My husband, son and I enjoyed a quiet respite this week in January. For two of us it was a break from the winter weather, for the third a chance to just unwind. Kyrene is by far our favorite host. From the beginning she provided helpful, thorough information. If you go, our favorite outings were to swim with the pigs on Rose Island and then a trip to see and snorkel withe turtles. Unforgettable for us landlocked types!

Everything about this place was a blessing! It was truly a five minute walk to Atlantis, restaurants, beaches, and more! The property was spacious and so much better than any hotel room. We had access to grill out on our private patio, a full kitchen, an awesome pool that was great size for the kids and adults, the host was a wealth of knowledge, the golf cart was so fun to drive for a day, and it was all around a PERFECT trip. This was a home away from home and not stuck in a small hotel room for a week. We are so grateful to have found such a gem!!!

I could not be more happy with the Villa, the location and the host. The Villa is as pictured and absolutely spotless. It’s in a very nice area and with a gated community made me feel very safe. And the location could not be any better. It’s a 5 min walk to marina village and/dining, a few minutes further your at the Atlantis hotel. Walk the other direction about 15 min and you will be at a very beautiful and quiet beach. And the host was one of the bests host I have dealt with. Very friendly, very communicative and extremely accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Bahamas.

Let me start by saying the Kyrene is hands down the best host of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The communication was perfect, she was actually able to get us in early so we could drop our bags before we went to pig island which was a huge help. The pool was great and we basically had it all to ourselves. You’re a quick walk to Atlantis, the beach, and the ferries to get to the pig island excision with Sandy Toes. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. If you get to a grocery store you can cook any meal you’d want at the property. Taxis are easy to get being so close to Atlantis. Her binder is full of helpful information and she is a wealth of knowledge about Nassau. Kyrene and her husband are truly amazing and we hope this won’t be our last time staying at their place.

This is a perfect place to stay with family. Great location and close to everything on Paradise Island. Kyrene was an excellent host and provided many helpful suggestions. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We highly recommend Cheryl’s taxi service and Sandy Toes pig excursion!

I don't know where to start! First of all, this is the place to stay if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and a great location. This was our first trip to the Bahamas to celebrate our daughters graduation and we booked because our son was supposed to go however his passport did not come in. Kyrene is a super hostess!! She was very informative and helpful as we had no idea what to expect. If you have never been to the Bahamas it is very expensive and she will send you info prior to your trip to help save some money. Also, she recommended Cheryl's taxi services from the airport and again we were beyond happy with the professionalism they exhibited! (If you head to the straw market in Nassau you will understand the difference in taxi services if you pay close attention). We called Cheryl's for any transportation we needed, and they were very accommodating. Kyrene also will send a list of excursions and things to do and if you catch her (she is always available) on the property she will explain why she recommends certain excursions. We went to Sandy Toes to see the swimming pigs and it was awesome! Hint, everyone heads back to the boat more than an hour before it leaves, and they brought out ginger an older pig. If you ask them questions about her and ask to take a picture, they will have her do tricks and stand up for pictures. The location of this villa is perfect to Atlantis, Violas, Cabbage beach and more. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time and loved our vila!! It was very clean, close to everything, and had everyone we needed inside. Our host was phenomenal and made sure that our booking process and stay went smooth. Thank you again for the great hospitality!!!

This unit was in a great location and enjoyed the neighborhood with the golf cart. Very secure area and felt totally safe being alone. Great communication from owner for everything.

We stayed in two locations during our time on Paradise Island and this property was in proximity of Atlantis and a short walk to the beach. Nice community pool kept my kids occupied while we were at the property. Very clean and great communication with the owner all helped make this a great choice in stays while on the island. Would recommend and would book again.

From arrival to departure everything was a breeze. The property manager was a great communicator and very helpful. The Villa was perfect for our short stay, close to beach, restaurants and Atlantis. The pool was a hit with my kids!

Kyrenne the owner was on site to answer any questions we had. Perfect location on Paradise Island. The villa fit all our needs. Loved the private, quiet spaces to relax. We were able to walk to most restaurants and excursions. Taxis readily available.

Will definitely come back to stay here. All was excellent including how close it is to Atlantis and Four Seasons (all walking distance ). Loved how private it was. Host was so gracious and helpful. Rental of golf cart was awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

We spent a few days in paradise island and our stay at Kyrenes house was just perfect. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped. Contrary to some other places we have stayed at, nothing was missing. Salt, pepper, water, etc… all was very well organized. Every little detail was well thought and we could just enjoy. The location is ideal. We walked most of the destinations we went to. Grocery stores, restaurant, beach were all within walking distance. This is exactly what a rental should be like. Thanks Kyrene for allowing us to stay at your house. Any time again.

We had a very peaceful stay on Paradise Island away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. This villa was very clean when we arrived and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Location was key as we could walk to Atlantis (for a one-day pass), Cabbage Beach, and Versailles Gardens very easily. We enjoyed the Four Seasons for lunch one day which was also within walking distance. The pool was cold in December, but would be perfect in the summer for a refreshing dip. The villa came with beach towels and sunscreen which was a bonus! Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

We had an amazing time at the villa. Kyrene was very communicative before our trip to get us things we needed for when we arrived she also help us set up Cheryl's taxi which was also a very positive experience. Kyrenes villa was immaculate and she provided everything we needed to help us be comfortable during our stay she even left us Christmas cookies on Christmas day which made us feel so touched. Kyrene and her villa are 5 stars for sure if you want a beautiful safe place to stay reach out to Kyrene. We will definitely go back and stay again.

This property was our first Vrbo experience. Kyrene was on-site during our stay and it was like having a friendly neighbor across the way. She is completely committed to the comfort of her guests and the condition of her villa. It was a wonderful getaway. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Everything was accurately portrayed.

My friends and I had a great experience at the property. It was located close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. The power went out late one night and she walked over to check on us to make sure the gate was open for us to get in if needed. She was responsive and provided so many suggestions. I'd highly recommend this property.

I have never felt so prepared and knowledgeable as I have renting this cute and cozy villa. The owner, Kyrene, does not skip a beat when it comes to providing you with all the information you need and then so much more. Her communication is bar none! The villa provided us with absolutely everything we needed, from kitchen amenities to bathroom and even the beach! Towels, snorkel gear, hard cooler, soft cooler, ice packs, you name it! The villa is well decorated with an ocean vibe, the beds are comfy and there are plenty of books, magazines, board and card games to help entertain you on a rainy day. Atlantis and all the restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away and even closer if you use the 2 bikes she has available! A must do is Cabbage Beach…DO NOT MISS IT! We would recommend Kyrene’s villa to anyone :-)

Villas are peaceful and relaxing. Kyrene greeted my daughter that arrived before us and made her feel safe and secure. Host is very kind and attentive to all your needs. Villas are very clean and inviting. Cabbage beach within walking distance a beautiful site to see and swim. Definately will book again ,thx Kyrene !

The location of this property could not be better. We walked to Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritavilla, Atlantis Casino and the beaches. The Marina Village at Atlantis was wonderful, dinner at Carmine’s and the music at night made it magical. We also grilled on the patio a number of times. Overall the best vacation. You can’t go wrong with this place.
