The 2 bedroom apartment had space for the family. Pet friendly. I was traveling with pets.

Hotel is small compared to other hotels in the area. Outside Facilities looked and felt dated. Pool was very crowded, it’s summer. Apartment looked clean but had some issues. Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. Floors and rugs were good. We had some morning roaches in the bathroom centipedes in the living room. The dryer lint cover was broken. Not knowing, I dried my load and socks got stuck in the vent. That is a fire hazard so I could not use again. Kitchenware is very limited, one pot, one pan, one big knife, NO strainer for pasta which is basic. One shower knob came off. The other shower was not draining properly. Unfortunately, people with pets do not pick up after themselves (not hotels fault) even though there are trash cans and bags everywhere for them to use. At check out, the employee at the counter was very rude. It seemed that she was going through something and did not want to be at work. She should have stayed home instead of making peoples vacation and hotels services a bad experience. Overall, stay was just ok. For the price, next time I will look for another hotel. I will not stay there again.

Honestly nothing at all.

When we arrived the ac was off in the room so it was really humid inside took forever to cool off,the showers have no pressure u have to stand there for over 30-45min just to shower,the walls in the shower all have like water damage some how in the corners it’s all pushed out and there’s just paint trying to cover it up,our first night there was a lot of banging like dumpsters hitting out side and just loud,second night there other residents kept yelling and making all kinds of noise around 12am then hour later 1am the sheriffs are out side the room arguing with other residents kept our children up late just over all bad experience we always book with Marriott and decided to go here for a chance and never will I go here again with my family.and of course none of the staff offered to help or consider anything at all.

My room flooded from the dishwasher (unused) and the roof leaked a lot of water twice and we didn’t get offered a new room until my last day there.

Hotel muito bom, otima localizaçao, apartamentos grandes e completamente equipados, com cozinha e ate maquina de lavar e secar roupas.

O unico ponto negativo é a limpeza, pois havia muita poieira.

Hotel lobby was nice but not reflective of the rooms. Staff was courteous and attentive to our issues.

Rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation. Balcony chairs were broken, and the TV remotes did not work. Had to spend day in room while the issues were resolved. The issues were reported and resolved but it took 5 hours to get the balcony chairs replaced.
