Great home for group of friends to connect in Savannah. The home was so well equipped for our group of 7 adults, great location in the historic district to access everything but off the path of multitudes of tourists so it was quiet and felt like home away from home but UPGRADED!

Love, love, loved the location. House was as pictured. Great for our group. Loved the back patio. A few small issues. Check in was tricky as we were given the wrong door code. Windows do not open. Toaster did not work. BBQ was weak. But would still recommend had a fabulous time.

Beautiful home with cozy courtyards in a historic and beautiful neighborhood. Great location with easy walk ability to restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay here again!

We had 11 people staying with us in this beautiful and so incredibly comfortable home for our friends wedding! It was perfect for what we needed and provided a safe space for the grandparents and kids (in the garden apartment) also having the upstairs for the bridal party to live and sleep too! The home was gorgeous, inviting, warm, and parking and the location was easy and perfect! We loved everything about this house!!!

We loved our time at this home & in Savannah. This house was perfect, it is large & spaced out so no one feels crowded. On the 3rd floor, in the 3 bedrooms, slept Husband & me in the master, middle child & the twins shared the room with the twin beds. 2nd floor is all communal. The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of options for spices. Plenty of paper products, soap, detergent & towels provided. We BBQ’ed steaks & I enjoyed reading a book on the deck. 1st floor has another living room, it is also where our oldest & niece slept. It was great for them to have “their own apartment” We enjoyed the area very much, so much to do, so many memories made. We rode in a hurst, went on a riverboat & rode the trolly. Our days were jam packed with activities. Our favorite spot that we are our was Alligator Soul

This was a beautiful home and the location was excellent. Comfortable beds but be aware that the "master" bed is super tall- you have to either jump up into it or climb up using the bad frame (there are other bedrooms if this is a problem for you) We had some issues with the heating (we were there during a cold spell) and the management company was very responsive and sent someone out right away. Quiet street but still convenient.

Beautiful home! wonderful neighborhood. Close and easy walk to the river and to catch trolley. Home was beautifully furnished. We had 12 guest staying there, and there was plenty of room. Court yards was wonderful! Highly recommend!

We were in town for our son's wedding and this house was everything we hoped for: excellent location just a few minutes from Bay Street, updated interior, open floorplan with large round table for a family dinner and visiting, lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. The parking space available in the garage was very useful but be aware the anything larger than a Ford Fusion or Toyota Camry probably won't fit (street parking is metered). Detailed instructions were emailed before our stay, though the details on "our app" could have been a lot clearer: the app is listed as "Hospitality" in the Google App Store, but all the communication comes from Lucky Savannah. Overall this is an excellent property and we would stay here again if we need a larger property.

This was a great historic house close to Broughton. Few minor issues but nothing that impacted a great stay! Thank you!!

We rented the property for my family to stay in for my daughter's wedding. It was large enough to accommodate my family and room for the wedding party to come over and get ready the day of the wedding. The only complaint is the AC was out on the Courtyard unit and I wasn't informed before our visit. They did have temp AC units set up which worked well but I think it left a musty smell in the lower unit. Also, keep in mind the garage is only big enough for a small SUV or car. We had a Tahoe so we had to park on the street.

This house was in the ideal location. Close to everything and beautifully situated. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. The house was very clean and well cared for.

Our family travelled with another family to Savannah for the first time, and we were very happy with the accommodations and location! It was on a beautiful street of historic homes, just a short walk from the river, stores, and restaurants. There were a few maintenance issues which we were notified of ahead of time, but Lucky Savannah made everything as comfortable for us as possible. I was pleasantly surprised at all the extra toiletry supples - plenty of toilet paper, shampoos, conditioners, etc. Overall, we are very happy with our choice in rental!

The location is great, on the quite side of downtown but walking distance to everything. The house is great with lots of living space for our group. We originally got the house for five couples but I think that would have been a little much. While the garden unit has two bedrooms, the second is accessed from the first and is only a small room. This unit was amazing for one couple though. In the main house, there are three distinct bedrooms and then a second living room that has a pull out couch. The issue with using it as a bedroom is that it is the only common space with a tv, it also stayed hot in this room. One other thing to not is that the house is on two HVAC units with a thermostat on the bottom and third floor. Once we figured that out, the house was very well cooled for us. Overall a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time! The house was plenty big enough for our grownup of 8 and the location was great for walking pretty much everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

We did not receive the access code for the main house as expected which meant that I had to call for it en route from the airport. I was told that it was the same as the garden apt. code (which we had). This was not the case. We waited a fair amount of time before things were sorted out once we got to the house. Secondly, we were not able to park our rental car in the garage as anticipated. I would hope that for the future it could be made more clear in the description that a compact car is needed to utilize the garage. When you are renting a larger home most people will not have a compact car. It created quite a bit of hassle with street parking in terms of keeping the car on the correct side of the street, finding a spot, and needing to pay extra for parking. We were also dismayed to find that the quota of one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher tab, etc. was not entirely true. We went ahead and purchased ahead of time with delivery made just after we arrived. Never needed those items... Beyond those hiccups, we found the home lovely. Room to spread out as well as congregate. Fun to stay in a home built in 1842 and wonder about who had been there before. Clean, well maintained. Super convenient location and easy to walk to most anywhere.

We had nine woman and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The only issue we had, was the ice maker didn't work. This house was in a great location. Since we didn't cook, we walked all over the historic district for meals, shopping, sightseeing.. When we couldn't locate the keys for the lower level, Lucky Savannah had someone over within five minutes.. We had a wonderful long weekend and when we come back to Savannah, we will most certainly use Lucky Savannah again...
