I liked the room, room setup, and the location was perfect. I was on the 7th floor and the view was great. I can see the hotel poolside, Ferris wheel near the hotel, and open land. It was definitely a nice view.

I didn't like the breakfast piece. I imagined that such a beautiful hotel would have a nice breakfast. Well I received four breakfast sandwich vouchers at check-in. The first morning I used the voucher; however, there was not much of a choice especially when I do not eat bread like food (sandwiches, bagels, biscuits) and so I got a sausage bagel, bacon and cheese croissant, coffee, and orange juice. I was really bummed. So I tried it again on the second morning, I asked could I alter the food choice because I do not eat bread, and I was told that I had to select from the voucher. I was like wow, okay. My reservation consisted of a breakfast, so I chose not to purchase a better breakfast because I had already purchased breakfast when I made my reservations. My suggestion is to get a wider choice for breakfast than a sandwich of sort.

I loved the spacious room. The large, full-size kitchen, along with the washer and dryer.

Some more detailing needs to go into the rooms before signing them off as ready.

The room was clean the view of the city area was amazing at night. The jetted tube was very nice to use. The glass enclosed separate shower was large. Also have a full kitchenet with a full size refrigerator was a bonus.

There seem to be only one elevator working an the upper floor we stayed at was very warm, seem like no air in the halls walking through the floor.

Pésima atención, deseo poner un reclamo serio en contra de este hotel, nos recibieron pésimo, nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación, la mujer de la recepción muy antipática y ella hizo todo lo posible por arruinar mis vacaciones con mi hija adolescente! Bertha se llama la mujer, ella nos hizo esperar 40-50 minutos, nos mandó fuera del hotel a esperar porque no estaba lista la habitación y cuando la designó se equivocó y la cortina rota, Tv sin señal, teléfono no funciona, vista al estacionamiento, y una sola cama y somos 2. Finalmente la habitación designada tenía el wc tapado, solicité 3 veces su reparación, mandaron un técnico cada vez que no solucionó el problema. La primera mañana nos dejaron sin desayuno porque Bertha dio mal el horario del desayuno, Pésima experiencia, mi hija indignada, arruinadas mis vacaciones, maldito sea este hotel, ojalá lo cerraran, mi hija aún está enojada conmigo por haber escogido este hotel que no tenía ni un baño adecuado. Deseo un reembolso a lo menos, deseo que este hotel tenga alguna sanción por su mal servicio y pésimas mantenciones de sus instalaciones. Gracias.

the room was lovely. They have a washer and dryer in the suite. I was quite impressed with the entire hotel.

1. A személyzet kifejezetten ellenséges volt. Különösen a reggeleztetésért felelős részleg. Senkivel nem volt kedves, meg volt sértve ha bárki kérdezett vagy kért valamit. Azok a vendégek nem is számítottak akik előre befizetett reggelit kaptak, csak azokat szolgálták ki szívesen akik külön rendelésű fizetős reggelit kértek. Nem volt csak 1 pohár kávé ingyen, ha kértünk még utántöltést vagy tejet azért külön kellett fizetni stb. 2. A szoba felszereltsége hiányos volt (a lista ami ki volt téve nem volt meg: 1 darab villa volt, leveses kanál nem volt stb.) Jeleztük a recepciósnak, de nem pótolták. Külön kellett ezeket is beszereznünk. 3. Ott döbbentünk rá (ez nincs feltüntetve sehol) hogy magunknak kell takarítani, amihez nincs felszerelés ezt is meg kellett venni és nincs törülköző csere, tisztálkodási felszerelés stb. ( ez sincs feltüntetve) Ha ezt tudom nem választom ezt a szállást mert egy tengerentúli hosszú nyaralásra nem takarító szerekkel és seprűvel indul el az ember. NAGY CSALÓDÁS VOLT A SZÁLLÁS ez nem egy szálloda!!! A személyzet pedig nem azért volt ott hogy kedves legyen a vendégekkel!

Cómodo. Tenía muchos detalles que hicieron nuestra estadía muy placentera: lavadora secadora, etc. No tenía tetera pero el rápidamente nos pasaron una.

chegamos a noite e estamos em 3 pessoas não havia roupa de cama para minha filha, não ficou claro que não haveria limpeza e recolhimento de lixo no quarto, sem sabonete etc entramos ( check in) foi no domingo e o checkout foi na quarta feira entendo que o café da manhã o qual pagamos a parte deveria ser feito na quarta e disseram que não era possível, enfim. já ficamos 3 vezes neste hotel e esta última vez achei que caiu bastante.

We didn’t have water for 2 of the 3 days I was at the hotel. This is very poor, very unsanitary! Couldn’t flush a toilet! There was building work right opposite so couldn’t use the pool or balcony due to the noise! WiFi wasn’t working whilst I was there!

Location was just about the only positive.

One of the worst spots I’ve stayed in. Couch visibly dirty and stained. Sheets had makeup and hair on them. Unusable pullout couch, which I was relying on as my booking is for 3 people. Had to put the mattress on the ground, underneath couch cushions. Blanket was crunchy - you read that right, crunchy. When I calmly asked for another the woman behind the counter said “so sorry, I just work here. This is all they have.” Um, what? *Replacement* blanket was also crunchy. Third blanket was decent enough to use. Wi-Fi and TV were out of service entirely for 3.5/6 days. Third day of our stay, they decide to spray paint outside without covering the pool/hot tub, without closing them off, and without warning those actively going into the pool - the water of both was speckled with literal paint. I can’t even say it’s a bargain price. I would never recommend this place.

The ice maker worked.

The room was DISGUSTING!! Carpets were dingy, bed was stained, and there was hair caked on the shower walls.

The place was great, staff was great in the hotel. The bar/food service outside was not so good.

The property was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and clean.

The entering doors did not work properly, I constantly was fighting with the door trying to open it. There was construction on the building so we did not have the wonderful view of the city we felt enclosed. Lastly there was no housekeeping not sure if we had to called it in or request so we just used same towels all weekend.

Rm 501s I know u have a drainage problem in most rms and the sofa was dirty and mattress need to be changed they are uncomfortable lumpy : / but I enjoyed my stay. Was a bit disappointed no baking dish was in kitchen or dish drainer

Location was great! Free parking was appreciated and the bar at the pool was awesome! Although the menu was small the food was excellent! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we go back to Orlando.

There was some construction nearby which was pretty loud. The grounds keeper mowed the lawn early in the morning so having a coffee on the balcony wasn't very peaceful. There were a lot of kids the first part of our stay which made the pool time super noisy but that's not the hotel's fault.

The location is perfect close proximity to all the water theme park, fun stop etc. Night Light and a variety of food was really close we love the location. The staff was very friendly and the room was really nice and comfortable

We was in room 1008 H and 1008 S was being renovated, the noise from the bamming and Spanish music was loud. I went out the room to see where the noise was coming from it was the room next to us. A few rooms down they was renovating as well. I will not post or share the videos that was recorded.

The size of the room, along with the full kitchen, laundry machine and bathroom were great. There was also a balcony which was a nice added amenity. Spacious enough for 4 guests.

Honestly, while it looked nice, it was not comfortable. The mattress and the pillows in the room were not comfortable at all. The couch "bed" was only a flat mattress topper and didn't have sheets. It was extremely uncomfortable.
