The throw mats in the bathrooms could hv been washed! There could have been more curb appeal in front and backyard of the cottage. Overall the cottage really felt like home!!! Ben was very helpful! He always responded to my messages ASAP! I really would stay there again if I am ever in Memphis again….

Easy check in. Walking distance to restaurants. Close driving to Beale Street/Downtown. Comfortable beds. Safe location.

We enjoyed our stay. Area seemed safe enough. Home is pretty nice, but we did not find the queen bed comfortable. Everything else met our needs.

We enjoyed Graceland , midtown and Beale St. We suggest replacing the carpet in master bedroom and master bath or tossing them out. Other then that the house was clean.

We attended the Liberty Bowl. This is ina great location close to restaurants and bars. House was great for 5 people

The location was fantastic; it had a great southern vibe; it was walking distance to midtown restaurants and theaters, and the zoo.

The place is nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen and bath. Don't leave food out or the ants will come immediately! Short drive for groceries and eateries. Wish both bathrooms had onsuites. Both bathrooms are off one bedroom. Nice laundry facilities.

The house is wonderful. Ben has done a great job! It is close to some awesome restaurants- BaBalu, Huey’s, Saltwater Crab. Convenient to downtown - it seemed everything we wanted to do was in between 2-5 miles away. Felt very secure and comfortable in the quiet neighborhood. We definitely would stay again if ever back in Memphis!!!

There is a driveway for one vehicle but easy parking right in front of the house for a second vehicle. Although the neighborhood seemed very safe, the property has ample locks (it is Memphis afterall). The host (Ben) was very responsive. The property was immaculate and the furniture (beds and couch) were quite comfortable. There were tons of amenities starting with the best TV programming I've ever seen (YouTube TV, netflix, Roku, etc). Washer and drier worked great, fully stocked kitchen, nice master shower, great fridge. The place was well decorated. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but you get the idea. Will definitely try to stay here again.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to downtown and the zoo. We could tell the owner put a lot of work into refurbishing the house. It was a perfect place to stay for our long family weekend!

Great location in terms of getting to Graceland, downtown, Beale. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Clean, renovated house.
