my room was invested with bed bugs and I had to be moved to another one very late at night. I wasn’t able to get any change to my price or any future complimentary assistance for my inconvenience.

I had to change my room 2xs because the 1st one was not very clean there was dust everywhere. The 2nd was the TV didn't work. The 3rd one was better just the floor needed cleaning..

The beds were comfortable. I was very relaxed.

When reserved room it stated breakfast was included that was a lie also how are you a big chain hotel with no extra towels and wash clothes if I could give negative stars I would don't waste your time or money please bypass this hotel very disappointing

The front desk receptionist was professional and understanding.

The hotel was extremely dusty and not in the best condition. I had issues getting into my initial room and had to be moved to another room. The door to the room I was able to get into did not lock properly, had holes in the wall that was poorly patched, and the heating unit had an extremely funny smell when turned on. I ultimately checked out of the hotel the same day I checked in after my daughter and I started seeing bugs fly around in our room.

Great staff, the hotel was clean , quite and location was convenient.

Couldn't get any of the snack machines to work on any floor. So we had to walk down the road in order to get a soda.

Floor was dusty. Bathtub was such that showering was like being in a fun house. Lack of hot water through sinks.
