Great property- friendly security guards- felt safe.

This property was perfect for what our family needed. Sadly, the beach has really eroded, but thankfully the public beach next door gave us plenty of space to play. As always, Grand Cayman was gorgeous. The security guards at RBC are really lovely and remembered us from last year. Proximity to the Marriott and restaurants is good, easy walk to Camana Bay.

We had an amazing view of the ocean in a very clean condo on the ground floor. The only suggestion to the owner would be to include at least the basics in the kitchen. Salt and pepper, sugar, tinfoil.... We ended up having to purchase a lot of basic things for the kitchen but perhaps this is just me being nitpicky. :-)

Fantastic stay. Great location and great accommodations. Amy the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the beach was washed away and we didn't know it. There is no sand in front of the resort. You can still swim in the ocean but it is not quite the same. That is the only bad thing of the entire trip. I understand that it is not their fault, but they need to update photos so people know this.

Beautiful property and amazing location. Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The one and only negative is there is no beach. So if you need a beach, this is not the property (nothing Regal Beach has any control over).

Wish there had been more of a sandy beach but we had a great time just relaxing at the pool looking out at the beautiful ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was perfect. Appliances were nearly new. A/C worked great! Walking distance to great restaurant (Peppers)! Security people were very friendly (Lionel & ???). Complex was mostly vacant during our stay so we had the pool and lounge chairs to ourselves most of the time.

The condo was very well supplied with essentials that most vrbos do stock for their guests. It is on the beach, in a nice, quiet complex. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen was nice and big. Everything worked in the unit and we enjoyed ourselves!

So sad that Mother Nature eroded large parts of 7 mile beach, the condo is beautiful, but if you are a lay by the ocean kind of vacationer, then this may not be your spot.

Amazing condo unit on the ground floor on the ocean. Sooo much space with 3 large bedrooms and the kids room was perfect with the two twin beds for your twin 7 year olds. Love the convenience of the Marriott next door. The beach is really narrow from the storms now but there’s enough space and our kids kept us at the pool most of the time anyways.

Our vacation was just perfect! We loved the condo and all of the amenities the complex offers. It was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

We loved our stay here! In my opinion this is the best condo at this location. I wish I had known about the beach erosion prior to booking at this location but since we are not lay out on the beach type of people, it did not create a problem for us. Of course this is nothing the property can control. The condo had amazing views! It was clean, comfortable and safe. The kitchen had new appliances that are easy to use! My boys loved the basketball goal as well as the pool! We would go back and stay here again!

We love this condo and cayman but too bad that the beach has been washed away. Had seen the property on a trip prior to the most recent hurricane. Had not really expected the beach to be almost totally gone. Such a shame because such a great unit right on the beach…….. everything else was great just disappointed that the location now not so great. Wonder if cayman will have to remarket itself as 5 mile beach not seven mile beach.

Beautiful & clean condo with an amazing view of seven mile beach. Lovely lanai with a wonderful view of the sunset. Security guards Lionel & Teto are so friendly. Close within walking distance to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Providing instructions for the tv & remotes. Other guests actually had the same issue with their tv & remotes. Just a simple explanation/instructions would be helpful. That way guests won’t have to call the manager for help.

Rental experience was seamless and easy. Property location was excellent with access to multiple restaurants and retail within walking distance. Only downside is the erosion of the beach since the pictures were taken. At least 30-40ft of sand is no longer there. Fortunately, the beach was not crowded so it was not an issue, but I can imagine it would be a significant challenge when more crowded.

Condo was roomy, updated and perfect for the four of us. Our 2 year old son had a great time digging in the sand and playing in the water. Location is close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nearby restaurants. The beach close to the Marriott property is dwindling though :(

Spent 3 nights here before heading to Cayman Brac. Perfect location for beach, food and groceries. Check in and property manager was great. Room was exactly what was pictured. Location was fabulous! Perfect room for 2 couples or a family. We would book again!

Amy was amazing. She did so much work for us before are stay, due to Hurricane Ian. We were there 1 week after. The room was amazing and even better than the pictures. Would highly recommend. Ask for Amy. She will make your stay incredible.

Amazing property and everyone we worked with were amazing in booking the property. Kirsten was amazing in setting up groceries and alcohol deliveries to be waiting when the girls arrived. Location is amazing. Condo is beautiful and convenient. Would deifniet stay again.

Fantastic location. Well appointed. Thankful for a first aid kit when I sprained my finger! Pictures are not updated, the condo has a brand new kitchen with top of the line appliances and very comfortable couches. Beds were comfortable as well. Nice washer/dryer. We asked for an extra roll of paper towels but were told that we were only allotted one roll per trip (6 days, 6 people). Not a huge deal, because we could go to the store to buy more, but from other experiences in renting higher end properties, a simple roll of paper towels would not be a huge deal to provide. Again this is not a reflection of the place itself, but the management policy. Would love to stay here again on a future trip to cayman!

Kristina was an amazing host and took care of everything. The condo was amazing and the beach is steps from the condo. The beds were confortable and the kitchen was great to cook in. The condo was clean and updated. We highly reccomend.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very nice accommodations. Best location on Seven Mile Beach. Everything south of here does not have much beach (or none). This location and everything North is on beautiful beach. It’s far enough south to be walking distance to Camana Bay and short drive/bus trip to Georgetown. It’s a very quiet beach but if you want a party beach the public beach with noisy beach bar is a short walk north up the beach (5 min walk). This would be my first choice of place to stay if I was returning to Grand Cayman.

This is the 2nd time my family & I have stayed in #614 at Regal Beach. It is simply the best! Perfect location on 7 mile beach, the unit has magnificent views of the beach, the layout of the condo is wonderful! The staff always has the beach clean and the chairs ready in the morning. If we could visit every year, we would. Highly recommend it.

The condo was perfect. We would definitely book here again. Entire place was cleaned daily. The staff was great. Even the security guards were friendly. Beautiful beach and restaurants galore within walking distance. Just an amazing place and experience!

Super nice place with a bathroom for each bedroom, steps from the beach and an awesome ocean view. This is my new go to spot to stay when traveling to the Island. Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful and well kept. Housekeeping came in daily. Ildi was amazing. She greeted us and shared her advice and had great suggestions. She was available whenever we needed something. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Each morning the outside was cleaned and beach chairs swept and arranged. The views were amazing. It was at a great location on the beach. The condo looks just like the pics. You will literally be less than 10 steps from the beach. Some snorkeling right in front of the condo. Ildi will provide rafts. I would highly suggest and we will most likely return.
