Wow! The property was great! The hosts, even better! So close to all the Memphis things! We walked most everywhere and had a great time. The property is spacious, in a good location and as a bonus has a delicious restaurant right next door! Couldn't have asked for anything more!

I personally was not thinking about how large the space was when we booked. Could not have been more impressed, and the price is VERY reasonable for how much space we had. There were areas that the 6 of us didn't even have time to explore because we were only there for a weekend. Well maintained, clean, very comfortable and the fact that it is pet friendly with a dog park so near made it the perfect stop for old friends getting together. Not far from anything and we had as much fun at the BnB as we did hanging out in Memphis! Thanks so much, and I would definitely recommend this space and we will be back!

Inside joke about the band Bread, too long to explain. Childhood friends, we got back together from Illinois, Florida and South Carolina to just hang out and enjoy the city. Rained all afternoon one day so we stayed in the place a bit, played games and hug out under the porch with a few beverages. Could use a little more light for our old eyes but everything was great!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Memphis! This property is exactly as represented in the listing. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room! The rooftop deck is awesome and where we spent most of our time until the heat drove us inside to the air conditioning. Although I did not get to meet Becky, our host due to arriving late because of a canceled flight, my sister and brother-in-law were impressed with her personally greeting them at check in. Becky and Mike were quick to respond to any communication we had. The property is close to many of the places we wanted to go and the two-car garage was a great bonus! Don’t hesitate to stay here! It will certainly be our choice if and when we visit Memphis again!

We had a wonderful time.The penthouse was incredible .Plenty of room for our group of 7.The pool table was a really nice addition.We saw many sites of Memphis ,but also close enough to the Penthouse to come back freshen up and see the sites in the neighborhood .Very walkable .I loved the decor of this place too.Very homey…When do I move in😜😜You will not be disappointed.Huge table to play cards or games with family….We got food to go because we loved the space so much we wanted to have dinner at the table…ok I’ll stop ..Look no further this is the place… Kelly B

We found this property perfect for a group stay. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Good location, enjoyed the pool table and the garage was a big plus!

Very large and comfortable. Lots of room to visit—two living areas and a large porch. 4 bedrooms plus 4 bunks. Pool table included!

We were very pleased with our stay here in Memphis. The property was just a short drive to Beale St. had a wonderful restaurant just feet from the front door. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable, i.e, coffee. Thank you!

5-star landlord made us feel at home with extras at the very large "penthouse" with a huge deck to enjoy in warmer months. The place was fully stocked and roomy. Great Venezuelan restaurant right at entrance and Root Stock, a curated wine/liquor shop on the other side. Glad we had a garage to shelter both our cars. Nothing wrong with the place or landlord, but Memphis is no Nashville. We had hoped to soak up the blues like Nashville does for country music. Should have done my homework more. We found things to do every day for our long stay, but it was a challenge. Memphis needs a boost. Desolate streets... kind strangers warning us about the dangers around us...armed guards in front of our church, nearby car repair shop...a tourist got clobbered by a crazy on Beale Street as we were exiting from lunch...

The property is perfect and the Todds are the most welcoming, inviting hosts. I would not hesitate to stay with them again. Many thanks!

This property is awesome! Tons of space and very well equipped! Hosts are super nice and helpful! Nice to have a garage for our rental car and designated parking. Outdoor space is awesome if you have good weather. Pool table was fun option ! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I recently stayed at The Edge in Memphis and we had a blast! This place was amazing and we all agreed that this has been our favorite rental ever! We will definitely stay there again on our next stay in Memphis. Thank you Rebecca for making it perfect!

We had a good ranging from 1-73 years old. Everyone enjoyed this property. We had plenty of space (indoor and out), comfortable accommodations and great recommendations for things to do nearby. Very quick walk to Sun Records, a brewery, stores and great restaurants. There is also a nice dog park right down the street! Becky was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for our stay. Really enjoyed this rental and our time in Memphis!

The house was immaculate! The pictures on the website are no where close to what we experienced when we arrived. ManCation is the code name that our group of 6 close military retirees / veterans invented when we started these one week Harley trips 9 years ago. This was or first time renting a house where we could all hang out together under one roof versus staying in 2-3 separate hotel rooms. This year we planned for 5 but only 4 of us were able to travel. Becky and Todd are great property managers and made sure our stay would be rememberable starting with initial correspondence days prior to our arrival. They had snacks and local bourbon for the group to help make us feel at home. Though the management team provided us with a key code to gain access to the home, Becky took the time to meet us at the house and walk us through all of the amenities it had to offer. Glad she did because there were rooms and entry ways we didn’t know existed. Becky also provided us information on places to eat and hang out relevant to our time in Memphis. This is in addition to the sheets available in the home with places to eat in walking distance. The towels, face clothes, soaps were better than any 5-Star hotel I’ve slept in. No complaints on the beds either. The washer and dryers came in handy because riding on motorcycles, we are limited to the clothes we can carry. The huge balcony on back was great as some of the guys enjoyed sitting outside enjoying cigars. Pool table gave us something to brag about while we decided where to eat our next meal. The garage was an added plus and was a major factor when we were searching for a place. We were able to park our 4 Harley Davidson touring bikes in the garage with plenty of room to maneuver around them. This made it great for cleaning the bikes after a day’s ride and loading them when it was time to depart. The location of the home was great. We normally took an Uber downtown but walked back which was approximately 30 minutes. On the last night we learned about the motorized scooters and rode them back to the house taking detours along the way. Lot of fun. Location was excellent and provided easy access to the freeways on our daily rides around Memphis, Mississippi, and Arkansas without having to drive through busy downtown streets with stop lights. By far this was an excellent choice and we’ll definitely be calling on Becky and Todd if we choose to return to Memphis.

This was easily the nicest experience I’ve had using vrbo or any other temporary home rental services. The hosts were beyond accommodating, they addressed every need we had and even needs we didn’t realize we had. The space is amazing! It’s huge, safe, and has plenty of parking. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to memphis and we will definitely be back.

This place was awesome and large! It accommodated my family perfectly. There was 10 adults and 2 Children and there was room for even more if needed. It was nice to be with family all together in one spot to enjoy our special time.

Loved this apartment. There was space for everyone (4-10 people depending on the day). Well equipped kitchen. Pool table was a big hit. Hostess was gracious and very helpful. Our only regret was the weather which kept us off of the awesome deck.

This place exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and well stocked. Accommodated easily 7 women. We would certainly stay here again. Absolutely!

Our extended family traveled here for Christmas 2021. The owners met us onsite for a walk through of the property, which was a nice touch. The home was big enough for all of us to spread out. Considering it was 78 degrees on Christmas, the rooftop was the highlight of our trip. Some of us traveled from Chicago, so wow what beautiful and unexpected weather. We never left the house except for a walk with our dog. It was awesome to have the little dog park just minutes away from the rental. Overall a great experience.
