We stayed 1 week in this wonderful condo and we enjoyed our time so much. We would 1000% stay again. The decor is perfect and the kitchen fully stocked to make anything you wanted.

We have stayed in many condos in the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. We love the location and overall resort, but we found our absolute favorite condo. I will definitely rent again from Vince and Sharon. Great communication and the description and pictures are 100% accurate. They do a great job of keeping their rental updated. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a 3 bedroom/3-bathroom unit. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and I hope to be back next year. Maybe a little different time (Bike Week and Holiday weekend approaching was little, larger crowds than we would have liked).

The unit we rented along with the entire property was the cleanest we have ever experienced. The unit had everything you could possibly think of that you might need. Loved it all!

The unit was very comfortable and well equipped including beach chairs and umbrellas. It was clear the unit was well maintained and a lot of thought went into the upgrades that have been made. We will definitely return.

This condo is gem. It has everything you need and the most beautiful views from the balcony. Access to the beach is right there and the pool lounge chairs are great for relaxing. The on site cafe, Scooby’s, is a great place to get a meal for the beach. If you are going to stay in Myrtle Beach this is a great choice. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers in the condo, we all had space and a great time.

The condo was exactly as described and fully stocked with anything you could possibly want. Commanding view from the rocking chairs every morning with our coffees was a hit - we saw dolphins!! Was the perfect condo for the range of ages - teens to grandparents. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!! Thanks to Vince and Sharon!!

Extended family came together for a birthday weekend at this beautiful condo. Everything we could ever need was provided in the wonderfully stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was incredible! We will absolutely consider this property again in the future!

The condo is very nice and very clean for the most part. The floors seemed dirty but it would be impossible to keep them completely clean. The view and everything the owners provide inside is amazing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. There were two downsides with neither being the owners fault. I read in previous reviews about the smell of marijuana and it was present during our trip. It’s hard to tell where it’s coming from so not worth calling the desk. The second thing was that someone near us was apparently remodeling staring too early and working too late. Again those are not issues with the owners. They were very kind and communicated well. We would definitely return.

The condo was just as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, the condo was very clean and you can tell has been cared for by the owners. There are multiple pools on the property, and even a lazy river. My entire family had fun and enjoyed their stay. The only negative was almost every night someone below us was smoking marijuana, while we were trying to enjoy the balcony but couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but that is no fault of the owners. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

The unit was lovely. It had everything we needed and a great balcony! Parking was a bit of an issue. We had family coming from 3 different states but only 2 parking spots were allowed. Maybe in the busy season I can see this being regulated but not being able to get an additional parking pass added additional cost and inconvenience. The overflow lot they have across the street was almost empty the entire week we were there. There also aren’t security cameras in the garage or bike rack areas. We (luckily!) walked by our bikes one evening and interrupted someone cutting the lock on one of our very expensive bikes. A few minutes later and it would have turned into a very sad vacation. We chased the guy out of garage but he got away while we informed the front desk of the situation. Needless to say the condo got very cramped having to store bikes inside for the rest of the week. The area was also a little sketchy. We saw open drug deals taking place every day in the public parking lot next to the building. We definitely didn’t feel safe walking around at night. The condo itself is great just wish it was in a different area. We definitely will not stay this far south on ocean boulevard again.

The location is great. The balcony is very comfortable and you have an awesome view. The beach is right outside the building and you can get to any entertainment, restaurants, golf, airport in 15 minutes or less.

Well kept and everything was clean and in good working order

The place was very clean and in a great location. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils so we didn’t have to eat out every night.

Beautiful unit..beds are great..loved all the pillows! everything you could need for cooking…well maintained..terrific view..building is also well maintained..just be prepared for smell of weed…the fireworks from the balcony were the best! The pools are a little warm but clean. There is a small arcade in the building as well as a ice cream shop and beer and wine. Area is great not a high traffic area but close to everything! I would definitely recommend this unit! FYI there are 2 elevators the ones to the left ..down the hall of the unit are faster. :)

Very clean condo with everything you need for inside and at the beach. The balcony furniture is amazing and being on the 19th floor provides a great view! Owners provide great information, great place to stay!

Condo was just as described. Very well stocked. Had anything we needed. Owners were very attentive and awesome to deal with. They were away during our stay and still responded quickly to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again

It was a very enjoyable expierence. We got our adult children and their families together for the first time family trip. The condo lived up to our expectations.

The condo was high quality. Beds are very comfortable. This condo has the best stocked kitchen of any I’ve ever stayed in. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a huge plus. Very easy and short walk to the beach. Ice cream shop on property is a plus!

The condo unit itself was great. We did not care for all the use of Marijuana in the garage, elevators and beach. We did not care for the loud boom boxes on the beach with music that was definitely not our liking. The property managers responded quick when we had a minor issue that was not even their fault. The weather while we were there was perfect. The location of the property was in a central location to the area attractions.

Place was nice and clean. Grand Atlantic is always a hit with our family as we have stayed in multiple units. This one was well equipped and the communication with the owners was great

The listing photos and descriptions are on-the-money. Everything seemed to have been very recently updated and the quantity and quality of the furnishings was great. The bedroom/bath setup was ideal for our college age kids to join us for a few days away. Would also be ideal for 2 or 3 couples to share accommodations. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils which made eating in a simple exercise. Sharon and Vince were super responsive to a few questions we had and were great to deal with. We'll absolutely find a week this unit is available for our next trip back to Myrtle Beach.

This condo is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The condo unit itself was very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great view of the sunrise in the mornings and saw some sea life action within minutes of checking in, that was cool!

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony. It was nice to get in the indoor heated pool and lazy river in November. The only thing I would mention is the bed in the master room was a little hard on the back. And also we were excited to play Trivial Pursuit and both games had missing pieces. I would rent this condo again and I would recommend it! Thank you for letting us stay!
