Very clean, short walk to the beach, quiet.

Nice place, as advertised. Really appreciated the 1st floor back patio with grill.

A must stay!

Wonderful stay at this spot just a short walk to the beach! The location had everything we needed, including the perfect little kitchen that we were able to cook several meals during our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating ! The area is extremely dog friendly!

Location great. However, If you cannot climb stairs or have toddlers its not a good idea. There are 5 flights total 3 going up from the ground. Once you unlock the door there are 5 stairs up and 5 down. My family member couldn’t come due to their inability to ambulate stairs and It was extremely hard for me. The front entrance has a small platform with a loose rail. There was no mention of stairs that I saw in the add or on the website. They do allow pets. The downstairs is carpeted and needs to be replaced due to soiling, stains and dog pee smells. Also the stairs were dirty and sticky. The Furniture is ok. There are 2 couches in living room, They slept ok. Downstairs there are 2 rooms. The Bed in the room to the left is ok. Bed in right bottom has a 4 inch difference between the right and left side. Linens were comfy. The Bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of towels. Walls are paper thin as I could hear the guy next doors TV going and later he woke me up snoring. The kitchen has plates, a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Also a RV sized stove ( a normal 1/2 sheet pan will not fit), air fryer and microwave. Utensils. There is also a washer and dryer. The beach is nit a 2 minute walk. It is s 2 minute walk just to the opening. Then a longer walk to get to the water.

Clean modern space. The high ceilings in the dining/living room area were nice. The double shower was a nice modern touch as well. Shared back deck area was clean and had a grill.

Clean. Welcoming. Easy. It was a good time, but I think it would be better for a smaller family than ours (eight of us), or a group of adults/teenagers. 25 minutes to the boardwalk and touristy side of Virginia Beach.

House is modern and so beautiful! Owner is quickly responsive. Area is so very peaceful, hated to have to leave.

We loved the condo; it was a short walk to the beach, and easy access to everything we wanted. The place was clean and very well stocked!

My husband, mother-in-law and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay! A quick walk to the beach, friendly neighborhood, restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Virginia Beach. The townhouse was clean and stocked with about anything you need. Svetlin even had a ice in the freezer. The beds were a bit firm but the rooms were quiet and comfortable otherwise. Would stay here again.

My husband, two kids (7 and 3), and I stayed here for a family trip to the beach. Everything was easy and as described. House was plenty big enough for the four of us. Quick 5 min walk to the beach was easy for kids. Near some good restaurants. Would stay again.

Nice trip

Property was clean and stocked with basic needs. Furniture was nice. We liked the bathroom, but if you run both shower heads at the same time, you'll run out of hot water pretty quickly. The pet fee is steep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, though.

The location is perfect for proximity to grocery stores, the beach (go right to public access) & in a very safe area. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner is personable, communicative, and responsible. Thank you again for not disappointing.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check-in process was smooth, the condo was very clean, and there were plenty of linens/towels for use. When a hurricane-related issue came up, the host was very responsive and kept us informed of any updates. Unfortunately we didn't get to go to the beach because of Hurricane Ian, but I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Virginia Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. It was quiet and a nice getaway. Loved the beach it wasn’t over crowded. My suggestion in the parking is a little more space.

this is a nice simple home with all you need to enjoy some time with family. It is an easy walk to the beach but it is not on the sandy path like the picture shows - you must walk about a 1/2 block and then cross a street to get to the sandy path. still we had a nice time!

Overall it was a good experience. However the beach is further than perceived. The walk was further than anticipated for the older adult. With that said, once on the beach it was truly enjoyable and relaxing.

A lot of stairs to get into the property and then once you are in there, there are more stairs 🙃 More than a couple of minutues to walk to the actual beach but it was nice . Parking was really tight if you have a bigger vehicle . We were Only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for a four night stay . No chairs on the balcony to sit outside. Other than that it was worth the money we spent!

We had such an enjoyable time staying in this condo at Virginia Beach! The condo was clean upon arrival and was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was very easy. The few problems we encountered were taken care of immediately. It was a great place to stay!!

Perfect area close to the beach. Great set up for a family of 6. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip.
