The place was inviting comfortable with lots of space. The landlord explained things very well. I wanted to send him a thank you but we have been so busy. It’s a great place!

My partner and I visited Baltimore for the first time and were glad we stayed at Rafi’s property. Host was very responsive, the place was cute and perfectly situated near Patterson Park, and the security system was a huge plus!

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was exactly what we needed as a home base while exploring Baltimore. Communication with the owner was top notch! If you're unfamiliar with the area as we were, walk across the park and get Matthew's Pizzeria. It was great!

Rafi was very responsive to every request and question. The accommodations were great, in a great location. We mostly chose this location for the location, parking and the included charger, which were very helpful.

We were in town for the Big Dill. Owner was great. Place was clean and in a decent area of town. Thanks Again for allowing us to stay!

The house was everything that was described. It was a pleasant and quiet row house, very near to Patterson Park. It is also short drive to other local attractions. And Rafi was an excellent host checking in on us about accommodations

I rented this property for myself, my husband and another family as we moved our son's in college in the Baltimore area. The location is the property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property was clean and roomy. There is work being done in the basement bathroom so we could not use the tub but we made due with one bathroom/shower upstairs. The property owner was very responsive and helpful as well. We would certainly rent this property again when we come to visit our sons or come see their baseball games.

Rafi was very accommodating on our trip from the very beginning! We were traveling with young kids and this location is kid friendly with toys, plates/utensils, pack and play if desired, etc. The location was great as it was a 5-10 min drive to the inner harbor and in a safe location. We actually never used the parking pad because parking in the front was available.

A great place in a great location. We were in town for a sports tournament and this place had everything we needed: two bathrooms, places to spread out and relax, and a washing machine. The location was great in that we could walk to the park, restaurants, and the waterfront. I hope we can rent the house again in the future!

There were some unusual bumps in our stay - the bathroom rug was wet and dirty like it covered with pieces of leaves, I texted Rafi with pictures and he thanked me for letting him know, he was very professional about it and said he would take the matter up with the housekeeper. This place is spacious and safe and secure.

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was well stocked in the kitchen as far as utensils and cookware. There were some issues that needed repair but it is a historical old building. It was a little far from Johns Hopkins but it worked.

House was great, had all the amenities we needed. Close drive about a mile from the Inner Harbor. Great safe neighborhood, cool places within walking distance from the house. Rafi was easy to communicate with and got back to me ASAP with any answers to my questions

Great location. Easy check-in. Easy parking. Lots of space. Not as clean as we had hoped but not awful (hair in towels, stains on a couple sheets, dirty floors). Overall great stay!

There were multiple problems outside the property owner’s control but he handled them quickly. This is a good value, given the spaciousness but it is an old house in old Baltimore so…

Great place to stay .

This rowhouse has so much potential and really could be a gem with a little more attention to the guest needs. When I travel I do expect a working coffee pot. I don't expect to have to sit on chairs with coffee/food stains that have to be years old. This is such an easy fix. For $20 you can go to Joanns and buy upholstery fabric and switch it out in an hour. Or how about just using some upholstery cleaner. We had really wanted to have some meals here with our relatives who live in town but, the kitchen drain (no garbage disposal) being soo soo slow and with the condition of the chairs it was pretty obvious we would not be able to accomplish this. We had to clean the table and dishes and silverware when we got there. Overall, the walls had dirt and debris not only in kitchen but in the bedrooms. Some 409 or some touch paint would do wonders for a guest's impression. I also have an issue with the utensils they provide. They are kid size and low quality. Adult size knives, forks and spoons is appropriate. In the living area, two of the main pieces are microfiber fabric which is a great choice because it is so easy to clean. However, no one has cleaned in a long time. Which made me feel like the owner really is not concerned about the guests comfort which was disappointing. Details matter. The bed in the master was comfortable, the bedroom was spacious. The neighborhood is good and a great location.

My families stay at this house was great. It’s perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood that was really close to everything we wanted to see in Baltimore. The fells point district was fun to walk around. The dining there was great! We loved seeing the Walters art museum and the George Peabody library. We spent hours at the aquarium. It was very well done. We also went to Fort McHenry and to the railroad museum. We were only in Baltimore for 3 to 4 days but came away being really impressed with the city. The house was great to come back to after a day of touring to relax, have a cocktail and then head out to dinner. All of the beds were very comfortable. And having our own kitchen was great for our morning breakfast. Rafi was great to deal with. His communication and willingness to help out we’re always timely and he had an awesome attitude!

We stayed for a week. The house has been well-kept and cared for. The private parking spot was a major plus. The Wi-Fi, TVs, Netflix, and Security System were all really nice extras that made the stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood was nice and safe and the neighbors were friendly . Patterson Park was less than 1/2 block away from this location. We will stay here again when we are in Baltimore. The owners are super responsive.

Everytime I needed to reach out to Ravi he responded almost immediately. It made things go so much smoother. Recommend his home to stay out, right off of Patterson Park (which was amazing).. Very kid friendly. Thank you Ravi.

We stayed on the property for a quick weekend away. It was clean, well furnished and close to everything we were looking for. We spent more time out of the property than in it, but it was a great central location to go back to for a nice quiet night of sleep. Would rent again if we weekended in the area again.

The owner (Rafi) is beyond incredible in being available at all times, this visit was as easy as it could be!
