The house was perfect for our trip and had all the accommodations we needed. Clean and the owners were very informative and communicative! Recommend this spot!!

We could not have been more pleased w/ our stay. It was perfect in every respect. The rooms are all set up for comfortable accommodations. The living and family room area is more that adequate and the outdoor spaces are great!

Lovely place to stay with all the amenities we needed. The only negative is that the garages were so small it was very difficult parking a mini van in them. We ended up parking our vehicle on the street, which worked fine.

I have to echo all the others who say the place is much nicer than the photos indicate, with lots of little homey touches. Dishes, toys, etc. for kids. Plenty of paper products stocked. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. The playground was so handy, and the home was perfectly located for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Son was playing in a baseball tournament. We were central to different ball parks and entertainment. Great trip! We would recommend staying here.

This is a great property. Very clean, well stocked, nice floor plan, comfortable beds (even the twin beds!), close to hot tub/pool and nice convenient location in the west valley. Owners were very responsive. We agree with earlier reviews that the online photos do not do it justice. We would definitely rent it again.

Plenty of room for 3 guys. The place was clean, location was great for the courses we played. It was very nice for each of us to have our own bedroom and full bathroom. I would definitely book this place again

The pictures didn't do the house justice. It was beautiful. I actually called my sister and told her ,as we were going through the house, this one is my new favorite!! Big kitchen with everything you would need to cook, although we ate out every day. The bed was so comfortable. Was a nice touch that the pillows were 2 different sizes. Loved having a full size washer and dryer as well. We did park on the street because the rental car was an Explorer and the garage was a bit tight. Very safe and lovely neighborhood , we didn't mind. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay! Great for kids with all the kid gear you need and even some toys! Location to the playground was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay. The place was very clean and inviting. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cover pretty much anything you might want to cook. There was a family room/den with a gaming table with plenty of games so it is very family friendly. There is a huge park directly behind the property with swings and a playground if you are traveling with kids. The bedrooms are upstairs and there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs. The garages (2) are on the smaller size. Perfect if you have a smaller car, not so much if you have a bigger SUV. I had a Nissan Murano and i had visions of tearing off the side windows, so I opted to park on the street. Just my personal preference. There was one small incident with a leak in the kitchen sink which turned out to be something minor. Darlene responded quickly and a plumber was out by that afternoon. Other than the sink there were no further glitches. I would most definitely stay here again. It is close to the freeways and there is a huge Walmart right down the street. Thanks Darlene for a great stay!

My two teen sons and I visited AZ for the supercross race and to get out of frigid Montana for a long weekend. The house was great. Everything was clean and as advertised. The mini game table was a hit with the teens. The only downside to this house is how far out of the way it is from the bigger attractions like the zoo and fairgrounds.

The listing was just as described. We were in town for a funeral so the location was super close to existing family. My son enjoyed the playground as well. Although our trip was short we had a great stay.

Nice property, well maintained with great amenities. Nice floor plan. Booster seat and pack and play in the kids room for use! Added bonus and very thoughtful. Property was also very clean. Step out the back right on to a playground, pool and walking path. Only drawback is super tight single car garage and entrance. Need a shoehorn for anything bigger than a rogue or equinox crossover. Overall 4-1/2.

The home was welcoming. It was well equipped with extra linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked and made meal prep easy. The unit is next to a grassy area, a playground, and the pool, great for family time. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you.

Great location! Easy access to Spring training games, golf courses, gas, shopping and restaurants. Owners were very accommodating. Garages and/or parking was a bit tight, but doable. Great outdoor and recreational space especially for children.

4 of us stayed for a week. This rental was the best supplied unit I have stayed in, and had everything we could have needed, including coffee, paper towels, paper plates and everything else. The property managers / owners were very communicative, even to the point one of the group was having issues with the wifi, which was operator error, but they owners responded immediatly. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Thanks for a great stay!!

When we arrived, the refrigerator and freezer still had food in it and was dirty. I called the property manager and she came that afternoon to clean it. But the whole unit was not very clean. Toothpaste and hair in the bathroom drawers. Stains on the couch. Throw pillows were soiled. It just needs a good deep clean and updating the decor would help. Why do VRBO properties use old heavy bedspreads? I’d like to see clean white lightweight comforters, like hotels use now. Easy to launder and look great. Otherwise, we loved the location with many services close by.

Check in process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed to cook and was close to lots of major intersections to get where we needed.
