Room size was adequate. Location was good.

Breakfast was not tasty and rates was a bit too high.

Check-in and checkout process are fast, can drop your keys to checkout hence don't need to queue. Spacious room. Has complementary coffee, tea and water bottles.

Room: Toilet in the room has a random water-dripping sound (especially after flushing the toilet, I think?). Also, I was surprised that there are no ropes and slippers for the room. Daily make-up: As for room make-up (I stayed for 3 nights), it was pretty inconsistent (compared with other 4-star hotels). E.g., when I reached on the night when I check-in, there were no towels and the staff could only gave me 1 because the hotel ran out (what?). Next for the make-up room, the first day was terrible. my toilet wasn't cleaned (would have expected the cleaner to do so as standard procedure), as my used towels were still in toilet and rubbish bin was not emptied. I have to re-inform the staff to make-up the WHOLE room, including toilet. Thankfully, the second day it was better. Hotel Cafe: The food was not horrible but I choose to skip the hotel breakfast (although I had purchased the breakfast). Also, the cafe is definitely too small to accommodate a 20-storey hotel. I had to share tables with other folks. Facilities: It could be better if the hot spring spa area could be open for a longer time. I didn't get to use as I was out most of the time.

The resort simply good and value for money. The location is good and lots of eateries and shopping area near by

May consider having meals internally and ATM Kiosks.

I visited the Hot Spring at 3:30pm, there was a couple (one male one female) was inside the hot spring pool. I called customer service but they ignore me and cut my phone call. and I booked 2 person for the stay, but the record was only 1 and after feedback they ask me to add another RM40 for the additional people.
