Outstanding

A great property with a wonderful view of the ocean. The house was wonderful for visiting with friends. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. The living room had comfortable furniture.

Beautiful house by the beach!

This was a very nice home in a perfect location with a beautiful view! The home was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our weekend. Nice and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend this home for your beach getaway.

Wonderful home, simple floor plan, open kitchen so if you’re cooking you don’t feel left out, the front patio was AMAZING, fireplace, comfy beds, I’d stay here again!

Property is well maintained and offers a lot of amenities. The ocean views r spectacular. Be advised the street is often used by surfers and because of its proximity to a State camground, the surfers and ppl that dont want to pay for admission to the park, tend to park on the street. This can pose a problem as they can block ur veiw of the ocean. The neighbors indicate this is a "beach thing", so its really something thats unavoidable, but one should be aware of.

We traveled for the Ironman race in Morrow Bay on Saturday. We arrived Thursday and left Tuesday. The location and neighborhood are exactly, if not better, than described and pictured. Decor is very dated but if you are outside, it doesn't matter too much. We were not given access timely and had to sit in the driveway and make phone calls to gain access, well after check in time. Frustrating, and the woman who did respond acted like she was doing us a favor. There were no extras like coffee for the first morning, greeting card, bottle of wine most upscale rentals provide something a little extra but small to make you feel welcome but okay ...the only request we had was for some additional toilet paper. We were told "NO" that we had been given an "adequate" amount of TP. I would love to know how they determined "adequate", number of rolls per day? sheets per person? 3700.00 dollar rental and TP is an issue. We were scheduled to have 6 people but only 5 made the race so not sure how their math works out. As a VRBO owner myself, we have never denied additional fresh towels or TP to any of our guests. Perhaps a different mgt. company.

We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful location and gorgeous view. Check in was great and most items in the house were nice. There were issues with limited towels, dirty cabinets and kitchen linens. The window coverings didn’t work great and would not latch. Overall great place to stay.

Location was awesome with wonderful views of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice, not a lot of people which made our stay very relaxing The house was clean and very comfortable. We will be back.

This house was bigger than I expected and the views from the living room and front patio are so beautiful. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. The cozy fireplace and the ping pong table were the highlights

Loved everything about the property. Especially loved the kitchen and family room. Lots of windows with a spectacular view of the ocean. Fireplace was a nice feature. Great location too.

This home is right across the street from beach access and just above Morro Strand State Beach campground. The campground was quiet and the house sits above to there you are just seeing over the top of it at the beach. Great stay with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed the house very much. Definitely planning on renting it again next time we are in the area.

The views were simply amazing. You can hear the ocean from every room. Property was clean and linen was too. The windows in living room were clean; oftentimes, the windows from other properties have mineral deposits and a haze is left. We were allowed a later checkout time so we enjoyed a nice breakfast and time to clean it up. Location is close to town and right across the road is access to the ocean. We enjoyed nice walks at the ocean. The ping pong table was a big hit!

We enjoyed our stay despite the mostly rainy weather. We particularly appreciated the comfy chairs, fire, telescope and gorgeous views from the large front windows. We visited the Monarch Grove, Elephant Seals, and museum of natural history where we saw sea otters and seals. There is plenty more to do in the area and this home is a great base. The whole home was very clean and well stocked. We'd love to visit again and try to catch a few more sunny days. Thank you!

Loved the view and the home!

We absolutely loved this house but there were issues. The views were beautiful the neighborhood was very pleasant. Close to the beach for daily walks. Yet from the day we arrived there were ant issues! Called they sent someone out and still ants! We Clorox wipe counters put food in fridge and still ants. In kitchen and bathrooms. We felt like we shouldn’t have to pay that much money and daily deal with ants. As I said beautiful view but saddened by the ants. You were there to relax not battle ants!

We rented the house for us, and 2 siblings. The kitchen was great for preparing group meals - equipped with everything you could need. The beach is a short walk. Plenty of room inside and outside for everyone to gather. It was perfect for us.

Very well appointed home right across the street from the sand. Had everything we needed like our own home. We would recommend it to friends and stay there again! Management was great.

Have visited this location for several years. This season, noticed property has been freshened and upgraded. Was always clean and well appointed, now even better! Still a great value.

What a perfect stay if you are looking for a low-key, family based community with easy access to the beach. Between the house and the beach is a small state park RV park. It was a great place to gather with good indoor and outdoor space.

This house has spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio watching the waves and then we walked on the beach for miles every day. Our kids go to CalPoly so we love to stay in Morro Bay when we visit them. I think even when they graduate we will keep coming back.

Had a fantastic stay at this beach property!

Perfect place for beach-combing and enjoying the ocean. Centrally located to lots of amazing sights and fun activities! Views from the house are amazing, bedrooms comfortable, the kitchen was perfect, and parking was easy.
