Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

This nice apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures: very clean, remodeled, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything one needs. View from balcony is stunning! The building is also clean and well kept and the location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants and across from Fairmont San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed great live music and a couple of wonderful events the hotel offers and that are open to the public. Our host Carlos was super nice and very responsive and quick to answer any questions about the property.. We loved the fact that we had private, secured parking on property without having to pay extra. Building is gated and has security 24/7. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we would stay there again!

Great location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants- Metropol was our favorite- great Puerto Rican/Cuban dishes/drinks. Building was gated but easy in/out with remote. Private parking was nice also. Carlos checked up on us and the condo was clean and comfortable. Condo pool is huge with nice shaded area to eat outside. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time in PR. Old San Juan, rain forest, many beaches visited. Rent a car and see the island.

The area was within walking distance to both restaurants and Isla Verde beach. They area was well policed and safe. I Love this place. Beautiful view to the beach. Very clean. Perfect to bring kids too. The bed was super comfortable.

We enjoyed out stay and the condo is located near great restaurants and walking distance to the beach and supermarket. Apartment is spotless upon arrival and Carlos was in contact when needed and provided much appreciated support following the earthquake. Carlos was awesome and the condo is beautiful with an amazing view of Isla Verde. The condo was well stocked with utensils for cooking and was clean...cleaner than most 4 star hotels. This would've been a 4 star review, but there is no disclosure on the noise that's encountered while staying at the condo. We were awakened every morning at 6am by the construction across the street at the El San Juan Hotel. They would drop a huge metal dumpster and then pick it up and drop it multiple times till they had it positioned where they wanted and then heavy equipment operation began....reverse warning beeps from the skid loaders and other equipment echo into the condo. The one thing I was hoping to do was sleep in, but because of the noise I couldn't. I'm sure they will finish with the construction and at that point it would definitely be a 4 star location...nothing is a 5.

It has easy walking access to major hotels and entertainment, beaches, pool, restaurants, drug stores and the airport is 10 minutes away. Owner is extremely friendly, accessible and responsive. Best apartment I have ever stayed in my travels around the world. Just remodeled, modern, short walk from the beach and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Carlos check in with you to ensure all is well and you are enjoying your stay. Any problems are solved immediately. I give 10 stars if were available to this place.

Great location with all you need within walking distance. The pics are exactly what the condo looks like. Modern, well kept and clean. Only issue was we could never take a shower with a solid temperature. It was hot and cold throughout. Other than that, it was great!

We loved our experience at this condo. It looks exactly like the pictures. Carlos has everything you need for your stay. It is very clean and secure. We were located right next to a super market, entertainment and restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minuet walk. Three of us stay here and it was just enough space for us .

Stayed there 1st week of March. Nice, modern and clean apartment, close to the beach and restaurants, walking distance to all. The only downside was the noise from some union protest very close to our building during that week with very loud speakers from 8AM to 10PM every. There is also noise from the airport which is also very close to the building (less than 1/2 mile). Overall a nice stay.

Twelth floor balcony view of the ocean added to the very clean, bright one bedroom 's appeal. Kitchen was updated, clean, and functional. Carlos replied to our email request for a small kitchen item by showing up with it personally within a short period of time. All communication with Carlos on HomeAway website was prompt. New supermarket is a short walk as are restaurants, the beach as well as the car rental company. The building and parking are secured with well maintained lobby and a nice pool area. Will recommend this unit to my friends.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and I will always come back to this location when visiting PR with my family. Everything about this place is PERFECT! The condo is at a perfect location, near the beach, restaurants and 24/7 supermarket. The condo building itself is always clean and safe with a security guard 24/7. The tenants are so friendly. The condo itself is SUPER CLEAN with all the amenities you need (all kitchen needs to cook, all beach supplies). The pool is so clean and beautiful especially at night with the pool lights turning on. Carlos is ALWAYS available prior to your reservations, during your stay, and even after your departure. I can honestly say I have gained a wonderful friend.

I decided to take a few days off and visit the island. Looking for a place to stay I can across this one. Best decision. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything thing you might need . It has security and parking space . Location is excellent. Hotels, car rentals, grocery stores, and restaurants are all walking distance away. The beach is only across the street .
