We had a wonderful family vacation at Debra’s house property! The entire house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The outdoor space is truly magical, and Debra was gracious to let us make full use of it. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Deb's charming house. It was on a lovely street in Santa Monica about a ten minute drive to the beach. Deb was very thorough during the house tour and gave us lots of great suggestions on where to go.

We stayed here for a gymnastics trip. 3 moms and 3 daughters. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The location was good and Deb was so helpful with ideas of things to do and see and places to eat. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but the girls played in the hot tub while the moms sat around the fire table outside. It was a great stay.

We chose to rent this home in Santa Monica, CA because we had previously lived in Santa Monica and knew that the location was perfect for exploring the Westside and the beach communities. We especially wanted to be close to our old haunts: 3rd Street Promenade, the Pier, Montana Avenue, Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu and the iconoclastic Venice Beach. This home is in a perfect location to explore these areas as well as providing a great jumping off place for the rest of Los Angeles. An unexpected highlight on this trip was seeing the Rose Parade floats on January 2nd in Pasadena (35-minute drive). Our host and the owner of the property was tremendous! From before we left home to after we returned home, she was full of helpful information which she provided promptly. She made planning easy and had thought of pretty much everything. She was both immediately available while fully mindful of our privacy. Things that we also especially appreciated included her suggestions for things to do such as farmers’ markets, restaurants for eat in or take out; her immediately addressing our questions and issues (like where are the spare batteries); her encouraging us to take full advantage of the magnificent fruits and vegetables in her gardens (delicious); and her encouragement to enjoy both the house and the area. The property itself is clean, well kept and cozy. The outdoor areas are beautiful both day and night. The kitchen is well stocked, and the Nespresso machine makes having that first cup of coffee a breeze and a pleasure. In case it rains (it did for us in Dec/Jan but rare other times of the year), there is a piano and other small musical instruments, movies and games. The house is filled with interesting paintings and other furnishings. Outdoors, in addition to the large pool, there is a hot tub (we were going to skip as we had cool weather) but we were glad that we didn’t – very relaxing! We also tried out the ‘fire-pit’. The fireplace in the living room provides a great atmosphere for winding down and the huge TV is fully connected for streaming. In summary, this is a very comfortable home in a great location and we hope we can return soon!

The rental was a nice home in a well established neighborhood in Santa Monica. The owner has decorated inside the home over the years including beautiful plantings outside to make it feel warm and cozy. Everything we needed was there for us, including a pool, hot tub, and beach towels. This included paper towels, toilet paper, linens, coffee, puzzles, games, and nice large screen TV. We cooked most meals ourselves and ate outside on the patio off the kitchen. Stayed poolside most days and enjoyed our family time. There was a separate room with desk which was perfect space for me to be able to work remotely when needed. The owner was in constant communication with us via text and we did meet her on premises when we arrived. She is a nice person who cares about her customers and makes them feel welcome. Would rent again if in the area. Thanks Deb.

The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive. The house was comfortable and had a large pool out back that also had a hot tub. It was a good walking neighborhood and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” films 3 blocks down the street.

We were here for 5 days for a family wedding/. House sleeps up to 3 couples comfortably, but accommodations for more than that are mot sufficient. Office has pull-out bed couldn't easily be used as a bedroom, since patio doors had no shades or curtains. It was a good office to work in,. Shower curtain and shower head were in a Jacuzzi tub, so difficult to get in and out of. Curtain rod and shower head were very low, even for short people. Water pressure very strong. We used fireplace in living room extensively due to cold weather. House extremely well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes, utensils, etc. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, but weather was too cold for swimming. Gardens, patio, and grounds are magnificent and well kept...many nooks and sitting areas to enjoy.. Neighborhood is beautiful and very conducive to walking. Many services and amenities close by, especially for those who prefer walking. Deb is a wonderful hostess, who is available close by when you need her. All in all a great rental experience at a fair price!

This property was amazing for a night away from the kids!:) It has everything we needed and was the ideal location. Dev was wonderful...easy to reach and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Deb was great. The house is cute , it has a beautiful outdoor space A great hot tub and pool and sitting area. The neighborhood is very convenient and all of Santa Monica is walkable from there.

Cant say enjoy about how perfect this rental experience was! The owner was extremely flexible and welcoming in allowing early check in and greeting us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to brighten our holidays! The house was fabulous, spacious for our family and very comfortable both inside and poolside! Very sad to leave and anxious to return. It was also spotless- by far the cleanest property i have ever experienced ! As I mentioned- PERFECT

Deb is a thoughtful and available host, making every effort to ensure our stay was going well. Her home emulates a cozy homey feel, and is accommodates young children. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook. The backyard is a dream, from the outdoor dining area, to the cozy nook with hammock, to the large pool with hot tub. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great house in prime location! Deb was the perfect host and made us feel right at home. We had never been to Santa Monica before and she had great suggestions for our trip. The pool and backyard are so much fun, for adults and kids alike. Beds are soooo comfy! We hope to come back!

Chilled out time by the pool, away from downtown Santa Monica but all the action still in easy reach. Pool warm and very deep at one end. Host was really great and couldn’t do enough for us.

Deb was a wonderful host. Her house was clean, beds were very comfortable, the pool was excellent, and neighborhood was close proximity to everything we needed. Deb was flexible with early check in and late checkout, and our stay was excellent.

My husband and I, my sister and her daughter and my parents all stayed here during a long weekend to attend our daughter's graduation from college. The house was lovely and charming, very spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice living room and dining room, great bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful backyard in which to relax in the sun. The location is fantastic - close to downtown Santa Monica and the beach and easily accessible to the 405. Deb was a wonderful host and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Deb is a wonderful host and the place was absolutely perfect. If it bothers you when the host is involved and shows up at the house and comes by and calls/texts , I would say maybe reconsider but Deb is sweet and she was a gracious host.

Home was extremely clean and comfortable and in a nice and safe neighborhood. Deb, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. The only issue we had was traffic going in and out of LA. It's awful! Must allow lots of time for travel especially a.m. and p.m. rush hours.

We absolutely loved this house! We rented it for the weekend for my husband's 30th birthday, and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for - cool, fun, open, big, and a great outdoor space (pool and hot tub). The owner Deb was easy to connect with, was so accommodating, and made for an even better experience! The unique and colorful decor throughout the house added such a fun tone to our weekend - from the art/graffiti wall to the cozy couches, hammock in the side patio, etc. There is also a nice fire pit, which was great at night when it got chilly. Overall, 12/10 - would definitely stay here again. Also, the street was beautiful with gorgeous trees, well kept, etc. Would recommend for families or even small friend get-togethers. It's a rare gem. Thank you, Deb!

We had a great time staying at Deb's place this past weekend. The location is walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to Santa Monica Pier and Beach. Deb stays on the property and is easy to reach for any questions/ concerns. She knew we had a group so she even brought over a coffee maker for us! She offered to show us around but sadly we had a full weekend with a tournament we were participating in. The pool is not heated which seems perfect for summer trips but a little too cold for us in the winter :) Definitely a cool house in a cool neighborhood, would stay again! Thanks!
