We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO. It is in a perfect location. Nice wrap around covered porch. Just what we needed after a day of intense hiking. We had such a lovely time in Moab!

I had a fantastic stay with this vacation rental property. We had great hosts who were helpful when calling to check in and locating the lockbox. The views were absolutely amazing and enjoyed every second of the morning watching the sunrise on the porch to start my morning. The place was clean, spacious, and inviting. The location of the property was so close to everything. I highly recommend this place for the location, the views, the hospitality , and cleanliness. I will be recommending to my friends who travel from Colorado (where I am located) to Moab for when they visit to go see the Arches National Park and Miller creek which are close by along with watching sunset at Deadhorse. Absolutely Spectacular views from the balcony wrap around porch of seeing the sunrise, sunset, and stars. It made such amazing memories for our girls trip for us to get away from the city life and enjoy nature at its finest. Thanks for hosting us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Totally recommend this property. Super clean with all you need. The best part was the wrap- around porch to view the mountains. The porch was especially enjoyable before or after a long day of outdoor excursions. The property are very close to parks but away from hustle and bustle of Moab.

This was our second stay in this rental. We love the location for wraparound views and accessibility to parks. The apartment is small, but perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. A found gem was Moab’s Backyard Theater for free music 2 nights per week.

The VRBO is a very cozy single bedroom with a great view, and well furnished. I would recommend it to anyone. Communication with the owner was easy and I received with responses.

Great location & views and very comfortable. Kitchen is very small, has limited functionality, and needs more drinking glasses and other items but there are lots of options to eat out close by.

Imagine wrap around porch and windows looking out at snow capped mountains! The bed was perfect and the apartment had everything you could possible need. Would definitely stay again...Thank You, Chery & Wayne Nolte

Wow, we loved this place! The host, Sunnie, was quick to communicate—especially when we needed to get in one day earlier than planned. She worked to get the home ready for us and helped us out of a bind! The home was clean and well-appointed. But the views off the wrap around porch will be what we remember the most! The bed was comfortable after some long hikes! If I find myself lucky enough to return to the fun city of Moab, I will seek out this property again!!

This turned out to just be a perfect rental. The wrap around deck was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast lounging. And perfect again in the evening for relaxing after days of sight-seeing and hiking. Highly recommend!

Perfect accomodations for two people to visit Moab

Great place to stay, close to hiking areas. Did have a little trouble in the dark finding the second driveway to get to the 1 bedroom unit. Other than that everything was great.

Wonderful stay. Close to National parks. Very clean and beautiful view. Would stay there again.

Great view. Restful. Everything you needed.

The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very quiet at night. We wish we used the wrap-around deck - but we were gone most of the time. The views are great. Had an issue with the TV remote (only could see 1 channel the entire time we were there) but we couldn't reach the Property Mgr until Day 4 of our stay.

Great location within easy distance of Moab, but away from all the congestion. The 1 bedroom unit on the top floor had nice views and was well equipped. Highly recommend.

This house was in a good location for visiting Arches. The wrap around porch was wonderful. The upstairs apartment was very quiet and we never heard the people staying below us in the other apartment. The surrounding mountains were pretty, but we didn’t love the lights from the street below us flashing all night. The kitchen was extremely small and made cooking a struggle. Shower was large, vanity was very small in the bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable. Living room was bigger than we needed since we were always outside, but it would be good if we spent more time at the house. There’s no outside table for dining, just a couple chairs.

The wrap-around deck with beautiful red rock views was awesome! Very comfortable place to come home to after a day spent exploring! Plenty of space for two! Only downside was I love to take walks early in the morning and there's really nowhere to walk - its located at the top of a fairly steep gravel road and no sidewalks close by. But, other than that, lots of big windows to enjoy the view and let a nice breeze in, well stocked kitchen, comfy bedroom...we enjoyed our stay!

Clean quiet and great view. Had a an issue that was addressed so fast and in a way that was nearly invisible to us. The property mgr came to fix the air cooler that had malfunctioned and he was most concerned to do the repair when we were not going to be there so as to not inconvenience us. So much appreciated. Very clean well equipped and really cool views. Tiny kitchen( literally a 1 butt kitchen) but very nice they even had frosty glasses in the freezer which was perfect for cold beer after hiking the parks all day.

The wrap around porch is as fantastic as the pictures in the listing. Quick drive to Moab, very accessible to adventures. Everything we needed and enjoyed coming”home” to after long , busy, outdoor days. Would return and definitely recommend. Easy and comfortable.

The view is almost unbeatable. We loved the lightfull apartment, sitting outside, watching the sunset. There is everything there for two. Felt very private. For us a perfect location ( also close to town)

Great location very nice place. Heat index was very high but cooled nicely Everything we needed there an excellent back up system for lockout. Great view wrap around porch very private. Near downtown and Arches. Do the mountain loop high way Arches and dinner at Broken oar.

The house met all our needs. It was centrally located and easy to access. The porch was the best place to sit and enjoy the magnificent views. We are so glad we found it.
