The house was well equipped for our week to cook, entertain college students, and visit with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the grandkids & teens. It was a bit further of a drive to commute into Phoenix or other areas than I would’ve liked, but if you plan to stay in Scottsdale the entire time than you will be fine. It is still a 20 minute drive to activities, shopping, and dining.

Centrally located for all the golf and the local shops and eating places are great

The house was perfect, it was close to everything - the listing was very accurate. The owners were very responsive, would definitely stay here again.

We came to AZ for a family reunion and to visit friends. We use to live here so we know the area well and wanted to be near family, good restaurants and hiking. It was a perfect house for all of us +2 one year old babies. Excellent location, nice quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, great pool, spacious and easy to use kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans and seasoning (which we always seem to forget to bring). Loved that there were pool toys, scooters, kid bikes, baby gates, lots of extra blankets and pillows, plush towels, lots of pool towels and workout equipment. Easily able to work in the office when needed, WiFi was not an issue. The Host was attentive and accessible, we even booked an extra day. IF I had to say anything critical, the house could use a bit of updating and the carpet power steamed. All in all, it was a great family vacation! We would stay here again.

We loved this house, nice layout, very clean, well maintained. The pool area gets lots of sun, nice shaded patio area, we ate outside every night, enclosed backyard for your pet. Owner is very responsive.

We traveled with our small grandchildren which was challenging but the house fit our needs. We rented 2 cribs because the house only had a pack and play. The pool was a hit but not much shallow water for small children. Appreciated all the towels!! Lots of kitchen supplies but also many great restraunts driving distance. The tv stations were limited and no instructions.. Loved the neighborhood and quiet. Would definitely rent property again

Property was very clean, well maintained and in a great location. My only (minor) suggestion is leave some better instructions covering changing the temperature on the hot tub- 104 is way too hot! Pool was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time here!

What a wonderful house! We were impressed with how clean it was. Our whole family was able to stay together while in Scottsdale for our daughter's wedding. The property had everything we could possibly need. Including toys! There were 4 generations staying in the house and all of us were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this property for any family.

Great rental property, especially for long term stays. We quickly acclimated to this home as if it were our own for our 5 week stay. The layout is spacious and the home is well stocked with everything needed. The bright master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk in closet is huge. The bed is extremely comfortable. We loved opening the blinds every morning to amazing mountain views from bed. There are 3 additional, spacious bedrooms and a large, full bath with double sink upstairs. There is a fifth bedroom with connecting full bath on the ground floor, this bedroom has a pull-out couch and TV and is more of a den/playroom. My husband and I work remotely and we were able to do so easily in this space. The ground floor living space is way more spacious than it appears in the photos. Beautiful view from the kitchen table and a great dining room. We had a formal dinner with a family chef prepared dinner, as great of an experience as dining out. Very large TV in family room, which was very important to my husband for the super bowl :) The outdoor space is just as good, or maybe even better than the indoor space. Pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well heated, worth the cost to heat the pool as it got well into the 80's on sunny days. Grilling and dinners outdoors in February are a plus! The neighborhood is great, took many long walks which were very enjoyable in all directions. Neighborhood park nearby for children. So many good restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques/salons, hiking paths within a 5 minute drive. We plan to move to the area some day, but in the meantime will continue to rent from Garret. I almost hate to share the excellent quality as I don't want it not available for me in the future! He is an excellent, helpful host, delightful to correspond with and he's setup a fantastic, well stocked rental. We already booked for next year for 6 weeks since our experience was so perfect.

Came to Scottsdale for a wedding with family. The house was beautiful, spacious and great for our group. The back yard was wonderful with a pool and hot tub. Host was responsive and answered questions almost immediately. Would certainly recommend.

We had a great time at the house. The hot tub was a huge hit! The pool warmed up by the end of the week to swim in. Great location! We didn’t want to leave! Only downfall was the cleaning people weren’t finished until after 5 so we were late getting in.

Property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Convenient location with all the amenities. We and our friends had a wonderful visit.

The perfect place to relax with our daughters & future son-in-laws! Very quiet neighborhood close to hiking, shopping, & restaurants. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen had everything we needed. Great view of the mountains too! Would definitely stay again!

The property was everything we hoped for! The home was nicely stocked with towels, coffee, shampoos and childrens toys and games. It was perfect for our family of 7.

The house and yard were very nice. The space worked great for our family. We had plenty of room and enjoyed staying around the pool. Had an issue with the hot water but the owner worked with us to get that fixed quickly

This home is well decorated with all necessary accommodations for cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the home is large enough to house a very large family. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The owner (Garret) was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The views from this property are breath-taking. Would return to this property if/when the opportunity arises. .

This is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood in North Scottsdale. It was even larger than we expected - a great and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fun pool area and the location was good - especially if you decide to go North and even just 1/2 hour from the airport. You can walk or hike without getting in your car and shopping was close by. We were a family of 6 and had lots of room for even more. The host was responsive.and even left coffee and wine for us !!

The house was in a great location and in great shape for us to play golf in the Scottsdale area for the week. We had a great time and were very comfortable with the house situation. Kitchen, Bedrooms, Living Rooms were well appointed. We enjoyed sitting by the pool after golf having a drink and just catching up. Will stay again!!

This house was very easy to book on the VRBO website. The house was absolutely wonderful and was equipped with everything we needed. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Very easy to get around to anywhere we had to go. Very private setting as well and would definitely book it again! Thx For the wonderful experience!

The property is lovely. The host added lovely touches like a bag of coffee and bottle of wine. Pool backyard area is magnificent. Great stores and restaurants are nearby.

Property is in nice neighborhood close to the preserve (hiking/mnt biking) and grocery stores. House felt dated though. It needed upgrades to furniture, lighting etc. plumbing throughout house needed love as well.
