The room was large and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The view was great! Could walk to restaurants and waterfront.

I drove around and tried to find Morro Bay State Park but GPS kept taking me somewhere else. This didn’t pertain to the hotel but to the question below.

Location is great, breakfast was good, view of water from our balcony was nice, sundeck has seating area and view of the rock. We've stayed here twice and the esthetic upgrades were noticeable this trip.

Beds weren't very comfortable and their elevator was out of order for 3 days of our 5 day stay. We were on the 3rd floor so it was a pain to go up and down stairs. Luckily the front desk person helped us with our luggage when we checked out.

don’t let the staff assign room 216 to you, it’s located below the breakfast facility that starts assembling food and setup at 6:30 AM

This is a great place to stay. Facilities are very good, it’s really clean and breakfast is excellent. We were only there for one night but it would be a great base for a longer stay. It has lovely lounge areas with books to browse and outdoor seating. .

The breakfast was unexpectedly very good for a "continental breakfast" and the woman preparing the food was so nice and caring! Left a good tip!

First room had a heater that didn't work. Second room had water leaking in from the sliding door on the balcony. But it had rained a lot.

About the breakfast, it was much better than average...and usually there isn't one. There were hot items like eggs, waffles, sausage and oatmeal. The in-room coffee maker, coffee quality, full little fridge and microwave were all great. The two sinks was also special, with one in the shower/toilet room and one in the bathroom alcove. There was a balcony, covered parking, an elevator. The artwork - sea birds, mostly - was nice. The wi-fi was strong every where we went. An excellent value!

The only thing that was disappointing was the bed. It was way too soft.

Good Breakfast and Cozy bed .Room was neat and clean. It has microwave , refrigerator and coffee machine .

in Moro Bay it’s only place we’re staying for the past three years - it is quiet with awesome comfortable furniture and bedding and very good breakfast, staff also extremely polite, kind and helpful.

last stay was on second floor above garage entry without rooms below but only empty space so temperature in room was chilly when we came, 15 minutes heating sorted it out so not a big deal.

The breakfast was very good, Eggs, bacon, cereals, waffle machine. Well run and stocked by very pleasant attendant.

Mattress firmness/softness was uneven. OK, but not a great mattress.

Reception did us not feel welcome. That was first impression. No pool.
