The beds and bedding were excellent. It’s so nice to have a nice sleep.

We have always loved visiting Penticton and we couldn’t imagine going up again without staying here. We’re looking forward to next year already.

The property was as advertised, very clean & close to the lake. Loved the option to park in the garage during the stay. It was very hot & the air conditioning was a relief!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. My family and I had an uncredible stay and cant suggest this rental enough for the price. Close to the beach and lots of space.

A stylish private home with 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Short distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely come back to this place.

The carriage house is a perfect place in Penticton. It's 1.5 blocks from the beach and restaurants and is very well appointed. Mike has thought through all the things a guest would need. There is private parking in a garage below the suite along with an outdoor area for BBQ and dining/drinks. Lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby. A perfect spot.

Well designed. Easy to make it feel like 'your own' and spread out with the open layout. Nice amenities (ie. AC!) Close to lake and downtown amenities. Easy to park and do most anything on foot.

Can’t speak highly enough about the property. Clean, spacious, great amenities, excellent location, professional communication. Looking forward to our stay there next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well organized (spacious rooms, closets). The property is in great location - can easily walk back and forth to the lake/boardwalk. The communication with the property manager was great-quick reaponses, timely updates. Would stay here again!

Two very comfortable king size beds, a full size kitchen well stocked with lots, pans and dishes, garage and parking pad, a nice patio with a barbeque and great AC and wifi made our stay amazing!

Super clean, very new property. Extremely close to the beach. Check in was totally "touchless", which is perfect.

This rental is a must for anyone looking to stay within minutes walking distance to all that Lake Okanagan has to offer. This two bedroom one bath Carriage Home is fresh and new and comes equipped with everything that you could ask for. The two king sized beds we very comfy and the kitchen was well stoked. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV are added conveniences included with this rental. There is also access to an attached single car garage to store bike, beach gear, etc. Ample parking beside the unit will fit even the tallest of vehicles and a nice outdoor seating area make this rental one that you will want to book again.

The suite was clean ,well stocked ,good location.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law stayed in Mike’s suite September Long weekend. The suite is new, stocked with most things you could need. We ran into some challenges (the bed slats weren’t properly screwed in and caused the mattress and box spring to fall through to the ground one morning and the A/C was not working consistently) but Mike was responsive and came to assess the issues that day. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the bathroom fan. The suite could use a more thorough deep clean (crumbs in most kitchen drawers, we had to clean the bathroom sink upon check in as it has yellowish grunge in the drain, filthy cloth oven mitts) but I’m a bit of a clean freak so this may not bug everyone. Location was excellent, a few minute walk to the beach and ~10 minute walk to float the channel. Great potential for this rental, just needs a few touch ups!

Great stay at this spacious home just two blocks from the beach. Perfect for walking into town to go to restaurants in the evenings, and great to have the garage parking to store all the wine we bought while wine tasting! Super comfy beds!

Great place and great location, plus the fact that they have a garage and a spot right in front of the door where you can park two other vehicle is awesome. We didn't need Michael while we were there, but he was awesome before we arrived and kept communicating with me till the check out!

Very clean, modern and spacious 2 bedroom unit. Double sink bathroom and high end appliances with everything you need to make great meals. Beach and boardwalk only 2 blocks away so hard to beat this location. Safe neighborhood with bonus keypunch garage. Owners amenable for us with early check-in by doing early clean even though had guests leaving that morning. First Class.
