We have stayed at Casa MariMar for at least four years. Everything is always perfect. The house and pool are clean. The decor is beautiful. We have always had a wonderful time. The management team is awesome. There is so much included including the golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards. Just couldn’t ask for more to make the experience excellent. Look forward to next year. I’m originally from Texas but just recently moved for work to Washington state so I come home to visit once a year and wanted to have something to hang out and enjoy my time with family and this spot was THE PLACE! My guests and I absolutely love it I already have family wanting to rent it out again for birthdays and fun family time in the future! Thank you for the opportunity to have a fun carefree time! The whole house has everything you could want or need! We’re looking up a boat rental place for the next time!

Would recommend for families with kids! With the pool and other water activities available to do at the house. Clean property with easy access to the Marina.

This was a great house and was perfect for our family which included me, my wife our three grown children and their spouses. Everything was in great shape and the pool was the best. We will highly recommend this place to all of our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed was included. The kiddos loved the pool and fishing off the deck. Highly recommend this property. Lovely!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I along with our best friends have made several vacation trips to Galveston over the years. But we have never stayed in a house located on the canals. First the house is exactly how it is advertised. Located only 2 rows from bay. So convenient, just a short golf cart ride to marina, boat ramp, fishing pier, small store and restaurant, as well as beach access. House was exceptionally clean, outdoor area was perfect-pool, grill, fishing, kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower and several sitting areas. The outdoor heaters were also nice because of cooler evenings. Instructions provided for check in/check out made everything so simple. We hope to make it annual trip!

We had 10 ladies for a weekend girls trip and the house was perfect! Tons of space for everyone to spread out, spacious kitchen, golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards and even fishing poles. And the pool was PERFECT! Even had an extra fridge in the garage that definitely came in handy.

Weekend was great. Beds were a little uncomfortable. But other than that, awesome location and home.

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented in Galveston multiple times and this was the best home. It has everything you could need and the property manager is amazing. I am already planning another trip back to this home. Fishing is great, the pier and dock are amazing. The golf cart makes getting around fun and easy. Great restaurant/ bar, bait shop, and general store a 3 minute golf cart ride away.

We had such a great time! The place was amazing and the host was great! We’ll be back soon!

We stayed at Casa Marimar for a long weekend, Friday through Monday with our two girls. The house is impeccable. Fantastically furnished and designed. We made fully use of all amenities. The Heated pool was great, at 100degrees it's like Large jacuzzi! We took the kayaks out for a spin through the canals and stopped at the local restaurant for a beverage. We also made good use of the golf cart for grocery shopping. Our girls did their best to catch fish and Crab but they weren't biting (probably too cold). Again this house has it all, Bluetooth speakers everywhere, great patio furniture and the Master Bathroom is A+. We are already looking for another trip this summer! Thanks to Mercedes and David for all the great care.

The owners have done an amazing job. When we arrived the place was spotless with a fresh/clean smell. Everything is in good condition and they really have thought of just about everything to ensure you have what you need. The kitchen is well stocked and they have an awesome electric non-stick cooker. Grill and fire pit worked great too. They also have good cast iron skillets and plenty of cutlery/silverware. The kids had a blast in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. They even caught a small stingray! They caught lots of fish and we caught enough crabs to make crabcakes one night. Another thing that we loved about the house is the a/c worked very well and the beds were comfortable. We slept great which is rarely the case at rent houses. The location of the house is also fantastic as the marina is a very short drive as is the Sea Isle beach access. Tip: When exiting Sea Isle head further West a short ways to the public access point where there is parking on the beach so you don't have a long walk carrying your stuff. The beach was very clean when we were there too.

This vacation rental was fantastic!!! We had 5 adults, I child and a teenager and had plenty of room for everyone!! We all had an amazing time and made wonderful memories. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home! Everything was so easy and convenient from booking all the way to check out.

Our family of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 kids) had a blast here! The place was very clean, cozy, and well stocked like all the previous reviews mentioned. The pool feel like its bigger than what you see in the picture. The golf cart was nice to ride to the beach and around the neighborhood. There are plenty of pool toys and fishing/crabbing gears in the garage you can use. We used the crab trap and caught a bunch of delicious blue crabs. This is definitely one of the best vacation rental you can find on the island!
