You can have breakfast in the morning, then drive to places in the area, come back in the afternoon to have a break from the heat. It's a nice place to relax after the excursion during the day.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked with the things you need. It is clean and in a great location for events at ASU. We would definitely book this house again.

I must say the property is very nice we really enjoy the sitting area outside especially at night overall the stay was wonderful everybody was comfortable very very nice.

We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time there. We took walks around the neighborhood every day and everyone was so friendly and we felt very safe. Would stay here again for sure! Hosts were very kind as well.

This house was perfect! Everything we could need was here waiting for us. It's well appointed, roomy (four beds), beautifullly decorated, and very comfortable. Great king bed in the primary bedroom. It's also convenient to shopping, restaurants, events, and freeways. We will certainly hope to rent it again and highly recommend it. Thanks for making this home available on VRBO!

Some things were broken upon arrival. But none of them interferes with our vacation. Ice machine is broken, everything else was perfect.

The property is in a nice area in Tempe near ASU. The property is a bit dated, but relatively clean with an ideal layout and beautiful patio. The pool is about 150 feet from the back yard area. Great communication from the owners. Property has everything you could want or need. I would stay here again and would recommend.

This property was super easy to navigate to, and parking was ample, and it is close to the downtown area! The beds were very comfy. There is a castable television in the living room, and another tv in the master we didn’t try out. The patio area was super cute. We did see a few crickets around the house but that is expected for the area. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Larry and Ginnie welcomed us warmly with a note and wine, and made sure everything was set before we got there. It was the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We loved the citrus trees and outdoor spaces. The house was the perfect layout and space for the four of us, with an easy location to go out and explore. We would definitely stay here again—thank you Larry and Ginnie! Highly recommend!

Everything was exceptional. The kitchen utensils and spices etc were outstanding. We like to cook so we were grateful the spices, olive oils etc were provided. Beds very comfortable and outdoor patio very inviting. Thank you Larry for a relaxing stay.

With a sporing event planned at ASU, our family was also looking for place to get in some in adventures with enough room to rest after. This house was perfect, located in a safe quiet neighborhood once we were exhausted the house was big enough for the family to rest. The bicycles provided gave us the opportunity to get out and cover the campus and neighborhood. The owner offered great ideas on places to hike. Being here during citrus harvest added a fun unexpected twist as the kitchen was setup to make fresh juice every morning.

Great location in the middle of everything. Host was very accommodating and good communication. Easy process and enjoyable stay. Recommended.

I can't say enough about Larry and Ginnie's home. The house is exactly as described and stocked with all the ammenties of home. We were there over Christmas and New Years holidays and planned our Christmas dinner along with cookie baking. The kitchen is stocked with more than your average VRBO, including an array of seasonings, a meat thermometer and even a turkey platter! Bathrooms had normal supplies, but also included baskets of extras like tums, travel toothpaste, etc. Everything was well thought out. We did run into a couple of normal wear and tear issues, but the homeowner was quick to respond and do what he could to make it right, apologizing many times and even offering us use of his own laundry room when the washer needed a part and he knew we were in town for a wedding. I highly recommend not only this home but these homeowners.

There was a couple of glitches, the internet password was listed inaccurately, the washing machine wasn't operable (but the owners graciously offered to send our laundry out if necessary) and the pool was unheated and quite cold. BUT, overall a wonderful, comfortable, spacious home. (cleanliness only a 4 out of 5 because there were old coffee grounds still in the coffee pot)

We were in town for the Ironman race and loved our stay at Larry and Ginnie’s place. It was close to everything we needed. The home is spacious and stocked with everything you need. I really liked Larry’s photography on the walls. We did have one small issues with the washer but I trust it will be fixed soon. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
