The location of this property is wonderful. It is located toward the back of the complex and away from the busy road. It is so nice and quiet and the grounds and pools are impeccably clean.
The owner is great with communication and promptly follows up with anything needed.
We had a few maintenance issues and she responded immediately and took care of everything by that day. She is most wonderful to work with and shows concern for her guests and that they have a wonderful stay.
The unit needed a little attention and when this was brought up to the owner, she acted immediately to make sure everything was up to standards for all future guests.
I wish all owners were so great with communicating and prompt with making sure they are giving their guest the services that they paid for.

Overall great stay. Was looking forward to the jetted tubs in the condo as per the description but they were not jetted. Also would have been nice to have plastic or tupperware type of cups and plates to accommodate kids and to use to take to pool areas. Other than these minor things we had a great time and enjoyed the condo!!

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas. The suite had close access to one of the many pools on-site. The location is terrific! Close to La Quinta Old Town with several restaurants and shops. Our host was very pleasant and super responsive!

Great place for couples trip with the dogs
The place was very clean and well maintained. Sharona was incredibly responsive and professional. Were 2 couples with our 2 dogs and it was the perfect set-up for us all to be together, but have separate space as needed. The property was very dog friendly and beautiful for nice leisurely walks with the pups. The pools were great; we were there over a holiday weekend and still had no problem getting a cabana. Only cons were that it's about a 45min drive from Downtown Palm Springs (just meant we had to plan excursions for the full day that let us take the dogs instead of being able to easily come and go) and that only 2 cars are allowed on the property (we'd driven 3 separate cars because my husband had been traveling for work and had to deal with the hassle of finding off-site parking for the 3rd car). Overall highly recommend this location if you're okay with the drive / looking for a trip of morning excursions and relaxing afternoons by the pool.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
A few friends and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The view was great and the location was a close drive to anything you could need. The host was very quick to respond to us and you can tell that she really made an effort to make the place a home not just a vacation rental. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Family get away
Stayed with grown children. Hiked nearly everyday. Because of the pandemic we either carried in or cooked. The kitchen was more than adequate for the four of us. Sharona was very responsive to our inquiries. Beds were very comfortable. Both patios allowed for us to be together but not on top of each other.

Wonderful home
The property is spotless and was better stocked than any other property I had stayed in. It has it's own small pool and spa but is easy walking distance to the community pool. The owner lives nearby and is extremely responsive to any concerns.

Weekend getaway
We had a wonderful weekend at Sharona’s. The location is an easy walk to La Quinta Resort, and an easy drive to Old Town LQ and restaurants/stores along 111. The home is as pictured, very welcoming, cozy, and with all amenities. The complex is very pretty, with many pools and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We would not hesitate to book this home again!

Absolutely gorgeous property and Sharona was fantastic to work with. So many pools to choose from- if one was too crowded- just mosey along to the next! We enjoyed breakfast one day at the clubhouse- surprisingly good! Would highly recommend this property- loved that it was two master suites to give two families their privacy- just perfect!

Amazing Views, Quiet, and Clean
The villa is very clean, quiet, as there’s a pool a few steps away. The best surprise was two separate front doors and the option to use it as two separate suites. Sharona is very quick to respond and all instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

A pleasant stay
Property was in good condition and check in and communication was easy. The carpet in the unit was not in great shape and lots of pet hair on floor. There was only a roll and a half of TP in the unit, so we ended up having to go buy more. We also didn't realize that there were clean towels that were still int the dryer and there were only three towels hanging in the bathrooms, so we ended up going and buying more...then later found them in the dyer. Great location and space and enjoyed our stay!

Sharona is amazing. We booked out trip last minute, she made sure we understood exactly how to access the suite etc, very professional and accessible. The unit is clean and well appointed with great access to pools an walking paths. Highly recommend Sharnora and the condo.

Great family friendly property
The property is beautiful. Sharona provides excellent detailed instructions making the check-in process. She also checked in with us too make sure we had what we needed. The property does a great job managing protocols for Co-Vid. I definitely recommend this property, even in 115 deg weather it is a cool place to stay. 😉

Beautiful Property
Condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, had everything we needed. Communication with Sharona was very good, she is quick to respond to texts. Property had just put in place new rules regarding using the pools because of COVID, so weekend use was more difficult. You have to sign up ahead of time and we found that people signed up on Saturday for Saturday and Sunday, so when we arrived late afternoon Saturday the office was closed and when I went Sunday morning right when they opened, most slots were already taken. So, if you want to use the pool on the weekend, try to get to the office ASAP to sign up. There is no sign up on weekdays, so it was much easier and there aren’t very many people there so we could stay all day at the pool. The pools are really nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at this villa for a weekend and only wished we could have stayed longer. The villa was perfectly described and well stocked. The location of the Legacy Villas are great. Being next to the resort gives dining opportunities within walking distance and situated against the Santa Rosa Mountains makes the views incredible. We were so pleased with the layout of the villa offering two bathrooms with tubs and lots of candles to enjoy a relaxing soak. The beds were very comfortable as well. We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

The Perfect Place
The property was great . Had everything I needed an more. The view was beautiful . The villa was stocked very well.,an very clean. .I was in a bad spot due to some construction at my home. I had to get out quickly. I was very impressed how the owner kept her pricecs very resonable. When so many in this area steal you blind. Im also not good with computers an the owner walked me threw the renting of the villa .
