Place was very nice and roomy. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Owner responded quickly for any questions.

Our overall experience with the property was wonderful. It met all of my expectations and actually exceeded some of them. The property was clean and nicely decorated. It had a seasonings for food and even some left over items if you needed something. Cookware and dishes were very nice as well. There was ample parking and super quiet.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Appreciated the space and Amenities including the new Weber grill and infant high chair! The large garage is big enough for a small boat/trailer. Also appreciate that our little dog was welcome, saved us money on a kennel. Pictures of the view on line show a golf course out back which is now gone and being developed by the adjacent resort. Lake Erie can be seen beyond. The area is nice and boat ramps, marinas, shopping are all within a short drive. Proximity to Cedar Point is a plus. Closer by boat which we attempted one windy day, but the lake was too rough and turned back. Only complaints are the cookware, which are plenty, but old and in poor shape, and thick dust on some harder to clean areas like the tops of blinds. These are minor complaints, and the owner took these comments seriously. All in all I would not hesitate renting from Terry again.

What a wonderful trip!!! Our host was there for every question we had. Easy in and out from our parking spaces. Great layout of the 3 floors. Linens, pots and pans, plates and silverware, toaster, pool table, slot machine, plenty of TVs, nice private swimming pool. It was more than what we expected. Check it out, you’ll be happy you did.

Check in and check out was really easy. Terry was a great host and who was flexible and let us check in a few hours early. The location was close to the lake and nearby park and food in Marblehead.

Terry was an excellent host. He communicated with us, just as promised, making everything easy to check in and stay. All the comforts of home were represented at Terry’s condo and there was so much space for the six of us and our sweet pup. We we’re close to unique places to eat including Cleats and Gideon Owen Winery. The Marblehead Lighthouse was just down the road and such a beautiful location and view of two of the islands. Plus, there was fishing galore! Thanks, Terry! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view however the listing showed it backed up to a golf course that is no longer there and they were doing construction. They are building modular homes that may deter the views in the future.

We went to this condo for a long family weekend get-a-way! It was a great place to stay. There was plenty of linens and beds for 8 of us!!! We enjoyed the pool and view of the lake! We drove to nearby places for food and shopping! Terry (owner) was very responsive in all trip inquiries! Thanks Terry!!! :)

Everything with our stay was great! Terry answered any questions we had. We had everything that we needed. It was perfect for our family.

Loved the condo. My stepson is in a wheelchair so it’s tough to get away. Really clean, fully stocked. Lots of pillows and blankets and comfy beds. A lot of steps but saw it as exercise . There’s also a quiet road (Alexander Pike) if you like to walk or jog. Walked to the water and back everyday is about 7800 steps. We kept A lot of activity on the first floor. If you have a wheelchair, here are some things to consider-1. Bathroom on the first floor has a narrow door. 2. There is a small step up into the bedroom, but was manageable. 3. Entryway to the condo was good to get the wheelchair through. 4. Nice cool area outback with chairs and a pretty new grill overlooking the golf course. We spent many evenings there!

We are from three states and had a great three- generation week at Terry’s condo in Marblehead. There was an incredible amount of cleaning supplies so we felt very safe. We had the community pool to our selves except for one time. The only issue we found is that the downstairs bunk bed was unusable as the top bunk is too close to the lower bed. Due to COVID we rarely ventured out, but there seems much to do in the area.

The owner is super responsive. The property is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The listing was as described, clean, and well appointed. Having stayed at multiple spots this unit is a solid B. There were no detractors but at the same time we weren’t wowed either. Communication with Terry was fantastic! We would stay at this condo again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful. The master bedroom with the balcony was perfection. We didn't want to leave. I am hoping to rent this location again next year.

Excellent vacation condo: comfortable beds, plenty of linens, nice assortment of cookware and dishware and all the amenities! Location was nice for our family with nearby state park, Adventure land, Kelley’s Island and more. The pool was nice for evening cool off time. The balconies face east for spectacular sunrise! We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Our visit to this area was prompted by our daughter’s Ordination at the West Ohio UMC Annual Conference. We had four family groups totaling ten people and two dogs. The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Terry Durham was very accommodating and helpful. All in all, a great experience.

This condo was wonderful. We had a great time playing pool on the lower floor and enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen to cook dinner on our final night. We definitely recommend staying here while visiting Lake Erie and we will be booking here again!

Tons of room for 6 of us! The beds were super comfy, and we had everything we needed for a great "girls" weekend! Terry is a great host/owner! My cousins and I highly recommend this condo for any vacation needs in Marblehead!

We loved the short drive to a beautiful place. The accommodations were perfect for the 7 of us. The view of golf course and lake from the balconies was stunning. There were a lot of extra amenities we were not expecting like high chair and toys. The kitchen was well stocked. The state park beach was very well kept and my 3 year old grandson had fun playing in the sand and swimming in the calm water. We also liked the Marblehead area and visited nice restaurants and quaint shops. Overall we had a great time and are considering it for next year. The only thing we were disappointed in was the WiFi. We were unable to connect .

I booked a weekend stay for a bachelorette party June 15-17. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice! All the rooms were beach themed and beautiful. The master suite was AMAZING! As well as the roommwith the Queen double beds(with their own bathroom and walk in closet, perfect for a bunch of girls!) the 2nd level balcony is big and CLOSED IN which was awesome for nights when the bugs were insane! The top floors balcony view is BEAUTIFUL, it overlooks the golf course and to the lake. Access into the condo was easy and had no problems. Terry was absolutely great! Asked us to let him know when we got in so he knew we got there safe. So sweet! He also let us check out an hour later than normal, which gave us extra time to clean up and get ourselves together! He also let us use the pool for a couple hours along with the 1st floor bathroom! The place was great and so was Terry! I 100% recommend this wonderful condo to anyone!!

8 of us stayed for a Girls Weekend. Pros: clean!! Well stocked except for a kettle (we brought one with for the tea drinkers) Spacious - we were all able to sit around the dining table easily to eat and play games Quiet area Nice views Screened in porch was great for when the bugs came out Beds were comfortable We were able to walk by the lake - it is a private community so you cannot use any of the facilities there. Cons: The sofa bed in living room was broken. The foldout futon in master is not really suitable for sleeping. Don’t count on these for sleeping. An air mattress was provided because of the broken sofa bed. If you are going for the beach/lake, it is all private community there and not available for use. Recommendations: Big Boppers restaurant for breakfast. Was amazing food!!
