Access to interstate, staff was polite.

Dirty and had roaches. Wall were paper thin. Hot water took forever.

I didn't like everything about that motel like I was telling you earlier very uncouth staff very rude management very rude Mr McDaniels the staff the head over housekeeping is very rude she causes a bunch of drama she causes a bunch of friction between the customers and the staff to wear they will have to leave she informs the customers to that they have to make their own beds clean their own rooms they can't sit with their door open with the TV down and she tells them that they can't sit in the bar since they paid for their room she sprays febreeze in their faces I know this for a fact that she did it to mine when I proceeded to tell Mr McDaniels what she had done he wouldn't allow me to tell all of my side that me and my husband had to leave now I don't know why he's afraid to reprimand her what their relationship is there but that's very unprofessional and for him to say that they're fully staffed with security and housekeeping and basically cry and complain will I need more customers well if you don't let your damn staff run your damn customers away you would have customers so truthfully the place needs to be under New Management and a whole new staff thank you

Room was dirty, took a shower and tub filled up with water, shower head was taped on. room was nasty and halls smelled of marijuana. disgusting place
