Wifi in the room was not very good.

The aircons were dusty and there was work done at the lift lobby on the floor we stayed

Check in was super smooth. The staff were very friendly! My kids love this place. Very convenient to get food at ksl.

Location of the hotel. Comfortable room size.

Surrounding areas around the hotel is filthy. Lots of rubbish strewn around. There is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. Not enough signs and directions at the parking facility. It took us 15 minutes to find a parking lot.

The room door doesn’t work. Even the staff using their master key can’t open the door, after changing battery to the door. My luggage’s was inside the room if not I would have ask for a refund and change hotel!

There is lack of directions from the reception to the D-Esplanade Residences, we had to ask the front office staff twice. The shopping area should have adequate signages for guests to locate the residences area through the shopping centre. Staff also do not speak proper English and speak too softly, maybe to disguise their lack of confidence. We were a family of 7 with a person in wheelchair and luggages, and it was very inconvenient to keep waiting in the shopping centre and go to and fro to the reception to find the residences location - the management should really look at putting up CLEAR signages to show the direction to the residences are.

TV channels are horrible Tune and control the channels Sometimes have a proper channel sometimes don't have it Lesser activities for kids only at level 1 the car play for RM12 and colouring and swimming. I was little disappointed bcos I booked for delux king with bath tub somehow I got booked under grand king room.no bath tub for my son. Other then that the rest are okay.

the mattress are harder then the usual mattress at the hotel. doesn’t provide extra towels for the stay. rooms don’t have table top lights for those with infant. Dinosaurs water theme park tickets have to buy separately doesn’t have discount for it. adult that doesn’t swim has to pay for it too. should consider half price for adult accompanying children.

Bad experience from your hotel

We paid expensive alil bit however our tv channel is sg local channel! Our sons room paid a lil cheaper but tv have netflix and all ... room lines was down. Dont go yet to breakfast part in rm is costly but not so nice even...

Location wise great. Connected to mall. Clean, spacious room.

TV not working 2nd night. Corridor can be dim. Phone in the room is not working, hard to communicate with staff.
