The condo was just as described and pictured. It was a perfect place to stay and just steps from the beach. It was my first time visiting Cocoa Beach and had a great time. Beautiful sunrises and even was able to see a rocket launch.

We had a great time staying at Sandcastles. It was right on the beach and we had a great view. We got to see a night SuperX Starlink launch - complete with first stage re-entry. We had a front seat to fireworks displays all up and down the beach. Our unit provided all the amenities we could hope plus some! We would recommend this to other beach lovers!

My family & I have stayed at Sandcastles many times over the years. This was the first time I stayed in unit 408. I have to say it was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. It was super clean & very well decorated. Joyce was a joy to work with. She has every beach item you could need, so no need to drag your own stuff from home, especially helpful if you’re flying. The king sized bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. Additionally the television in the living room is very nice. Our whole extended family rented multiple condos for the week. Joyce’s unit had the best television & couches so our whole family came to my unit to watch the college world series UT Vol’s win over Texas A&M. Go Vols! 😁 The view from the balcony is amazing & there are plenty of chairs & tables for sitting with family & enjoying the views. One important thing to note is the great location of Sandcastles. It is close to downtown Cocoa Beach which has a lot of great shops & restaurants & it’s close to Ron Jons surf shop & the Cocoa Beach pier. And if you’re lucky enough to be there during a rocket launch, the beach in front of the condo is a great place to watch the launches. We were lucky enough to see three Space X launches. Again Joyce was a joy to work with and her condo is amazing! I will definitely be staying there in the future!

Our stay here was great. The condo is as it appears in the photos. The space was clean and tastefully decorated . The ocean front view was great. Me and my family enjoyed quite a few meals on the balcony. Last, we were only about an hour from Disney. We enjoyed a day in Disney, and the drive was seamless. I would definitely book this Condo again.

Everything about our stay was great. The Sandcastle building is set back from the main road and there is ample parking. The pool was sparkling clean and the elevator a good size. Check-in went smoothly. When we entered the unit, the first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Everything seemed well-cared for and the owners provided everything guests might need for a successful vacation. We found the furniture was comfortable - the sofas reclined and the beds had comfortable mattresses. Wait until you see the lush towels and fulled equipped kitchen. We spent much of our time on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves and watching families enjoying themselves on the beach. The weekend we were there, we watched the boats racing in Thunder on Cocoa Beach - right from our balcony! Thank you, Joyce, for allowing us to use your condo. A very memorable vacation!

This beautifully appointed condo is over the top: spectacular views from the terrace of the ocean and Space Center launches. Breathtaking sunrises everyday. Lovely pool, nice fellow residents, great location. And Joyce is a super Super Host!

My family and I stayed in Joyce’s condo for 3 nights following 5 long days at Disney and Universal. We were looking for an oceanside condo where we could relax for a few days at the end of your Florida vacation. This is exactly what we were looking for. The condo is very nice and has every amenity would could ask for. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the ocean views. In the evenings, we relaxed on the couches and watched movies. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Oh back to the amenities, my daughter lost an earring in the pool and we used the swim mask in Joyce’s beach closet to find it. We were so thankful Joyce had a mask available or else we would not have found her earring. Overall, I highly recommend Joyce’s condo. She was incredibly helpful and very easy to communicate with. If we ever travel back to Cocoa Beach, we will rent this condo again.

Stayed 3 days with my wife & 3 of our grandchildren; prior to going to Reunion Resort for a week with the balance of my family. Actual condo was fine for the price point. Owner did a good job with the overall process.

The condo was perfect! Everything was so well taken care of and the views were absolutely gorgeous. My 5 year old said she wanted to move in forever. We had everything we needed in the condo. It was so nice to be right on the beach, especially with kids. Lots of beach toys for the kids to play with, beach umbrella and chairs, etc. The swimming pool was a hit as well. The location is perfect. We were so close to everything with walking or a short drive. Joyce was wonderful to work with throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. Any time I had a question, she and her husband were so on top of it. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Condo was in great shape with recent updates. Lots of beach towels and chairs for the beach. It had everything we needed!

Girls Weekend…we have been friends over 40 years and in our 70’s now…but meet for a getaway two times a year…we’ve love Sandcastles but usually get a 3 bedroom unit…this trip only four of us can meet & I drive from NC…condo very clean and furnished with anything we could possibly need…beds were very comfortable and of course, oceanfront view outstanding! Starting with the booking process this has been a wonderful experience. Joyce was responsive, helpful and just an all around amazing host. The apartment was clean, spacious, well stocked, amazing views and a great location. Easy access to beach and pool. Highly recommend people to stay here and we will definitely be back!

The condo we stayed at was just as described. It was ocean front and the master bedroom had large windows you could see the ocean and if you opened windows you could hear the ocean. We did have a AC issue, however Joyce the owner was able to get AC person to repair fairly quickly. The views are wonderful.

great time wish we booked a longer stay

Joyce's condo was absolutely amazing. When we walked in it was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, it was beautiful and relaxing with very comfortable furniture, new appliances, high end very comfortable beds and everything we needed to have a wonderful time at the beach or even just relaxing in the condo. The balcony was perfect and great for us all to sit and enjoy the view with a cool drink and talk and catch up, then we set our alarms and watched the Crew Dragon launch from the balcony, which was a bucket list event and incredible to watch!! We were so thankful for our front row seat on the balcony for the launch. There's nothing like being right on the beach, and we enjoyed the short walk to the surf and boogie boarding in the waves 😊. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. Joyce is delightful to work with! I can't wait to come back and stay here. I thank Joyce for such a wonderful experience staying in her condo, and I highly recommend this property for a fantastic beach getaway!

Thanks Joyce for an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach! My daughters and I were there for 9 days and the condo was perfect. Joyce sent such clear instructions on everything and the condo is as beautiful as the pictures on the site. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach (although you could also see it from the balcony). The condo is central to everything- great restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store etc. The condo is also very well stocked- from the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, to "the beach closet" with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc, to the linen closet with tons of beach towels and shower towels. Also plenty of closet and drawer space for all your belongings...it really was a truly perfect place to stay. If we get back to Cocoa beach I would most definitely stay here again!

The Condo was exactly the way it was described. We had everything we needed. There was a problem with the elevator and it was fixed really fast. I would definitely go back. Hope to make more memories there.

Short trip to the beach so it was so nice to only have to bring our clothes and sunscreen! Kitchen fully supplied as well as towels and beach gear. Easy way to relax immediately. Owner has beyond stellar communication. Thank you Joyce!

Enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach in this very comfortable condo. Beds super comfortable. Furniture super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. But the best for us was the view from the balcony of the beach/ocean. Sat on balcony an average of 4-6 hours everyday! Just perfect relaxation. Highly recommend.

The condo was even better then appeared in the listing. Nice quiet area. Beautiful views of ocean from balcony and master bedroom. Property owner was thoughtful enough to have beach chairs, beach towels, boggy boards, small cooler, and all other items needed to make our beach trip easy and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay and this home was exceptional and awesome! We loved this place! It is very clean and comfortable. A five star rating for the comfortable bed too. Every morning we sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean enjoying our coffee and breakfast. The view of the beach and ocean were amazing! We got a major plus because we were able to watch the launch of Space X from our balcony. We love eating outside, enjoying good food and great company. Some spots we really enjoyed that were very close by were: Longboard at the Hilton, Coconuts on the Beach, 4th Street Filling Station, and Jazzy’s Lobster. These were all within a mile of the condo. We cannot say enough about this place and how much we enjoyed our stay. Joyce’s instructions to find her place and enter her condo were very easy to follow. We had a very relaxing and great time.
