Great location! Amazing house. We had a very large group and this house had plenty of room. The beds were great. Tons of beautiful pieces in the house. If you're going to Kauai, this is the place to stay!

Fully met our needs with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Main room and kitchen provided plenty of room to cook play games and hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed!

Nalani Palms was the perfect house for our family of 10…ages 18 months to 70 years young. The home was beautifully appointed with more than adequate space for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and satisfied the cooks in our group. The pool area was wonderful and greatly enjoyed by all! The welcome basket of local fruits and treats was much appreciated. The location in Princeville was perfect….a lovely neighbourhood, close to many beautiful beaches and walking distance to decent shopping. We highly recommend this property, and the attentiveness of the management company.

Couldnt have asked for better accomodations. Everything was top notch as advertised. The few negative comments we saw before booking were not issues to our group at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely. My only concern was the living quarters, master, kitchen, dining room and living room were on the second floor. As a senior stairs can be an issue for me.

Check in was easy, plenty of space, clean property and accommodated a few requests. There were small tweaks that would help but nothing to stop a 5 star experience. (For example, basics like salt and pepper would be helpful, one of the shower heads needed a tweak but everything worked great and you can get what you need at the local market.)

All our family -G/G + family of 4 + family of 4 + girlfriend gathered for grandpa’s birthday. The house was wonderful with so much space to relax and having a pool was so awesome. Convenient to all shopping and activities.

Our family of 11 had the most wonderful stay at Nalani Palms. The house is so spacious that if someone wants to be alone it’s possible!! Everybody loved the pool. Having multiple washer and dryers was very helpful. The kitchen was very well designed. The location was so convenient for all activities. Thank you for sharing your home!!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed plus beach toys. You need to point out in the listing that the master suite, living, dining and kitchen are all on the 2nd floor. A person with disabilities would find this difficult.

Comfortable luxury Princeville home with pool in quiet upscale neighborhood just minutes from Hanalei Bay, Anni Beach Park, Kilauea Light House and everything the North Shore has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay here more than any other place we have stayed!!

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family getaway of 12. Our plane had come in way early, and they were kind enough to allow us an early check in. Which was fantastic as we had a 2 year old. There is actually more things closer than I realized when booking the property. There are places to eat that are in walking distance, and a Foodland as well! They had all the snorkeling stuff and surf boards we could need, but we couldn’t find any boogie boards, so we bought 2 and left them with the property. The nights are cool and comfortable, so air conditioning was not needed. The week went by too quickly with so much to do on that beautiful island. It fast became everyone’s favorite.

We rented this house for the pool, and it did not disappoint! Perfect for large groups, plenty of space. Would highly recommend this house.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A GOOD LOCATION

This property was conveniently located near several beaches and other popular sites. The home was very spacious and had great amenities including a pool and hot tub. I will flag that this property is in the middle of a family neighborhood so they're very strict about quiet hours which starts after 10 pm but they'll say something if they hear any loud noise before that time. This includes music, TV and talking. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is well appointed with excellent spaces as well as comfortable bedrooms.

This property was perfect for our group of 9. The location was perfect and in walking distance of restaurants and groceries. Everything was clean and exactly as promised in the booking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Kauai.

This is a nice house but not very well cleaned or maintained. We arrived to a from a very long travel day to a dirty house with 2 rolls of toilet paper in the 4 bathrooms. The drive way is a nightmare to get in and out of. You must back down or back up the skinny driveway in order to park at the house. Although Michael from the management group did respond to our needs it was just frustrating to ask for basic supplies like: Toilet paper, garbage bags, a coffee pot that worked, a pot to cook spaghettis in., towels. Also the pool is not heated and in December was to cold to use.

This place is huge! Nice areas for both privacy and hanging out. The hot tub was really nice to have with the rain. The kitchen was awesome but if I had to give and constructive feedback, it would be that we wished they had more cooking supplies options like bigger pots, pans and baking sheets. An easy fix!

We are a family of grandparents (2), parents (3), and 4 kids ages 21,18,17,14. Lots of room, beautiful pool, walking distance to shops, market, shave ice and other snacks. We would absolutely choose Nalani palms again! Excellent ,tasteful decor with abundent and high quality dining and cooking accessories far exceeding those found in most high end rental homes.

The vacation rental is in a great location and easy to find. It's located in the prestigious Princeville area. It's a well kept neighborhood.

Meals together are important and I loved the extra extra large dining table where we could all sit together. The private pool was so nice to enjoy without sharing it with a resort full of people. The hot tub works well.

The home was clean and in good shape. It had everything you needed to cook at home. We did all 3 meals in the well equipped kitchen.

Ping pong was a big hit and brought lots of excitement. Video games was fun too. We did a ton of pool time. And even a movie night. We all had plenty of space to stretch out.

The vacation rental management staff, particularly Michael G, was excellent with communicating as well as being accessible when we had questions.

We would consider staying here again.

Our week in Kauai was lovely. Any needs were promptly addressed by Kauai Exclusive (Patrick, Michael, and Taylor). The house set up was perfect for our family. Location was ideal to experience the beautiful northern parts of the island. Mahalo!

We were a short walking distance from the playground, running trails, grocery store and delicious resturants.

This home is great for multiple families. The garage had a lot of toys (ping/beer pong table, surf/long/boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, TWO washers/dryers. However, the location wasn’t near much besides a grocery store and queens bath. We drove a lot to Hanalei and to Kapa’a to do family outings such as Lydgate Beach which is a very kid friendly beach. The neighbors are locals and will complain if you’re being a little loud. There’s no AC, the light switches were terrible, they forgot our pack n play the first night and our bath tub was clogged. And they didn’t have any coffee for us!!!!! Overall it was a good stay. But don’t think we’d stay there again.

Princeville was a good location to many places we wanted to see. Three of the beds need to be replaced, Rooms were spacious enough for my family. The outside of the house is a bit buggy, house could use a good spray down, but there were outside maintenance people around. So I know for the most part the place is being cared for. Not sure if the management company checks on their cleaners but may want to as the kitchen appeared to he clean but lacked a really good deep cleaning.
