We loved our stay at this property! The pool and outdoor area was a highlight.

The home and location were exactly what we were hoping for. We were close to everything yet far enough to feel secluded thanks to the security and location of the gated neighborhood. My family of six, 2 adults and 4 teenagers, had plenty of space with five bedrooms to spread out and quietly relax when desired, yet with ample seating to get together when we wanted to gather either hanging out in the living area or chilling by the pool. The bathroom setup with 3 bathrooms with showers could not have been better. Cleaning after a day at the beach and before going out for dinner could not have been easier. Also, Edgardo, the property manager, could not have been more helpful or responsive. He was present yet not in our business every second. Very professional. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be the purchase of a Kuerig coffee maker for the unit. I need my daily two cups of coffee and didn’t feel like making a pot. First world problems yes, but something to consider. (I actually bought a small one for my stay and brought it back home) lololol. All in all, a wonderful place to call home for the week in PR.

This place is amazing! It is everything as listed in the description and more! It's extremely spacious yet cozy. The outdoor area and pool were perfect! Edgar was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns and it seemed extremely safe and quiet with it being both a gated community and a gated home. The host had everything that you need at the property. I would not hesitate to come again.

We loved our time at this property. It was incredibly safe & secure inside the gated community. The house itself has a locking human walking gate and remote controlled driveway gate, too. Very secure. The location was excellent with a grocery store, many restaurants and other things so close by. There is a large beach a short drive from the house but we didn't bother going to it. We just swam at the small beach a couple blocks away at the end of the street every day and loved it. The house was very clean and had everything needed. Power went out in the neighborhood one night but the house has a generator and power at the house was unaffected. We stayed here with 8 people and it worked great for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible trip. The property was exactly as advertised and so clean. Edgar was super responsive and helpful. Walking distance to some great local restaurants and beaches! 10/10 would recommend. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here with friends and family over spring break. The description was accurate, except maybe better in real life. We had everything we needed and the location was walkable to restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

The property was immaculate, it had plenty of room. The pool was wonderful! Edgardo was so attentive to all our request ! Best trip ever !! Thank you! Only one improvement, better lighting in kitchen to see while cooking!
