Definitely enjoyed our Ocean View and Vibe of the Condo. The smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves on the shore lulled us to sleep. We'll be coming back !!

The very best aspect of this condo is its ocean views. The views from the deck, bedrooms and living room are absolutely stunning. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. The only negative is that its in a large condo complex and housing development in Princeville but all that is forgotten once your inside.

If you want the best open ocean view, this is it. Quiet complex with plenty of things close by…

My husband and I spent 7 nights here and it was amazing. Condo has everything you need and more. Location is unreal! We went to bed listening to the waves crash all night. Wrap around balcony to see the sunrise each morning.

This property is such a great place to stay. The location is perfect for soooo many things. View, sound of the waves, trail just outside your door, turtles, dolphins, outriggers, paddle boarders, kayakers, snorkeling, sunrises, sunsets and just R & R. There is no better place to unwind and "Slow Yourself Down". We've stayed here before and we look forward to returning - hopefully sooner than later.

The views were even better than pics can show. Home was well equipped and decorated. It is a second floor with outdoor stairs to access. Only downside is no A/C, which can be a little warm in the summer daytime, but with open windows (there are several), the ocean breeze makes it cool enough for night time sleeping. Overall awesome place.

We had a great stay in this property in late June! Everything was in great shape and the view was even better than the photos indicated. The check in process was simple as well. Great stay, and 5 stars all around on this one!

We enjoyed staying so much. We opened all of the windows and the slider and enjoyed the breeze and listening to the waves. The home had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. If the decor is not to your taste don’t let that deter you from staying here. The phenomenal view makes up for any clash in taste! Will definitely stay again!

We spent a week celebrating 40 years together at this comfy condo. The beds were relaxing and the views from every room were gorgeous. Open the sliding glass door to the balcony and you hear the ocean right at your doorstep. This unit is filled with the aloha spirit!

This space was exactly as advertised. It is clean, well organized and with the best view you could ever hope for.

This condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach area. The first morning we were there we saw whales breaching in the distance. The grounds are beautiful and the condo is very comfortable. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for dinner and things to do around town. The only thing that might want to be checked on is the TV and remote in the living room. We changed the batteries but still couldn't get the remote to work with the TV. We were able to turn on the TV manually. Also the TV in the living room looks like there is some damage to the screen on the right side, it has a line going through it. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to fall asleep to the ocean waves.

We enjoyed our stay!

This home had the most amazing view of the ocean! 180 degrees and the only sounds are the crashing waves! We saw whales from the deck and just loved it! Only complaint is that small bugs seem to get into the home somehow. Not a big deal, but make sure you close window and door screens.

Great stay

I have stayed in this condo once before a few years back and just love being right on the ocean. The sound of the waves breaking lulls me to sleep at night. The condominium complex is in a peaceful location and is suitable for singles, families or friends. This condo is well equipped and the owner is very responsive to queries. I have already scheduled a return visit.

The layout is nice since it allows the living room and both bedrooms to be ocean front. The condo was well furnished and had a well supplied kitchen.

This unit is great - awesome view. Condo is very nice and very well stocked. A little cleaning miscommunication was handled quickly. Note: stairs, pack light!

We traveled with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were within close proximity to everything we needed and had a wonderful time seeing the area and lounging on the deck overlooking the ocean. Curt was very helpful in answering any questions we had, and his condo was comfortable and stylish. Hopefully we can make a return trip another time soon.

This was our 5th trip to Kauai we were very pleased with this unit it had everything beautiful sunsets, and sunrises from our deck so peaceful a location overlooking the ocean and having the mountain's behind us very comfortable unit for us and our two friends that came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

We loved our stay at Alii Kai! It was breathtaking to stand on the balcony and overlook the ocean and the north coast. It really is hard to describe how close you are to it! Both bedrooms have huge windows that overlook this view so it was amazing each morning to wake up to the sunrise. The condo was fabulous - very clean and very cozy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything you needed. The trade winds kept the condo cool. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the unit. The condo had a generous supply of beach gear that we took to Hanalei Bay. We picked up coffee and breakfast from The Spot (in the Princeville Shopping Center that was close by) and headed early to the beach to get good parking. The beach was fabulous! We were in walking distance to town where we grabbed lunch. This was a perfect beach day for us. Alii Kai also has a lovely pool that we were able to spend some time at. The gardens in the complex are beautiful. Kurt was very responsive and flexible as we were planning our trip. While visiting the islands, we stayed at 4 properties. but this was our favorite. We would love to come back for longer next time!

You can’t beat the views. We watched whales and turtles swim from the lanai and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset every evening. It was so peaceful and everything we were hoping for and more. We loved being able to make meals in the condo as Hanalei is extremely busy for dine in. We just wished the kitchen had some updated pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It was hard to find a good pan/pot to cook in that everything didn’t stick to. Beds are comfy, we loved the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards! We ended up buying a beach umbrella and left it for future guests to use. Overall we LOVED our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

You will enjoy spectacular views of the Napali Coast and a very well-decorated and supplied condo close to Hanalei Bay.
