House was clean and in a great location to awesome restaurants and shopping.

Highly recommend, comfortable and clean!

This was a perfect property for a small group (5 or 6) to enjoy Bend. The large kitchen and long bar was great for meal prep and casual chats. The bedrooms and baths offer privacy and are separated nicely. Great central Bend location.

This is a great home in a great location. Here are the hits and misses (given the premium price): Hits - Nice layout, plenty of room for friends/families - Plenty of amenities including kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, towels, board games, etc. - Comfortable linens and beds - Hot tub is clean and comfortable Misses - Whole home smells like a dog, and may not be suitable if you're allergic. I am allergic and I felt symptoms in the living room and garage - Bikes in the garage could use some maintenance and are all small sized, so taller folks will struggle - The electronics in the home (TVs, bluetooth speaker) are very dated and difficult to use; upgrades would be an inexpensive fix Overall these issues were relatively minor, but for the significant price premium, they should be addressed by the owners. I would stay here again with these expectations in-mind, but first I would probably check out similarly-priced properties in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Bend. It was clean, modern, spacious, and in an excellent location. Working with Paige was a breeze, and we will definitely rent again when we return.

Was a great place to relax and enjoy the town. Walked the so many places. House was great for family dinner and some romantic time. House was well stocked for cooking dinners.

We had a wonderful time in Bend, and this property is great. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, and we were walking distance of lots of things. We would definitely recommend.

The house was great and coming back to a nice soak after a day on the mountain was the best. Grilling, bike rides and a well appointed kitchen made our stay even better. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

This is a very comfortable house in a perfect location for all you want to do in Bend. Highlights of our stay were the hot tub, cozy fire, walks to great food and drinks, close to mountain bike trails and the cool dog park a few blocks away.

The layout, condition and location of this property is simply amazing. My husband and I needed to find a clean place for our family to stay for a wedding. We have adult kids, one with a boyfriend. The bedrooms were all spaced so there was plenty of privacy. There are two nice bathrooms, making sure no one would be left waiting. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open floor plan, there is plenty of space to socialize and all of the cooking and kitchen equipment passed my chef son's muster. There is a garage and a very clean functioning hot tub which we were happy to use. I am a Four Seasons kind of girl...and for a VRBO, this definitely equalled that type of experience. We'll be back next time we visit Bend.

This is a wonderful place and my husband and I had a great time. It’s super close to a lot of walkable great restaurants, coffee and breweries. We stayed here one week to work remotely and then took one week to explore Bend. It was a great setup for us, quiet and calm. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals and hang out and of course the yard was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Bend.

Loved this place so much. Garage parking, bikes, amazing yard, SO close to everything. My only regret is that I wasnt able to book it through the weekend. Oh well, we will be back next year!

Everything Bend is walking or short drive distance with this location. Also a fine place just to hang out, cook, and enjoy out guests.

We were so comfortable in this well appointed house. The kitchen was well equipped with great pans and knives. The beds were super comfy. The AC was able to keep us cool from the extreme heat. We were able to sit out back in the evening and enjoy a game of corn hole. The kids loved having bikes to ride around. Would definitely rent this home again!

It was a great house with a very accessible location to multiple restaurants and Drake park. House was stocked with everything you need. Lots of natural light - definitely bright mornings to wake up to.

Our party of 7 selected this home primarily because they accept dogs and it had a hot tub (that's the teenagers requirement). Let's talk location. This home is two blocks from Galveston Avenue with loads of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Perfect. It's an easy walk to Safeway (roughly a mile, if that) and also a mile from the park where you exit off the Deschutes when floating or paddle boarding. Seriously convenient for the dogs, too. A dog park was 4 blocks away. Hurray!Let's talk amenities. They have all the kitchen utensils and supplies you'd ever need. Coffee maker, toaster, grill, instant pot, rice cooker, you name it. They're loaded up. They also had plenty of seasonings in the cupboard and the only thing we needed to buy was olive oil.As far as the home itself, it's beautiful and there are plenty of towels, sheets, games, and TVs for everyone. We REALLY enjoyed endless rounds of cornhole and a couple of puzzles. The only criticism I had of the home was the master bedroom has no real curtains to block.out the morning sun. I quickly learned to wear a face mask and that problem was solved!Loved, loved, loved this rental and we will absolutely return!

Enjoyed the location, food recommendations and the cleanliness of our stay. We used the cruiser bikes and the fireplace made us feel comfortable during a cool spell. The location is a nice gateway to outdoor recreation - bike trails, dining, hiking, golf and winter sports. The owners and management provided us everything we needed and have great instructions on how everything works. Overall a great stay in Bend.

I gave the property 4 stars although we liked it. There were a few things that could have been a bit better. The fire alarm had a dead battery when we got there and the garage wasn’t working properly. Both were addressed with the maintenance so it was no big deal. But it didn’t start the trip off great. There are a few things inside of the house could have been addressed as well. Tons of dust on things in the bedroom and it just felt like it could have used an extra cleaning especially carpet areas since it was pet friendly. The yard also had tons of weeds and just felt a little unmanaged. The guest bathroom shade wouldn’t close all the way so we couldn’t use it unless you wanted the neighbor to see inside . I noticed the towels smelled as if they had sat in the wash to long and had gotten bit moldy at some point. These are the minor things I would maybe address but aside from those the house is a great little spot. It was well equipped , great location , and the facility was very nice. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

The Sunnyside house fit our little group perfectly. Enjoying the hottub after skiing was much appreciated. We cooked some fantastic meals, played games and enjoyed a relaxing bike ride to the park. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Such a beautiful space and so close to everything we wanted to do in Bend! We were able to walk down to the river, go to parks, visit some restaurants, and breweries - all within walking distance of the house! The electric fireplace was nice on the cool evenings and it felt so nice to sit in the sun on the porch.

Great spacious home with good light and modern furnishings, located on a quiet street in the west side neighborhood. The photos are an accurate representation of the home and its amenities. An easy walk to downtown and all of the local cafes and breweries. We loved the lay out of the home and that we had access to the garage with all of our ski gear. Good communication with the rental company. We hope to return.
