Description was accurate. Very busy street but good location. House very clean and well maintained. It was a busy weekend in the area so parking was an issue but we had been informed of this prior to our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The property was absolutely perfect for our needs! Everything we did and everywhere we went was 10-15 minutes drive which was extremely convenient. I will definitely be saving this property for future visits.

First, the location was prefect. 5 minutes to Sea World, 7-10 minutes from Belmont Park (Mission Beach Boardwalk). Plenty of room for a family of 4 to enjoy. Basic amenities were provided and that's pretty much all we needed. Grocery store about mile away. Food/pub/restaurant (locally owned) within 1 block. Although parking can be a little difficult, we were actually lucky and we're able to park our vehicle almost directly in front of the rental entire stay. It can get a little stuffy in the back bedrooms but there were ceiling fans in each room and they provided oscillating and box fans. We just placed the box ones in the windows and that was able to circulate the air. Cool S.D. breeze. Family was happy with the unit and will definitely stay there again!

The owners were very friendly. We arrived late in the evening. They let me know about the parking, we had to park sideways in the driveway to make sure we didn’t block the sidewalk. The house was stocked with basic necessities. We we’re within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s perfectly located to the beach/bay. We walked to both sides of the bay. No need to drive there. They had beach accessories also, which was perfect. We did forget to bring the water boards, so my hubby walked back to the house and got them for the kids. It is that close and convenient to the beach. I was able to try the coffee shop a block away. Sooo close!!! We never had any issues, we had everything we needed. There is no AC, but you don’t need it. Open the windows and you’ll feel the ocean breeze. Fans in every room if you need it. We enjoyed the windows open all day. All they ask is to take care of the house, which is common sense. Treat it as if it was your own. We loved our stay!!! We will most definitely stay here again!!!! Amazing home, in a great little neighborhood. Only a few blocks from the mission beach.

My boss and I were traveling for work and have done home rentals before, they work well for us for work and chill time. This apartment worked out great. It was clean and in good condition, its older and there were notes on the plumbing to be careful, but it was very well cared for. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Everything we needed and expected was included. There is no AC but opening the windows and turning on the fans cools it off fast as close to the beach as it is. This was surprising since its San Diego and this Oregonian just thinks HOT. But so close to the ocean, it was mid 70’s max even though it was 20 degrees higher a few miles inland. During the day the street is very busy and loud – it’s the major thru street in the area. Sunday there were tons of sirens and traffic but by 8:30-9 it became quiet. I’m a light sleeper and heard nothing overnight. Its less than a mile walk to the ocean, closer to the bay. There are a couple good restaurants on the next corner and just under a mile from another street filled with restaurants, shops, etc. Beware if you (like me) get up in the night for a drink of water from the fridge, this place has mirrors everywhere! They make the place gorgeous but the fridge swinging wide and seeing a person over the sink where you don't expect a person to be? I might have screamed. A bit. When we come back to San Diego I will absolutely look to this place first to stay.

Was a nice place to stay, very clean! Only issue was even though it is a quite neighborhood…it is on a very busy road! Another issue was the listing advertised a pull out couch…couches have been replaced (not as pictured) So there was not the extra bed! We made it work though…had a great time! Would stay again! Also the renters were really quick to respond with issues we had!

Great location of property. Quite noisy on street, but with windows shut can sleep well. Owners were responsive. Place is pretty dirty. More towels are needed. It was nice there were beach chairs and other items to use. Overall great experience.

We all had an amazing time!

A cute place, fabulously located, with potential to be great, but falls short of expectations. The ok: House is an attached duplex home, with a large living area, located close to the beach, with some added nice amenities, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Drew, the owner, was very nice, great communication, and accomodating before trip. House has no A/C, but has a couple box fans that made it sorta tolerable in this excessive heat warning existence. Front room is LOUD, especially with the windows/screen door open which we had to have with this heat. Bedrooms are identical in size and bed size, which was nice for our girls weekend there. Now the parts that weren't so great. House has several areas of damage to walls and areas, sofa is obviously broken (per sign that said so, but also the CLUNK you hear each time you sit down), and one of the bedrooms dresser had missing drawers. It felt cheap and not a good value for the money. There were basic cooking pots and pans, but some were broken and no lids for the larger ones. The biggest thing was the uncleanliness. Especially in this COVID era, it was disconcerting to see dirty hand prints on doors, stains on bedcovers, and vents that had not been cleaned in a Very. Long. Time. And, although no fault of the owners, both nights the loud bass of music came from one of the close neighbors. Overall, it was a place to sleep and make food, at a well located location, but, it needs DEEP cleaning and drastic updating to be ranked higher.

It’s an old apartment. You get the necessities. The sofa was worse than I expected even though we were alerted in advance. I recommend for families if 4 or fewer. The location is perfect. We weren’t expecting the rental to come with chairs and umbrellas, so I had already rented some. Bummer to spend the extra money when it wasn’t necessary. The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived for checkin at 3pm. Not a problem, except there were pieces of trash in one closet, empty juice and water bottles under the bed, and food particles in the kitchen sink. The TV should be updated - remote is missing a bunch of buttons and I couldn’t get anything except Netflix to work (with someone else’s account). But despite all this, my kids were comfortable and we spent most of our time at the beach.

We had an amazing time in your VRBO! We loved every minute of it! Escaping the reality of life in 115’ weather in phx, the beaches and weather was absolutely amazing! Even though we had to wear masks in to every store and restaurant it was nice to just get away! The place was cute and met all our needs!!! Thank you!!

It was literally next to everything we needed.. hosted Thanksgiving dinner for my family this year.. I’ve rented several homes this is the first one to have coffee and spices provided.. so appreciate that.. we will be back again

What a great location for the event we were attended! Even tho it’s on a busy street we were not bothered by traffic sounds. Parking can be challenging but not overly so. Looking forward to staying again for our next event!

This was an amazing house for the family vacation. The owners were great, helpful and even suggested places to watch fireworks for the 4th! Was close in proximity to the bay, Pacific Ocean, food and fun. We spent all of our time at the ocean, but nights back at the house watching Netflix. Couldn’t have been happier with the place. Thanks to the owner Drew for all your help, even walking over toilet paper when we ran out! Lol. You made this stay easy and seemless! Thanks again!

The condo was great for our 2-night stay. It was well-stocked with all the basic supplies we needed (towels, dish soap, etc.) and even had a lot of extras that were handy for our day at the beach (ice chest, beach chairs and umbrellas). It was quite warm in the condo when we arrived at 10:00 PM, so we opened all the windows and put the box fans near them to cool it down. It took a couple of hours but it did get cool enough to sleep comfortably. It was a bit difficult to find the condo at night. Google Maps sent us across the street, and with no exterior photo of the unit in the listing we had to walk around to find the correct address. Not fun with two little kids late at night in an unfamiliar area! The neighborhood is quite pleasant, though, and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee across the street. Ingraham Street runs along the front of the condo and it's a very busy street all hours of the day. With the windows open the street noise was pretty loud, but not so loud that we couldn't sleep. The back rooms were plenty quiet. Aside from the excitement of finding it, the condo was great. The owners were very pleasant. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it.

Perfect location. Drew was very easy to work with and responsive. The beds were very comfy and the tv had Netflix. We parked off Moorland and had no problems. My only negative comment is I wish they provided more towels. We only had two towels for four people. I’m sure if I reached out to Drew he would have provided more. We just made it work. Overall a great experience and centeally located.

What a gem! We were so pleased with the location ... just a simple 5 minute walk from the event we were participating in. We look forward to returning again next year!

While it was in a great location, accessible to all conveniences, there is room for improvement. The busy street out front was really noisy. Open the windows and the traffic drowns out the tv and conversation. Close the windows and it gets too warm and stuffy. It gets cold at night and we could not get the heater started. The mattresses are extremely firm. The sofa is intolerable to sit for any length of time. It had lots of cooking supplies so we didn't have go out and buy a lot of spices and whatnots. The coffee was a real plus after a long trip. The fridge and freezer (ice tray) could use a good cleaning. We could not access local tv stations or football. Netflix was a nice touch. In the bathroom, it was nice that amenities were supplied. There was tepid water, no hot water. The toilet needs to be fixed so that you don't have to hold the handle down until it is completely flushed. The rugs are dangerous as they are slippery and I nearly wiped out getting out of the shower. Rubber-backed rugs or slip resistant rugs would be safer. While we enjoyed our stay, we would probably not return because of the hard mattresses, uncomfortable couch and lack of hot water for showers. It might be worth your while to turn up the water heater or get a separate one for the rentals. Parking is an issue. It should be noted that parking only seems to be available on the side streets.

Property was great! Back rooms were quiet, just wish the breeze could’ve circulated more. Didn’t cool off until later at night. I’d stay there again for sure! Clean, nice area, easy access to beaches!

Pictures and description are accurate. The rental was clean and smelled good. Owners live close by and checked to make sure everything was okay. As others have said parking can be a bit challenging but we never had far to walk. Beds were comfortable, sofa sleeper okay. Rental says it can accommodate 6, we had 5 in our party and bathroom only had 4 towels, linens were minimal, only located 4 pillow cases but Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Kitchen has seating for 6 but was a bit tight with 5 people. It might help if the fridge door opened from the other direction. Previous reviews mention traffic noise as the rental is located on a busy street. I would have to agree that the traffic is a bit noisy when in the living room/kitchen but it is fairly quite in the bedrooms. Overall our experience was good and would consider going back.

We stayed for 6 nights with our 21 year old son.. the location was perfect for all the areas we wanted to visit... easy to get around.... nice neighborhood and the home looked just like you see in the pictures..very short easy drive to the ocean for bars and restaurants ..nice place to stay!!

Close to everything! Cute, well equipped condo. It is on a very busy street, so you hear lots of traffic while in living room and kitchen. But back in bedrooms, it’s barely heard. Overall great little place!!
