautifully and was the first time our kids have slept in the same bed as they both have their own rooms at home and was a nice change for them. We brought our little red wagon that we used to get all of our things to and from the beach which was just a brief walk from the condo elevator which is located right outside the door so loading/unloading was a breeze. We did encounter an issue with the elevator at the very end of the day on New Years Eve but were able to reach the onsite security, since the office was closed, and they were more than helpful! So accommodating and understanding. They had it up and running by the time we came back from the beach! To say this was an outstanding stay at an outstanding property with an outstanding host would be an understatement! We will definitely be staying here on our next Galveston trip!

Was exactly what was showed. Very clean and spacious unit. Great views and well stocked unit! Bill answered my calls and was helpful when I had a question. This beach condo will not disappoint u You. Well be visiting this property again very soon. The only problem was the elevator it definitely needs to get fixed. We had a nice long weekend getaway to the beach and really enjoyed our stay at Bill and Claire’s condo. Great communication with owners and wonderful view and beach access. We lost power during our stay and appreciated the prompt help from our host. My only recommendation is to buy some new knives for the kitchen and a few plastic cutting boards that can run through the dishwasher. The extra beach supplies and cart were a real bonus.

We had a fantastic time at Bill & Claire's condo! Great view of the gulf from the expansive balcony. So nice to see and access both bay and gulf from this development. The condo is nicely appointed with all of the necessary amenities. We will be returning.

Bill & Claire's beach condo was clean, comfortable, and had all of the necessities and then some. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings sipping coffee and taking in the gorgeous views of the ocean and sounds of wildlife. My children and I truly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the infinity pool and the beach. We had a minor setback upon arrival, which meant we couldn't access the unit for about 2.5 hours. However, Bill & Claire graciously comped us dinner at the on site restaurant while we waited. The food there was plentiful and delicious! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the elevator broke down on the 2nd day. One of the guests clearly didn't follow the elevator instructions and it got jammed. Unfortunately, we had to climb and descend 3 flights of stairs a few times for the remainder of our stay. Again, this is no fault of Bill & Claire. I'm just mentioning this so you can be aware to carefully follow the elevator instructions should you choose to stay in their beautiful beach condo. Thank you, once again, Bill & Claire for everything!

This was a great place to stay and by far our favorite for Pointe West. Bill is extremely accommodating and has outstanding communication. He checked in on us frequently to ensure our trip was going well all week. The place had everything we needed and more. We will be back!

This was our third time staying at this particular unit. The owners are AMAZING! They are incredibly attentive and respond quickly to any issue. The condo is WELL STOCKED! They have plenty of cooking tools. The beach paraphernalia is a great resource. The pools are refreshing. The restaurant poolside delivering is the BEST!! We look forward to our return.
