Beautiful house with stunning views. Good for groups.

Everything about our stay was easy, from check-in to the daily housekeeping. The housekeeper we had, Christiana, was lovely and went above and beyond for us, even helping with our BBQ and finding local restaurants from which we could order in. The villa is also quite large and fit all 13 of us, which is no small feat. All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Daily housekeeping was a huge bonus, and our host Sonal was always accommodating and responsive. The location of the house gave us easy access to the Dutch or French side of the island. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 9 kids

The inside of the house was great. The outside of the house was beat up pretty bad by Irma. The outdoor shower, roof, gutters, stairs to the beach, and most of the gardens were destroyed. We enjoyed our stay very much and Audry (one of the house keepers) was amazing. There are lots of stairs to the beach, but it didn't bother us.

Great home. Our family of 14 spent a week there. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place on the ocean that this is it. There are a lot of steps in the house so anyone with mobility issues might find it difficult especially with a baby just starting to walk who loved to climb them. But the view, house and surroundings are worth it! I wanted to bring Audrey the housekeeper home with us. Lovely lady. If I ever go to st Marteen again this would be my choice to stay at

We had the Villa rented in January of 2018 and then Irma devastated the island. With the airport closed we had no choice but to cancel. Sonal, the owner was gracious enough to transfer our stay until last week. St. Maarten continues to recover, and you could witness that throughout your drive from the airport to the villa. It made my entire family appreciate the basic things that we have in the states and that we take for granted. The natives of the island are warm and greeted us upon entering every shop, grocery or restaurant with "thank you for coming to our island". That kindness was carried through to our beautiful housekeeper Audrey. She comes in every day, and would immediately come in to the home and find me to make sure that everything was ok. My grandsons even invited her to stay with us for dinner....they loved her. The Villa is large and well appointed. The pool and hot tub lovely. The views spectacular. We did have a problem with directions from the airport to the Villa. The roads are not well marked and I believe the signs that where there for Oyster Pond/The Westin prior to Irma are no longer there. We downloaded the off line map on google, and that helped immensely. We would absolutely stay in one of Sonal's properties in the future.

We loved the house,, the island is recovering, lots of restaurants. Friendly people all over SXM, many great deals to be had! We were a large group and every one of us enjoyed the views from our bedrooms in this house, we cannot wait to come back!

We did have a few mishaps that was resolved as quickly as they could resolve them. Some of it was do to island living. House keeper came everyday except Sunday. Could have been every other day would have been ok. Sonal was extremely friendly and did everything she said she would. Amazing home and grounds, was great for our large family (17). Could not have picked a better spot!

Five adults and five children with room to spare! We loved having the hot tub and pool available to us. We also enjoyed going down to the beach each day. Owner is very easy to work with! Very accommodating. The daily maid service was soooo nice! Can't wait to go back :)

The Fantasee was fabulous!! Our entire family of 10 loved everything about the vacation home. The view is spectacular. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

I was excited to invite 9 friends to celebrate a big birthday and wanted to stay somewhere we could all be together not in separate motel rooms. Wow! what a great time with plenty of room for everyone, plus! What more could you ask for with a pool, Jacuzzi, and steps to your private beach! It doesn't get any better than that. Everyone was impressed with my pick. Isla was great greeting us and giving us all the information we needed to have a great experience. I don't think the pictures justify the experience you will have! Can't wait to go back.

Amazing property with pool, hot tub and beach! Patio was enormous for outside gathering and sunrises! Home is large and well cared for! Our family of 13 had tons of room to hang together inside and out. Each room had its own bathroom suite! Great location with alot of close activities! Beach, yard and Patio gave kids a lot of roaming room! Property comes with daily housekeeper (which was wonderful)! The best home we have rented! It was truly an amazing vacation!!

Our group of 8 had an absolutely amazing experience with a Sonal. Everything was cleaned, easy to access and breathtakingly beautiful. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and relaxing retreat.

We had an amazing time at FantaSea! We were a group of 15 people and the house is so spacious that it was totally comfortable. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the BBQ, the private beach access, the outdoor shower... Isla the housekeeper was really helpful and great to have around. Highly recommended - hopefully we can come back someday!

This started out to be a 30th wedding anniversary trip but when our kids saw the pictures they were wishing they were coming so we turned it into a family vacation and brought our two kids and their spouses. When we arrived the house keeper was there to welcome us and show us how everything worked. The pool, hot tub, beach and local eateries were all top notch. Walking next door to the Westin resort to get a beverage at the beach bar was another plus. The house is better than the pictures can even portray. We will be back to this home and it can accommodate lots of people. Six of us only utilized half the house. The owner , the house keeper and the Poolman were all great and easy to work with. We chartered a boat one day from the marina at the bottom of the hill and spent the day snorkeling and swimming around remote islands. If you are a foodie you will be in heaven. Not only are big time chefs in the area, small unassuming places served excellent food at a reasonable price. The trip was everything we hoped for and more.

This was our first time booking a home, we were quite worried. We shouldn't have been. The host and the house keeper made the whole process seamless and a vacation of a lifetime! The house is great, the location is nice, the beach is quite and secluded enough. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could want. Loved the decor, the huge deck, we enjoyed a few glasses of vino. We loved all the shopping on the french side. Better than the usual caribbean straw markets. Got a lot of spices back from Marigot. We would come back in a heart beat!! Great value.

This house and property were absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly how it was described on this site from the stunning views to the gorgeous home. I feel like I have known the owner, Sonal, for years, as she was so attentive from our very first inquiry. She answered all of my hundred questions within hours and made the perfect recommendations for our trip. Isla, the housekeeper, became part of our family. Our kids loved her (so did we!) and by the end of the week she became Auntie Isla. She took care of the home every day and kept it very neat and clean. John the gardener cut down fresh coconuts, bananas, and aloe from the perfectly maintained garden. The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed every day. The walk down to the beach was a nice little workout. The water was beautiful! There were 9 adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. The rooms are so private, it was a perfect place for our family. You can really tell how much Sonal and Isla care for this home and their guests. I hope to return soon. It was a trip I will never forget.

We have traveled and stayed at many homes and resorts, this was the BEST! From the house, the linens, the outdoor deck, the wonderful staff! The kids just played on the beach most of the time and racked up a good bill at the Westin Bar. Loved shopping at Phillipsburg, eating at Grand Case and Orient beach We will be back!!!

I don't even know where to begin. The overall experience was fantastic. We had a group of 6 adults and 8 children. The house easily accommodated the 14 of us. There was a room of bunk beds in the main house where we put the girls and we put the boys in a little cabana house that included it's own kitchen. All the rooms have a nice view and are well set up. the cabana house has limited views and if we had one complaint it's that it doesn't have much airflow so after you put 4 boys in it by the end of the week it begins to smell like the backseat of a long family road trip. The house is on the beach but it's a bit of a haul down the stairs. Now that said, it's not too difficult unless maybe if you're a senior. The beach area is not vast but it's adjacent to the Westin which has a large beach area. While the beach at the Westin is very nice once in the water its very rocky/sharp crushed shells. However, if you go out in the water in front of fantasea it's actually very sandy. From the very beginning the owner was very accommodating. We had open dialog on everything from house features to things to do on the island to even the condiments already at the house. She was truly in the interest of our group having a fantastic time. In fact, because of the way the house is set up it's great for socializing. The kids played cards and played in the pool and the adults hung out on the patio or in the hot tub every night we were at the house. Not once did anyone even turn on a TV. We actually lost touch of what was going on in the world. I guess that's what vacation is supposed to be about. In summary, if going to St. Maarten, you can't go wrong with this house.

Enjoyed the big yard, the beach that hardly had any people on it! Long walks morning and at sunset, the fabulous sunrises over dawn beach. This was a well deserved break for a workaholic and I can say we were pampered. Daily maid service was definitely worth it.

View is amazing and location is excellent, right on the border between french and dutch sides. Close to the Orient Beach, our favorite French restaurants and bar hangout. Pancake place next door is very good for either breakfast or dinner. Did our grocery shopping in the main store, a little further, but the selection and prices were better then any other store in vicinity. Property is perfect for small kids since the villa is completely gated from all sides. Bring your bugs and mosquito sprays and repellents as owner recommends - you will need them in the evening or at night. Enough of gated parking for couple of full size cars. We rented from the local company Leisure Car Rental and got free upgrade and had no problems. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Place is large enough to accommodate 10-12 or even more people. Highly recommended!

We had 12 people in our group and never lacked for space or privacy. We enjoyed every moment of the house. The steps were a challenge but you could always stop along the way and enjoy the view. The hot tub was used everyday but the pool was a little cold for some of us. The house was always kept clean and the housekeeper was very helpful in anything we needed. We would highly recommend this house for an outstanding vacation.
