I like the place, the flat is big, comfortable, good furnished. We had a very pleasant stay. We did not meet Agueda but her parents - very friendly :) and even if my spanish is not so good we understood each other. They have explained us everything and even gave us bottle of wine and fresh water as a welcome to Costa Teguise. Much appreciated, very kind.

All ok :) if we will return to Lanzarote, we will come back to this flat

sadly work going on nearby bit noisy and automatic doors sometimes kept opening and closing randomly so basically not the fault of the property

Nice apartment in a nice quiet location but close to the town and coastal path. Great sea views. Lot's of good restaurants in Costa Teguise. Easy to get to from the airport.

The weather was a bit cloudy and quite windy.

Location right at the beach close to everything . There is a Lovely cafe 2 mins away called Valli that serves the best coffee and a nice Spanish breakfast. The apartment has a Large patio with sea view you could hear the ocean on patio and also in the bedrooms with the Window open. The 2 double bedrooms had comfy mattresses. Clean apartment with nice well equipped kitchen. Carlos and Agueda the hosts were lovely to us and accommodated a late checkout which was very nice of them . They also left us complimentary water and wine in the fridge which was a nice touch.

We were told by numerous owners at the complex that our hosts were not supposed to rent the apartment out which made us very uncomfortable. The rules of the complex are a tad excessive which are in the apartment and we didn’t read until 2nd day . I was a little scared to talk quietly on the phone to my husband on the terrace, we got a bit of a row from the president of the complex about playing our music extremely low from the Sitting room to listen on the patio but I understand they want to protect their complex from rowdy holiday makers. All of this initially made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. However once the residents realised we were quiet and well behaved they were welcoming and offered us their cards to rent direct apartments direct from them which is a bit confusing if they are not supposed to rent them out ? It would seem they want to vet and control which guests rent at the complex. I feel the bathroom would benefit from an update perhaps a nice walk in shower . Other than that if you like a very peaceful quiet place to relax then this apartment is perfect.

Great location, amazing view and really near all the good restaurants! Very spacious apartment with good kitchen utilities.

Very comfortable apartament with beautiful view. Clean, quiet, close to promenade. Very nice swimming pool. Very good contact with host, she is very helpful. There are a lot shops, restaurant near here the apartment. We recommend it for people who wants to rest.
