Our second time staying, still love it as much as the first time! Everything just as listed, very clean, pool is awesome for the teens, owner excellent with communication!

From booking to checking out...it was a breeze. Great house and great location. We enjoyed and hope to be back next year!

Fabulous! We loved the pool and inside edge around the pool shell. Convenient to Restaurants, shopping and Siesta Key Beach. Very nice accommodations; very thought out. Bedding coverage just the right weight of sheets and blankets; we nestled right in. Outside dining and grilling area is also very nice. Very nice... We would definitely return.

Linda was very helpful with the check in process. Location: Great location. Publix , and Walmart blocks away. Siesta key Beach is 12-15 minutes away from the house. Neighborhood: Quite , secluded. House: it is huge for a family of 4. 4 bedrooms equipped with everything. Renovated bathrooms. Plenty of beach towels. Pool: the best feature! Going to beach: don’t worry about it. Linda has plenty of chairs, and umbrellas. I do recommend this property without hesitation. I am planning to go back next Summer. Carlos

Overall great stay but the plus was when i drive out of the driveway and dropped my daughter in laws gift and they worked to assure it was secured. Too notch!

The house was EXACTLY as advertised. Linda does a lot of little things that really made us feel welcome and kicked off our vacation! She was easy to communicate with, and the house wax perfect! We WILL BE BACK!

We loved staying at this home. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was amazing. Especially night swimming. The location was close to everything. The home was immaculate. The owners thought of everything. There were beach chairs umbrella, noodles, rafts. Would stay again.

We've rented several beach properties through the years,but this one was by far our favorite. It was clean, beautifully decorated, thoroughly equipped with everything needed. The screened lanai made it a mosquito free trip. Perfect!

The table in the pool was grear for soaking with a snack and drink. The desk in several bedrooms was great because this was a working vacation.

We stayed here for our family vacation. It was close proximity to many beaches, restaurants and attractions. The house was spotlessly clean and Linda accommodated us checking in a tad bit early due to our flights. The house was stocked with everything you could ask for and more. We will definitely be back. Our family of six had a great time on vacation July of 2021. We were a short drive from multiple beaches and local restaurants. We were even able to get to St. Pete in less than 45 minutes for a fishing charter. The kids had a blast in the pool and the property was very clean! Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property… Despite hurricane Elsa charging through. There were no setbacks from the storm - And we were able to enjoy a marvelously sunny week in the area, with the exception of the one stormy night. The house is spacious and decorated lovely. Linda , the homeowner is extremely reachable …she responds quickly if there are any questions. The kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of sheets, towels, beach necessities, basic toiletries, and even pool floats. The pool area and patio/lanai is perfect! We were able to cook numerous meals and enjoy outdoor dining poolside! The neighborhood is safe and residential; the design of the house and outdoor space make you feel secluded and private in a very tropical setting. The immediate area beaches are magnificent! We also took advantage of a day trip to Gasparilla Island for shelling/swimming. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the grocery store is a few blocks away. We were even able to partake in a great Fourth of July fireworks display down at the Sarasota waterfront. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when visiting the area in the future.

Owners got back to me and kept me updated on things throughout the stay. Linda was real easy to communicate with and we had an absolute blast using the house for a week.

We LOVED this house!! Everything was very clean and just as described! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything imaginable. Plenty of bath and beach towels, even misc bathroom supplies! The outdoor pool area exceeded our expectations with quality furniture, gorgeous landscaping and pool toys! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if available!
