We just enjoyed a week in this lovely home. It is by far the best equipped VRBO home we have rented. The kitchen has everything you could need and there were plenty of towels and linens. Beach chairs were such a nice treat! The home is very comfortable, spacious and clean and just a quick walk to Sunset beach where we enjoyed several amazing sunsets. The deck and grill were wonderful for meals outdoors and watching boats pass by. The location is perfect for going to Newport, Block Island, Narragansett and many other beaches. The fire pit was a big hit for making s’mores and the yard is beautiful. Jon was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a terrific week!

We stayed here for a week with my brothers family and we loved everything about the house especially the 5 minute walk to the beach! The House was super clean , the basement is great and the basement 2 Nd bathroom is huge ! Loved everything about it !

This was an extremely comfortable home for 6 adults. Nice water view. Jon responded to all questions promptly.

The 15 Starboard property was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, with a kitchen fully-stocked with cooking appliances and dishes. The place has plenty of bedding, and lots of comfortable places to hang out and sleep. There is a sizable yard for games. It's a quick drive to Newport for activities. The property was right near the water, and we often went for walks or runs around the neighborhood...it's a beautiful spot. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place!

Home had ample space for our family of 7. We enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen as well as exploring the wonderful restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the lovely beach at sandy Cove and meeting some locals. The ocean was calm and clear and our daughter swam all day long. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Our stay in Jamestown was very relaxing and enjoyable. The house was well equipped, and clean. The view from the deck was fabulous. Newport and great Rhode Island beaches were just a short drive away. The owner was very responsive and even made a mid-week visit to take care of a minor problem! Thank you!

We stayed at this home as we celebrated our wedding in Newport. The home is even more beautiful and accommodating in real life, it's clean, well equipped and located on a very quiet street. There are views of the water and plenty of space to host the whole family without feeling cramped! We would gladly stay again!

We had a truly perfect week at this home in Jamestown. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and we felt right at home! The neighborhood and the house are so quaint. The house itself is within walking distance of a small beach, and it's just a quick jaunt over the bridge to Narragansett or Newport. We loved being able to easily access the night life in Newport so easily, but also loved how quiet and relaxing the house in Jamestown was. It was truly an amazing week and would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a great time in this well stocked house! Everything we needed was here and Jamestown is an ideal location. We went to the South Rhode Island beaches, Newport is just over the bridge, (highly recommend the Aquidneck sailboat tour) and shopped and dined in Providence. The neighborhood is peaceful with ocean views. The downstairs was perfect for the kids. We hope to return next year!

Our family had a wonderful week in this spacious home in beautiful Jamestown! Our kids loved riding their bikes through the quiet neighborhood to the small local beach to skip rocks and collect shells! My husband and I couldn't get enough of the lovely view from the deck, especially early mornings with our coffee, so peaceful! Our kids and their friends enjoyed hanging out and watching movies at night on the comfortable couches downstairs. We enjoyed a beautiful day at Beavertail followed by a nice swim at Mackeral Cove. Great restaurants too, Slice of Heaven lived up to it's name for breakfast and Chopmist Charlies had great chowder and clam cakes! Only a 15 minute drive to Newport to do the cliff walk followed by an excellent lobster roll at the La Forge restaurant was another highlight as well as the great surf at Second Beach. Will definitely be back! Just a fantastic place!

We visited this home to attend Parent's weekend at the Naval Academy Prep School. It is very convenient to Newport. The home is very well suited to six people. The lower level is a huge area, wonderful for young folks to gather for games or TV with lots of seating. We did not use either of the pull out couches so cannot comment on their sleeping comfort. There is a large, flat back yard wonderful for Frisby or other games. The kitchen area is equipped with plenty of dishes and flatware though the frying pans appear to have been abused. We would definitely return if there is another long weekend to visit the area.

We were in need of last minute housing for a weekend wedding. Jon was so accommodating by making his home available. The house is perfectly suited for a family. Everything we needed was at hand. Our favorite part was enjoying the peaceful water view from the deck. First experience on VRBO and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a beautiful setting.

We stayed here over 4th of July weekend this year with our friend and her daughter. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. When we arrived the place was extremely clean and the decor was a New Englandy Pottery Barn look. We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck. The backyard was great for the kids to run around and expend some energy. We used the grill outside for dinner one night which was very convenient. Jamestown itself is a great location. We drove to Newport a couple of times, but we also took the ferry. That was a lovely experience. Next time we will definitely take the ferry more times than drive. I'd recommend this lovely home for anyone who is interested in staying in Jamestown or in this general area.
