House had everything we need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury cabin for a trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, and I must say, it was an absolute dream. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable experience. The house itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. Attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furnishings to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. My friends and family highly recommend this location if you are visiting the local National Parks.

5 generations of family enjoyed spending time in this beautiful home. Several large tables for puzzles, card games and seating for meals. Lots of hiking spots nearby & jacuzzi a nice bonus.

This house was wonderful! We had 5 families staying in the house, there was plenty of room for all of us, and it was well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this area!

This home is beautiful with great amenities such as a sauna in the shower. We held a women's retreat at the home and had a wonderful time. Everyone was very happy with their stay.

A few issues on first day. Lock was jammed on front door so code didn’t work. House hadn’t been cleaned from last guests. Hot tub controls were locked. Host Chris was very responsive and made it right. House is beautiful with every amenity provided. Overall, we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Crown Zion! We had a 6-family, 24-person reunion at the house and every room was comfortable and clean with beds to spare. Everyone had access to bathrooms and room to relax inside and out. Highlights were the beautiful views, relaxing deck, proximity to Zion and Bryce, and the well appointed kitchen. The house had 3 refrigerators, which was a saving grace! We went up to the Zion Ponderosa Resort during our stay and loved the amenities there as well! Chris was a very responsive host on the couple of occasions we reached out. There was a minor leak in the kitchen one day, and it was repaired before lunchtime. We weren’t able to get the spa controls to work another night and he responded quickly. I don’t have a bad word to say about this property or the way it is managed. Every bit of our stay, from the unbelievably beautiful drive in to the simple check out process, was perfection. The entire group- all 24 of us!- want to go back soon for another relaxing vacation! Nice large home with ample seating and space for lots of folks. Quiet bedrooms and nice accommodations. Perfect spot for our family of 30+ to enjoy a week at Zion Ponderosa and the national park.

This property is the best we have ever stayed at. It is everything it is advertised to be. Our entire family - kids and adults - loved the place. The movie theater, hot tub, and garage playroom were used by everyone almost daily. The large kitchen and gathering room were more than roomy enough for our party of 31. Also, Chis was easy to reach and super accommodating. The home has easy access has to Zion and is within easy walking distance of Zion Ponderosa Ranch which has a lot of fun amenities including a swimming pool. We would not hesitate to do our family reunion here again.

Wonderful property for a large group, everyone has a c hoice of sleeping location. Amenities are excellent and location is superb. Close to Zion, in a beautiful community and close to restaurant and groceries.

Our family of 22 greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. We loved the spacious great room, well-furnished kitchen, large porch area and theater room. There was plenty of room for parking 5 vehicles, 2 large trailers, as well as our own pickleball court! Chris was very responsive to our questions and issues. Having access to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch facilities was a big plus. We only had two issues with the house: 1) it would have been better for our group if each upstairs bedroom had their own private bathroom; 2) the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away (and it is very tiny).

This house is amazing! It was everything and more than the listing. The theater room is so cool! The bunkbed room with SIX sets of bunkbeds was so fun for our grandkids! It is well equipped with kitchen tools: crock pots, waffle irons, blender, pots and pans, food storage containers, ziplock bags, foil, etc. The hot tub was a favorite also. Lots of parking. Privacy and secluded. Very clean. Great location for experiencing Zion National Park.

Although the bones of this house are great in terms of space, and communication was great, there is much room for improvement. There is one coffee pot for a 7 bedroom house and no kettle or way to quickly boil tea water. One dishwasher desperately needs to be replaced. One dryer stopped working as did a garbage disposal. The water doesn’t taste very good and although there is a water fountain it’s a pain to fill bottles and glasses. There was a mention in the guide book about recycling but no indication of which outdoor receptacles were for recyclables. Decor of the house is 4 star compared to other houses I’ve rented. Beds are comfortable.

A wonderful place! Loved the rustic feel. All enjoyed it. Well equipped. Didn't have time to take advantage of the movie room. Great spot for a larger group. Couple small things - we ran out of the hot tub crystals for after each use. And we would have loved having a recycling bin to separate garbage. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

The lodge was perfect for all of our ages. My family wants it on our list for the future.

This is a beautiful and magical place! The cabin had everything we needed and beyond. Secluded location, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

We went to Zion for a family retreat and this was one of the house we rented. Contacted the owner a few days in advanced and they let us check in early, anytime we arrive. The conditions were amazing. The house was clean. Many rooms. Movie theater. It is definitely a dream house! The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. I highly recommend this house. The price is very reasonable for the facilities you get in this cabin. We cannot wait to return to Zion and stay at this cabin. Thank you Christ for letting us stay in your house!

We really enjoyed spending our family Christmas in this rental. Extremely spacious, well stocked kitchen, great location, fun home!!! We all agreed we would love to do Christmas here again!

We had a family reunion with about 30 people and there was more than enough room. Every family had plenty of space with private bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages. It’s close proximity to Zion National Park was awesome! The property manager was super helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our group, initially supposed to be 23, in actuality 15 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Chris' beautiful Zion home. All was as expected; the views from the windows, deck, and balcony were gorgeous. The kitchen was equipped with everything one might want. Our group watched movies in the downstairs theater, took a dip in the hot tub, and enjoyed grilling out on the deck. My main suggestion would have been to have more information in the house about nearby hiking trails as we were not easily able to figure out where we should go or where we should park for our hikes. The home was clearly lived in (with some small stains on the carpet and such) but in general everything was in good condition. If you'd like to have toward the maximum number of guests, it would be the best fit for a group with a lot of children or young people who would have fun sleeping together in the basement bunkbed room. Overall lovely home, many thanks!

Great house in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just east of Zion National Park. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy the less crowded side of Zion but also have access to a more secluded, but upscale home. Lots of deer, wild turkeys, places to walk and just enjoy being outdoors. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We had friends and family stay here and hosted a small wedding. It was perfect, exactly as described and more!

This cabin was beautiful, roomy and in such a fun location next to Zion Ponderous Resort! We had 30 in our group and all had a blast! The host was so helpful. We have rented homes for 15 or more years and this was one of our favorite!

The house was really amazing and is as large and beautiful as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of parking for our nine vehicles. We are three sisters who met up with each other and brought our families together. The kitchen and dining is perfect for a group as large as ours. We were able to prepare meals easily and gather together and visit while dining. The kitchen is well equipped and having double ovens and dishwashers made cooking and cleaning a breeze. The oldest in our group was in their seventies and the youngest was one. We had all age groups in our group of 28. The garage game room, theater, and proximity to the Ponderosa Resort was perfect in keeping everyone entertained. We spent quite a bit of time at the Ponderosa Resort swimming and playing putt-putt golf. The great location of the house allowed us to see Zion, Bryce, St. George and more, without having to drive too far. Thank you for providing a beautiful place to make family memories that will last a life time.!

Crown Zion was the perfect cabin for our large group. We never felt crowded. Every room is very spacious. The patio is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing evening. Plenty of things to do-movie theatre, hot tub, basketball, foosball, and table tennis all within the house! Kitchen was fully equipped with anything and everything. Would totally recommend!!!

Huge house with plenty of beds, space, comfortable furniture variety of amenities (including a unique 12-person theatre, many games in the garage, many large screen TVs, etc.), extremely well equipped with multiple appliances, towels, extra tables and folding chairs, and supplies (plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. for our group of 21 people for entire week). Excellent support and communications by manager Chris. Great location to take advantage of Zion National Park and multiple other places in the area. Really enjoyable!!
