Big room. Nice bed and very nice staff

The breakfast was fresh with a little variety day to day. The area was nice and quiet at night and just two blocks from the beach. It has a good amount of off-street parking and we could see our car from the room.

I'm an early riser and it would've been nice to have breakfast served earlier but the 7:30-9:30 timeframe seemed to work for the majority of the guests.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the main shopping/eating area. Great to take photographs as well! They also had a bucket of water and a squeegee for the car windows...a real surprise and nice addition since I kept getting ALOT of bugs on the windshield!

Mattress was a little uncomfortable...not particularly firm. If I had it at home, I would replace it! Free breakfast was just ok...eggs were in small squares and just "so-so".

The walls are to thin did not get any sleep with people upstairs walking around all night till 5 am

The location was great close to the water and the restaurants. Parking was included. We payed extra for a view that was just ok.

there was no sound deadening, We heard the people above us all night long stomping around and did not sleep well. On top of that we were woken up to a whole family out in the shared space outside of our room playing loud music. The bed wasn't great either and the pillows deflated under your head to basically nothing. The bathroom tub was missing most of the sealant around it making it look dirty. and there was a small window above the toilet that was odd.

Staff was excellent, great breakfast and facilities, large hot tub is the best.

Shelbi was amazing! We booked last minute and she was just wonderful greeting us and helping with our questions. The room was clean and comfortable and close to the estuary

The location was excellent 👌. We could see Morro Rock from our 3rd floor balcony. Also the seals on their dock in the bay. In the morning they bark like dogs. It was a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Embarcadero shopping area.

Parking is tight. Get a covered spot early and don't drive your car for dinner. You may lose your spot. Plenty of parking on the street though.

clean, most of the staff was great and friendly.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. wasn’t consistent so they may have thought it was fixed. Keys wouldn’t work on day 3. remagnitized but next morning after being on dresser wouldn’t work again.
