If you have an event at the convention center or plan to visit theme parks this home is for you. On-site gym, restaurants and a Walgreens. Grocery store is around the corner and the kitchen is equipped with most everything you need. If you are there with a larger group you may want to bring your own towels because you are given 1-2 per person for the duration of your stay. They do have a washer and dryer in the garage. Lots of stairs (3 levels) but being able to pull right up to your door is a plus. I would stay here again.

Property was kept up nicely, everything was exactly as expected. We were conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the convention center, and within 30 minutes from Disney. Great place to stay in the Orlando Area!

everything you need is here, each bedroom has its own bathroom, location is great, easy to get around town, sheets and comforter are on the cheap side and feel like it to the touch but really in the end the reason to stay here is price, convenience and less people.

we were in Orlando for a swim meet at the Rosen aquatic center, it was close to the venue and we had enough space to rest at the end of the day.

The property was as described in the listing, as well as by previous renters. It was clean and had most of what we were looking for. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool, so I cannot speak to those amenities. The complex is well-maintained and secure. All communication with the property owner through VRBO was timely. Overall, it was a good rental and we enjoyed our stay. The property was perfectly located for us. Fifteen minutes from Universal, and five minutes to Topgolf, Andretti Gokarting, and Ifly skydiving. As other reviews have mentioned, Publix grocery store and Walgreens is within walking distance.

Good choice as it was clean, spacious (for 4 adults), and in a good proximity to major highways. Especially liked the walking distance to a shopping center (Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza, etc). Good perk was the bedroom safe for valuables you didn't want to carry or leave out. For Wawa fans, the closest was at the corner of Universal and Sand Lake - just a few minutes drive from the townhouse.

Property is the perfect location if you are attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center for multiple days.

This rental home is very nice and cozy. Will recommend to others. The only complaints I have are the kitchen/living room/dining area being on a different floor than the bedrooms. Also would recommend putting the washer/dryer in the garage instead of the Master bedroom closet and upgrade a few amenities such as upgrading coffee pot to a keurig. Other than that, the house is very nice. The owner is pleasant and communicated at all times.

Our son and his family stopped over in Orlando, on their way back from Aruba, for the weekend. This property is ideally located for access to Universal Studios and Disney Springs.

The property owner couldn't be more accommodating. There were a few items that we noticed needed attention when we first arrived. However, the owner graciously took care of each item immediately. Afterwards we had almost two months of absolute bliss. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was very nice and clean, exactly as pictured. We had just a short drive to Universal,, and the pool was a great place to come back to relax. Our family of 5 enjoyed this space!

Fast easy very commutative

My family and I rented this home to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home! There was plenty of plates and cups. The home was large and everyone slept comfortably. I would definitely rent this home again!

We rented this condo to attend a recent tradeshow in Orlando. We had stayed on this property before and were very happy with the accommodations. So, we decided to book another condo there and were again happy with the property....that is until a week later when we received an addition charge for $200! The owner claims we broke a bed, but we are certain we did not. The bed had a sag in it, but nothing that alarmed the person who stayed in that room. Then after checkout the owner charged our credit card an additional $200 and send pictures of a bed WITHOUT the mattress even on it claiming we broke the frame. When I disputed the claim, the owner said that because we did not note the damage at the time of check-in that it was assumed we were responsible for the damage. What guest pulls a mattress off of a bed to inspect the bedframe for damage when they check in? That is completely unreasonable and very suspicious on the part of the owner. We have filed a dispute with VRBO who hopefully will agree with us and reverse the charges. Either way, I don't recommend dealing with this owner given the suspicious nature of this charge and his quickness to blame and charge us without any evidence to support his claim. We did not break the bed. End of story!

This home is perfectly located if you want to be early at Universal parks. Property manager was prompt the address a couple events we had, and very good about communicating with us.

We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious for our party of 6. We went to Aquatica and SeaWorld, and this property was in a perfect location to get to those two quickly and efficiently. Everything you may need outside of the home is a quick drive away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We did cook breakfast most mornings, and the kitchen was well equipped for any meals we wanted to cook. Again, very pleased.

We had a great time visiting the parks and chose this condo because of the proximity and positive reviews from the previous guests. We weren’t disappointed. There was plenty of room for the family of 5. Condo has all the basic necessities. The only minor issue we had was with the a/c not cooling upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t use any of the community amenities so can’t comment on those. There are a few good restaurants nearby as well as Publix, so we didn’t have to worry about food.

I stayed here with 3 other gals for a convention in January. The convention center is very near so it was very convenient. Beds were ample and there were more than enough bathrooms to go around. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories and the owner left us a bottle of wine & cookies to celebrate :-) We felt safe in the gated community. Our two main concerns were that the upstairs bedrooms got very hot even with a/c set on recommended setting (it was recommended to not go lower than, I think it was 72, or we would be charged if a/c broke). Luckily the rooms had fans and it was cold enough that we opened windows as well. The other concern was the condition of the carpet -- the main stairs coming in from the front door were very dirty and there was one questionable stain on the floor in the double bedroom by the closet. But besides that, the place was immaculately clean. Overall, great experience and would 100% book again. I have zero worries recommending this location! A++++++

We spend several days here while enjoying Universal parks. The location was perfect. The roads to and from were never that busy which is a real plus for congested Orlando. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time while not at the park.

There were several maintenance issues when we arrived at the property, including the A/C not working. While the owner was very responsive, the management company was not truthful with the owner about when the issues had been resolved and it took 2 days and multiple messages before anything was fixed. The maintenance person arrived around 10 pm when members of our party had been available all day. This was very disappointing and started our vacation off with us being frustrated. Otherwise, the property is showing some signs of wear. For example, the upstairs king bed has springs go sideways when you sit on the edge. However, the unit was clean and well situated in Orlando with a layout that worked well for our party.

We were upgraded to a different property as our booked property was experiencing maintenance. We didn't realize that our place had been changed upon arrival which caused some confusion but once it was figured out we had a GREAT stay! Very comfortable, clean, all the amenities needed! Beds were comfortable! And great communication with host for anything we needed! Short walk (10 mins) to grocery, and to the convention centre! Safe, gated community, and access to pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area! Thank you for everything!

Townhome was set up exactly as advertised. A little confusing at check in but the staff jumped in and helped us find out way. Perfect for attending a show at the convention center.
