- Its central location to all the food area and attractions. - The view of the sea at a distance as this apartment is the tallest building in Sekinchan - The facilities are functional and it comes with a foosball table. Good for family stay. - The host Jacky was very helpful, as he recommended places to eat and see.

Very friendly owner, they suggested some travel spots for us. Environment is excellent, full with facilities. Located at the center of Sekinchan and you have a great Seaview from balcony and master bedroom. You can even enjoy table soccer and some other mini games equipment provided. Very suitable for family trip and groups of friends.

The master bedroom and living room not so cool with the air con running, but still okay with ceiling fan turned on.

Strategic location, good cleanliness and security (I guess this is the only guarded condominium in that area). Utensils for steamboat too!

Refreshments prepared for 4 though we pre informed the house owner there were total 5 of us. Otherwise, everything is good!

We loved the clean and comfortable bedding with abundant pillows. Both fans and air cond are installed so there's air circulation and you have a choice. Fridge is a decent size. Unobtrusive decor. Dining table stable and seats six. WiFi is great, plenty of plug points around. Kitchenette has basic necessities like cutlery, plates, and cups. There's an electric kettle and even an induction cooker with frying pan and hotpot stainless steel pot. Everything is relatively new. Sofas and swing are nice to lounge on. There's jenga and a pack of cards for entertainment and the very fun foosball table. In the morning the sea view from the balcony is very pleasant but in the evening there's a strong ocean smell so best to keep the screen door closed. There are blackout curtains over the windows making for a peaceful sleep. The main bedroom has more towels if you need it, a full length mirror, a hair dryer, and iron with ironing board. Best of all everything is CLEAN with no funny smells, e.g. air freshener, paint, etc. and you can walk around in your bare feet. Many thanks to the owner and team for being so responsive and keeping us updated on our reservation.

Suggestions for improvements: - Install toilet paper holder to hold tissue. - Put over the door hooks so can hang towels. - Water hose in bathroom keeps falling onto floor because no holder. Potential safety and hygiene hazard. - A microwave or oven toaster would be great. - TV has limited channels, maybe install a smart TV so we can connect our mobile phones to it. - Bathroom has poor ventilation but that can't be helped as there is only one small window due to building design. Just a warning you may feel even more sweaty after you shower due to the humidity. - Curiously only one room had a dressing table. - There might be a bit of a language barrier with the owners if you can't speak Chinese. - The slope to the car park is rather steep and may scrape the underside of your car.

The location is great and quite near to the restaurants that we wanted. The house was great and clean, the beds is quite nice to sleep. Will come back again for this homestay.

The toilet is a bit spoil still consider ok, but the owner had explained to us what happened.
