House was great! Location was great!! We definitely enjoyed the pool heated up during the day and fire pit on the chilly nights!! Close to everything too!

This beautiful and spacious home provided a wonderful place for my family of 6 and my sister's family of 4 to stay over the Christmas holiday while visiting family in Scottsdale. The kitchen had everything we needed for the times we decided to cook. Our kids loved the heated pool, and we loved the outdoor fire, especially since it ended up being cool and cloudy during our trip.

Enjoyed the house - it backs up to a small preserve so no neighbors looking over the back wall. Lots of space, relatively well maintained. Fire pit was great.

Excellent location. House was well suited for our needs. Backyard is slightly run down from online photos. Nice, but new cushions for chairs, etc would be good.

Beautiful property with plenty of room and amenities. Back patio and pool was our favorite place. Gave 4 stars because landscaping lights didn’t work for most of the stay. They did send repairman but we had already fixed it. We would definitely come back to this relaxing property!

This was a very roomy and comfortable house. Easy to find kitchen items. Back yard was a great getaway location and spent most of out time there when not cooking or sleeping. Quick and easy access to the 101. 20 minutes to anywhere in Scottsdale

All was fantastic. Communication with the prop mgrs was great. House, pool, hot tub, fire pit, waterfall and putting greens all spectacular additions. To the mgmt company, drain in smaller master bedroom sink is clogged and was when we arrived. Not complaining.. just info for future guests.

The house was perfect for us. With two adult children they had their own wing of the house. Choice of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den with sofa and TV. The kitchen was well stocked except could have used more dish towels. Everything was very clean which we appreciated so much during these times. Bedding was comfortable and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very nice neighborhood, gated community. The backyard was wonderful especially sitting at night with the fire pit. Pool water was too cool to swim but we put our feet in. Did not want to spend the extra to heat. The same with the hot tub. Instructions provided to use all the functions of the house need some updating since some of it did not relate to what this house had, but we did call the property manager and they were very responsive. Never could figure out how to control the outdoor lighting. They were on at 6am in the morning and not during the early evening hours when we were in the yard. Also, could not figure out the indoor fireplace. We have one at home and it just would not go on but we could have called again to ask. There was plenty of other things to enjoy in this house. Would highly recommend.

House was awesome! Plenty of room to spread out and the outdoor living space with pool, fire pit and grill area was so relaxing. Timing of when pool pump and filter turned on and off to keep spa water circulating was little bit of nuisance, but pool felt amazing after full days of hiking in 100+ degree weather. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The house was way bigger than we expected it to be which made it nice that everyone had their own space! Outside space was beautiful! Loved that it was in a gated community. Wish the waterfall to the pool wasn’t on a timer or would be on one we could control as it didn’t kick on until late afternoon/evening while we were in the pool majority of the early afternoon. Overall great place!

This property is showing age of being a rental property, the pictures are clearly from when it was first put into service. We partially choose the house based on having a basketball hoop in the pool to give my son and I an activity while others relaxed. We spoke to the maintenance man on arrival and he said there was no hoop( misleading pictures). We called the manager (Casago) and received no response. Skip any property managed by Casago and find a property better taken care of with accurate pictures. Location is good.

This was the perfect getaway! House was all that we expected and more.

We absolutely loved this house. We had 7 family members staying together with plenty of room to give everyone privacy or to all hang together in the great room. If you like to be outside the backyard is very inviting and peaceful. Would stay here again!

Excellent house for a trip with friends. Facilities were very nice, everything as advertised.

Overall I would recommend this property. Four golfers stayed for a week and property was perfect for us. The house was clean and we'll prepared. Great location for a golf stay.

Nice, large and well equipped home. Would return again only if the following items were taken care if....Outside BBQ grill needs major repairs and ongoing maintenance. Upon arrival management company was very friendly and did a great job explaining the residence to us. When we arrived at the residence the front door key pad wasn't functioning. 45 minutes later their maintenance personnel came to unlock it and reprogram the entry door lock. The next afternoon the hot water heater when out and was replaced the following day. All in all we had a great week and if repairs are preformed and a maintenance schedule followed we would return in the future..

The house is fantastic - very well suited for a family holiday with lots of room to entertain friends. It is well appointed with all of the necessities. Signature took very good care of us responding very quickly to a few minor issues. Chris is a pleasant young man that has the customers best interest at the forefront when at the home to make adjusstments or repairs. Rachel - in the office - is very plesant to deal with, she is equally as quick and ready to make all things right, keeping the customer happy. I highly reccomend this home and Signature...
