Had a pre holiday trip to sand and sun. This place was just want I needed, it’s been several years since I have been to see manatees and this trip did not fail.

We have stayed at the Spanish Main several times and this is the nicest condo we have stayed at. It has everything you need and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants close by and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was in the perfect location to Kennedy Space Center with plenty of grocery stores and other shopping within close proximity. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the beach is very accessible.

This place was great! The property was impeccably cleaned, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the beach was merely steps away. The only drawback is a lack of parking, that is not the property owners doing though and it’s manageable, we used the parking pass!!

This place was just what we needed. Quiet little place to just sit and watch and listen to the waves roll in. Could have seen beautiful sunrises had the clouds cooperated a little more. We walked to several places nearby for food and drink. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for out stay. Had a little hiccup with the new door lock a few days into our stay but was able to get it rectified fairly quick. Thank you, Stephanie and Paul, for your quick response! I would stay here again.

Loved the corner unit, as well as the extra large balcony. The overhang made it easy to sit outside mid day with out sun coming into condo. The beach was so peaceful with less families. No overcrowding. The pool was sensational and perfect. Had a wonderful time.

We all loved this property. It was in a perfect location for us. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything and more that we could need. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

We had a wonderful week at the beach! Amazing ocean views from the unit, (ocean, sunrise and dolphins). The property owner was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. The unit was updated with tile flooring, kitchen and overall in great condition. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The master bed was super comfortable and the short walk to the beach and pool was super easy. All the beach supplies you needed were available to use. I would definitely recommend this condo unit and stay here again in the future. We even saw two rocket launches from our patio. Thank you for the use of your home and the wonderful relaxing stay.

As always Stephanie was great to deal with; prompt with answers to any question. The condo was in excellent condition upon or arrival. The location is close to many good restaurants and pubs. One of our FAVORITE locations to visit. Looking forwardward to our next trip "to the beach".

Having lived in Florida for many years before moving to NC, the prospect of a major hurricane aimed at Florida’s west coast was a significant concern. The condo is very nice and the porch and view are fabulous. Paying for 7 days, we wanted to work through it but as the track changed, our one day at the beach changed to preparing to leave..lfinally fear of not being able to get back to NC before it hit here made our choice easy and very wise. Stephanie was helpful and a great owner. Hoping the trip insurance comes through…renters must take the risk and May end up paying the price for bad luck

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is amazing and we loved spending time on the deck. The condo was as described in the listing and was quite comfortable. The beach access is easy and the beach itself is great. The location provides easy access to A1A and there were several good restaurants in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Cocoa Beach.

Can’t wait to go back! We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The description is extremely accurate. Close to great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and just minutes walk to the beach or pool, perfect view of the ocean. We ate on the balcony every day. Everything provided the condo was great for our family of four including two young children. The one thing that I would say is there’s a small lip in the tile in the living room that you must be mindful to step over to avoid tripping. Overall we love staying here and can’t wait to go back.

Great location!
The pictures listed are accurate. Great location, right on the beach and corner unit. The room With the two beds had a distinct odor and the nautical ceiling fan was filthy. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal and dust could easily wiped off and easily overlooked. However, these blades are made out of a cloth material lined with rope and metal on the perimeter. Every blade was covered with copious amounts of dust. The metal portion was completely rusted and the cloth material appeared to have strange stains embedded in the cloth.

The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was a BONUS. We loved being able to watch TV in the living area/read a book with the balcony open feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the sound of the waves. Cocoa Beach is a neat town with lots of things to do. Great beach right out your door. We watched a launch from the Kennedy Space Center from the deck. The weather was mid 80’s all week.

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo was exactly as advertised. We spent many hours sitting on the patio watching the sun rise or just watching the ocean. The home had everything we needed for cooking meals. This was a perfect home away from home. The host provided checkin information in a very timely manner. She was very responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was a BONUS. The location can not be beat. Right on the beach a walking distance to downtown and restaurants.
